We made a recent trip to Savannah and chose to rent a car instead of put the mileage on our 2020 truck. This was not our first experience with this enterprise location, we had to do a rental for my MIL 2 separate occasions while her car was being repaired. Kam was the agent that we worked with all 3 times and he was AMAZING. He remembers peoples names and treats all the customers with respect. The topper was when I went to pick up our rental, he asked how my 80yr old MIL was. I told him she had fallen and he was genuinely concerned. When we returned the car, 10 days later, he reminded me to let her know he was thinking about her. True customer service. The location parking lot is a bit crazy now that the rental is in the front instead of in the back od the lot, but that truly was my only negative. read more

I've never had an experience renting a car like the one I had at this place. I had to drop off my car at the collision center at Rick Case Honda and had a reservation to get a rental car here. It took me almost an hour and a half to get the car because I I kept getting told that they were cleaning it. Seriously?? An hour and a half to clean a car when they knew exactly when I would be picking it up? There were two women working when I went to get the car and they were very helpful and sympathetic but it really was beyond their control. In talking to other people who worked at Rick Case they said it's always a problem with people having to wait a long time to pick up their rentals. They need to do better, much better. read more

This was a HORRIBLE experience! I would avoid this rental location as I have never had this type of issue with other locations before. My car was being repaired at Rick Case Honda and I needed a rental so they were conveniently located next to the collision place. When we were ready to get our rental, we had to be driven to another location in Pembroke Pines by an employee of the name Innocence. On the way to Pembroke Pines it was raining pretty bad and Innocence was swerving in and out of the lanes, constantly slamming on the breaks and cutting other people off on the road which almost caused an accident. He did not know where the location was and so we had to look it up on our phones to guide him to the location. We almost got hit from behind and on the side of the car that Innocence was driving because of his negligence. When I called Enterprise to report it, they said they would upgrade my rental for the inconvenience. There is absolutely NO training on Customer Service in that location and it seems like they hire just about anyone there. STAY AWAY!!! AND DON"T GET INTO A CAR WITH INNOCENCE! read more

I confirmed my appointment with Enterprise (on-premises at Rick Case) both digitally and verbally a few days prior to taking my car to Rick Case off I-75 and Griffin, collision center. When I arrived there was a one and one half hour minimum wait time. This is no way to treat customers. I canceled my appointment for my car's repair at Rick Case and went to Lexus. Rick Case lost business due to the rental car they chose to have on the property which is obviously poorly staffed. If they need more employees they should hire more people but to have to wait one and a half hours to pick up a rental car after having confirmation is unacceptable. read more

Had to take my car in for repairs after someone hit me in the back. Enterprise was prompt in calling, making arrangements for pickup, extending the rental, and giving me a ride to get my car even after I returned the rental. Very courteous and efficient employees. read more

My wife and I had an online reservation at another enterprise location (the one by Sawgrass Mills Mall). I called over there the day before because we would need to be picked up and they said that they don't start doing pick ups until noon and that we would have to call back the day of pick up so that they don't get confused??? Well, I called back the next day, twice because no one answered the first time, and found out they wouldn't pick up where our hotel was at anyways. So they gave us this location's phone number...thank goodness they gave us this locations number. What a difference this place was compared to the other location. They picked up on the first ring and said that they had a pick up time at 9 am (in about an hour) not noon like the other place. Then the manager of this and 2 other locations near or in Weston (not really sure as we were vacationing from Chicago) picked us up and was great! He was very friendly and even recommended a couple of restaurants we should try while we were in town. Both of his recommendations were fantastic by the way. (Poc and 15 St. fisheries). He did tell me that this location would actually be closing down and moving to some place off of North Park Drive. When I dropped off at the new location it was very busy but the staff handled it very well, working quickly and efficiently to get everyone on their way. read more

