Would leave 0 star if possible. Had a confirmed reservation and when I tried to pick the vehicle up it was not available and neither were any alternates. I called and asked if this branch had any vehicles and when booking a new reservation, the answer is yes. When trying to accommodate my existing one, they had to check with the manager to come back and to tell me no. I asked if I could come to the branch to see what they had available as I was already on the way and behind on my schedule. The answer was yes, but with attitude. When I walked in, I was greeted my two helpful gentlemen. I explained the situation and they repeated the line by saying "who did you speak with over the phone?" This was then answered for me by a woman in the corner and on the phone that was side eyeing me the entire time. She rudely said "it was Eva, we don't have one". Then continued to have a bad attitude and stare at us. Why couldn't they tell me that their were no vehicles for me until checking with the manager? There were four vehicles in eye shot in their back lot, all clean and ready for rent. Ridiculous, garbage customer service. They were only focused on getting an increased commission on those vehicles, while screwing a regular customer. Last time I ever attempt to rent a vehicle through enterprise and will be working to look for other corporate fleet management as my company has over 200vehicles we have enterprise fleet management for. Bad business. Your company committed/sold a service/goods to me as a customer that it then could not guarantee or deliver on. Don't treat me like I'm the problem, based on your lack of ability or refusal to honor the arrangement. read more

What happened to Enterprise? We have used them for years all over the country as has my husbands company without any issues, but this time was a complete failure! We made a reservation for the Thanksgiving holiday...Nov. 26-30, 2024. we made the reservation weeks in advance because we know how busy it would become the closer we got to the holiday. We were traveling to Texas from Mississippi with loads of gifts, luggage etc. so we reserved a FULL sized truck. About a week prior to our departure we were notified that a truck may not be available and we would get a SUV instead. Okay, that works right? You would think that because we reserved a full size truck they would replace it with a FULL sized SUV....nope! Not even close! We were given a choice of a mini van...years old, or a Jeep Compass...the smallest vehicle in the line! Even though there were several full sized SUV's sitting out front as well as a full sized truck in the rear of the lot. We of course were not happy! The guy at the front desk made a reference as to the price point of our original reservation and this is how we would be accommodated (stupid us for having the foresight to make a reservation way ahead of time and at a great rate....lesson learned!) We left of course furious and drove our own vehicle. This all took place at the Ocean Springs, MSs store. They were rude and very, very insulting! We did call the customer service number and explained what happened and were told that that the area manager would be contacting us regarding the matter...no, never heard from him, what a surprise! Car was reserved with Enterprise weeks in advance for a one-way car rental from D'Iberville, Mississippi to Ft Myers, Florida to attend my uncle's memorial service. Price was much higher and I accepted the charge. We arrived in Biloxi on a charter flight from Northern Illinois and planned to drive because there were no direct flights to Ft Myers. Enterprise calls to confirm the car rental the day before and mentions they were charging 75-cents a mile additional for the car rental even though there was nothing indicating such a charge at the time of purchase. They said it would be approximately $700 additional. The additional charge was confirmed by the manager. We canceled our reservation and missed the memorial service. Our return charter had already left, and it cost us $1000 for an uber and last minute flights home for my husband and I to return to Northern Illinois. I've never had a bad rental experience with any company, but this was over the top. Enterprise has shown me their advertised price isn't what you'll be charged. Is this legal? read more

The next time that you rent a car, whether it is because your car is being fixed due to an accident or you just want to rent a car to go out of town ...DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent from the D'Iberville Enterprise store. These people have mastered the art of being a con artist. They do not ANSWER THEIR PHONES nor list their hours of operation on their website correctly so you are not able to return your car on time. Came into a tough situation and needed a extra car to run errands and take care of every day living so I booked online for the Ocean Springs location online and it went fairly well. As I arrived at the location to pick up the car I noticed the office was not open so I decided to call and see what was going on. Apparently the location has been closed for some time so they directed me to the D'ilberville location. I ended up goin to the location and check out was a breeze. The car was in good condition other than the gas tank was just 1/4 full but I found out the tank doesnt need to be full as long as you turn the car back in which the gas was the same. While driving the car the low tire air pressure gauge came on and ended up having to fill it up at a gas station. After a week having the car I ended up returning it and it was a quick and easy. They do charge a $200 security deposit but once the car is returned the deposit is returned back in your bank. Overall A-Okay spot just wished the website when applying for the car notified me the Ocean Springs location on Bienville was closed because for one it cost me time and two I had to purchase a Uber ride to the 2nd location. So in advance call the locations to see if there open or closed and ask for business hours. Closed on Sundays! read more

