I appreciate Freemans honesty when LxToy was dishonest about front end. Front had been rebuilt 10 years previous and only had 10k miles on repair. Rubber on front end was deteriating due to age but not bad yet.

I had a disagreement with Shawn about how the shift stop was installed, we got a bit emotional, but quickly realized that a simple refund on the labor was sufficient to settle the situation. Other than that, I have had nothing but amazing experience with them. I had my WRX dyno'd at Dotson next door, did a PPI inspection, had shift stop bushing and plate installed and that's about it. These guys specialize in making stupid power and razor sharp handling in your Subaru and i have not gotten the opportunity to experience that yet maybe in the near future. Huge credits to Ben for ALWAYS picking up the phone treating it as seriously as an in person interaction that tells your customers they matter! Shawn is a really good and caring person despite the disagreements I've had with him over very very minor subjects regarding the shift plate. I can only say that if you buy a Subaru MAKE SURE YOU BUY A STI not a garbage WRX then you will be stuck with that fragile drivetrain and horrible WRX cable shifter that you will waste money to try to "fix". So long story short I just sold the piece of garbage WRX in fear of the drivetrain or clutch going out again. It's subaru's fault not Kraken's. You guys are definitely one of the "number ones" Motul tranny and rear diff service here was 80-90 more expensive than flower mound, but you know what I'd perhaps rather sit in that nicely newly built lobby with great clean vibes than a dirty run down one. That's not to diss anyone, just honestly speaking. Hopefully I could come around getting a 2023 STi then we can resume where we left off.
