I was sent to this Enterprise by Allstate while the other five enterprises I had were out of vehicles they sent me an hour and 45 minutes away I thought everything would work out, when I got there they told me I needed a credit card in my name with $50 on it. I had my bank card I had cash I had everything I had $44 on my credit card available because of hard times but I had the deposit and other means. The manager told me no it was his policy I literally tried everyone in the book to help me out and no one would even Allstate tried to call and talk him out of it because of $6 I had to put the kids in the car and drive 2 hours home and then for the rest of the weekend be without a car for necessities this is the worst experience I've ever had running a car in the by far the treated like scum I do not recommend this Enterprise to anyone read more

This location is typically quick, professional, and top notch. They treated us very charmingly with small talk and it didn't feel disingenuous. Kristen and Luke are very friendly and professional. I shortly waited on them to come back inside from renting out a car and noticed the atmosphere was kept clean. No sign of coming short on ANYTHING at this location unlike my experience at the Tulsa airport. Great management, perfectly executed and I was in and out relatively quick. read more

Avoid at all costs go to another rental car place... I've rented from them several times only because my insurance company uses them but never again will I use them.. Beware about them charging your account without your permission!!!! read more

The staff was wonderful! I had rented a SUV and when the staff learned I was bringing a table home, they upgraded my rental to a mini van to be sure I had plenty of room. This was done at no extra charge. I will definitely rent from them again. read more