my husband and I rented a car in the Sunrise Branch yesterday April 5th for about 2 weeks. When he got home, he realized the car was completely dirty in the back, sticky seats and stains on the fabric, windows with finger prints and food. We live in Weston FL, so he made a call last night to check for car availability and he left his phone number; also, he was told that he could go in the morning to the Weston location at Rick Case Honda. This morning I went to the Rick Case Honda location, I explained all the previous situation to Joshua. I asked for help since we are staying with the car for two weeks and we have kids, he said to me that there is nothing he could do for me, not even offered to clean the car or call another location or tried to work something with me. I was trying to make a point and he was in denial for every single suggestion I had. He started raising his voice until I asked him if there was a manager I could talk to, he said it was him, so I asked for his business cards, he game me one that was in the counter and I asked "is this your name?" he started playing games, yes, no, yes... so I asked several more times, is this your name?, holding a pen and the card. He slammed his hand over the card in the counter and took the card from my hand (RUDE), so I was like, what is wrong with you and I turned the business cards from the card holder upside down (I was frustrated), he screamed at me and told me to leave the office that he was calling the police, so he did and I did as well. I don't deserve that treatment from anyone when I treat people with respect. As I said, I was trying to make my point and get the value of what I was (paying) for. Frank or Frankie, the other Enterprise employee, was very helpful and tried to help me while Joshua was calling you and the police. He made racist comments, he said "This Latina Woman", I am not Latin/Hispanic, I am Greek, second of all, he mentioned to the police that his life was in danger (a lie). The police came and I explained everything that happened, I apologized to the officer since the situation was so childish and it did not need the intervention of the police, that was lack of expertise. Also, Joshua is a very young rude guy with zero expertise in customer service, other customers were in the office and could not believe his behavior. He never apologized with me. In the other hand, Frank is a very well educated guy and has customer service. I will definitely not rent a car from Enterprise anymore, I will call Corporate and write a review as well as I will pass the voice thru my company that has a deal with you thru the United States and Canada. You need to choose wisely who is going to represent the company, not because of how they look, but because how they interact with public and customers. This place does not even deserve 1 star. I had the WORST experience renting a car here. This Enterprise location gave me a car rental that they, "Didn't have time to check it over for problems because it had returned a few minutes ago." The vehicles dashboard was broken (gas gauge was broke, I couldn't ever tell how much gas was in the tank) and the check engine light was on. On top of all of the vehicle issues, Enterprise gave me a vehicle with a 3 month old expired license plate. I had a 3 hour drive from coast to coast in Florida, and thankfully didn't get a ticket. Enterprise said to me, "Well since you didn't get a ticket it's not a problem." I will never rent here or with Enterprise ever again. Office location/accommodation, customer service, prolonged wait times and overall quality leave a lot to be desired. Zero stars!!! Rented from the Davie location at Rick Case after a car accident and I am still having issues with them. I declined the rental insurance but was charged for it anyways. My car should have taken 8 days to fix and it took 21 and still Rick Case did not get it right because of the lack of integrity from Art and Scott over at the Collision Center. I then see all these charges from Enterprise a total adding up to $549.00 not even a statement was issued to me. I had to contact my bank to advise them. WORSE service EVER!! read more

The worst rental car company I've ever been to. Reserved online 7 days prior. Even called 3 hours ahead confirm my reserved car type. They used the call as an attempt to upsell us to a 5x more expensive car. And when we went into pickup the reserved car it wasn't available and they were very rude and condescending . We ultimately (had no alternative) agreed to the 5x more expensive car. Waited 39 min for their employee to come back from running errands with it. Noted the fuel and mileage were noted as before their errands. They tried to give me the car with 1/4 a tank but give me paperwork saying it had 1/2 a tank. All the paperwork was verbal and emailed to me. Nothing was provided in writing. Not even the car return inspection. Then noticed they charged me hidden fees on my rental under RAP roadside assistance plan for $5 which I declined. Called the 800 customer relations dept twice and didnt receive a call back within 2 weeks. So since they didn't have what we reserved, we're rude and padded the rental charges with hidden and unauthorized fees we've left them this review. Reserved at the Rick Case location. Beware!!!! This Enterprise location has the worst customer service in the world! Vehicle was dirty after I waited for them to clean it and also had brake issues that's caused the vehicle to shake upon applying the breaks. I drove back and notified store manager no longer than 15 min after driving away the store manager shrug his shoulders and stated I drove this vehicle and I did not see anything wrong. Notice I said I was waiting for them to clean the vehicle. I was working with the storage manager to rent the vehicle and he handed the keys to someone else to get it cleaned after it was just turned in minutes before I arrived......so when exactly did you test drive the vehicle. I asked for the vehicle to be swapped out and he refused stating he did not have another vehicle. I saw another vehicle same make and model of the one I was driving outside that he handed the keys to be cleaned earlier. Now all of a sudden he has no vehicle for a swap. The issues with the store manager started when I refuse to take the insurance or provide my personal insurance. I don't need to my Credit card covers that.....but take my advice look at the reviews of this comocom and you will see this is a common issue with this location. I rented a full size car for a week. It was convenient for me because the Enterprise location is close to my house. The staff was courteous and I got what I needed. When I returned the car I got a five-minute ride to my house. That was good since I did not have anyone to pick me up. I've rented several times before from the same location. Always received good service. If they could give you the vehicle with a full tank of gas that would be nice so that you can return with a full tank. read more