We had a reservation on Sat the 25th at 10:30. We need a rental because our 2018 Tahoe is in the shop. We arrived a few minutes early and there was only one person in front of us. We got called to the counter and the girl took our information. As we were at the counter more customers came in. The girl asked us to have a seat while she got organized. She did not explain why we had to wait. Her getting organized was taking care of the customers that came in after us first. They got their cars and left. Another girl said they would be right with us. I said she already took our information but others are getting their cars first. She asked the girl who took our info what car we were getting, and that girl pointed to it through the window. The second girl then grabbed the keys from the box and said here are the keys. So the first girl finally took us to the car, a Toyota Corolla. It's nowhere near a Tahoe. The seats are stained, and you can't even adjust the seat to lean back. This all took nearly an hour. The customer service was horrible. If I could rate it a zero I would. read more

Before using this location you need about two hours of your life to throw away. This is the slowest car rental I have ever experienced. I had a reservation. I showed up on time and still had to wait almost a hour for my car. I went to return the car after hours...no drop box. The hours posted on the said 7:30am to 6pm. I returned at 7:30am to find out they really open at 8am. I have a lot more to do than get jerked around. Tried to call customer service, no luck. read more

We were on the first day of our cross country trek and our rental car was driving us crazy. We made it to Enterprise unannounced with 30 minutes to closing. Trey accommodated the trade out of our vehicles quickly, a vehicle was just returned and dirty. Trey cleaned out the vehicle and had the gas tank filled. After a quick walk around Trey helped us with our bags and we were in our way. Other businesses would not put this effort into close to closing time. I appreciate that they were willing to accommodate us all the way to the end. read more

The contract says I should be refunded and given a free day with a car. I got double charged. Made to sleep and wait in a parking lot for some one that never came. Threatened. Stolen from. They told us my mom could pay for the vehicle for us and not be a driver. ( she doesn't drive). We told them we've done this mutable times which they told us we haven't and they had no record of us being there. Even though we were there less then 6 months ago. I had called yesterday, prior to returning my Rental Chevy Truck, at 4:20pm and advised Trey that I was on my way to return the truck and that I needed to get back to Knights Body Shop by 5pm. Trey said to come on and he would get me going. When I got there to enterprise, he was the only one there and there was no Driver at that time, he said that David would be there shortly, now it's 4:40pm when David Gets there. In the meantime of me waiting these 2 ladies show up at 4:30. Trey instructs David to take them first, back to Cedar Lake, in opposite direction of where I was going. I didn't say anything to David in respect for the ladies, I called the body shop and advised them to put my Key on my back tire, which I didn't feel comfortable with, but I had no choice!!! Trey, next time put your customers in order for drop off as they arrive or have another person working so they can run people around. I want to Thank David for finally getting me there at 5:10pm and Chad who helped me Originally I will not be trusting Trey or recommending this location due to the fact Trey, was not thinking of my time and put my vehicle in jeopardy of theft. Went to switch the rental given to me that was flawed. The AC didn't work, and I had been patiently waiting/driving the vehicle in 100+ degree weather for 3 plus days waiting on the vehicle given to me to be switched out. First I was given a dirty vehicle but sucked it up, then discovered more than halfway into my drive home (1hr) that the AC didn't work. I called local enterprises in my area to switch the vehicle immediately. Right away they were resistant bc I rented from a different location. Quite the opposite of "We treat our customers how they should be." Finally tired of driving around for 3 days and after only 5 minutes in the car sweating bullets I went to the local enterprise as instructed from the one I rented from. I was greeted with rudeness, non-compassionate personnel. They pretty much said we don't care that you were given a flawed vehicle and you've been paying for it, we don't want to help you. Did not even try to help. I asked about looking into other areas near by and was told they don't have the ability to see other enterprises car availability in the area. That's BS we all know that. So I'm stuck paying for a vehicle that enterprise refuses to switch out in my local area bc they rented out a flawed vehicle, how is that possible, let alone how am I being punished for their mistake?!
