I would give zero stars, if possible. When I rented the vehicle, there was a crack down the middle of the windshield. She said it was ok as long as it didn't get any bigger. She even took pictures. I thought it was kind of ridiculous to give me a car with a crack in the windshield, but I trusted her. They submitted a claim to my insurance for damage that was ALREADY THERE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! There were also scratches all around the vehicle. I checked back on the rental agreement and they did document the damage to the windshield. Dishonest company. read more

Tried to book an insurance rental with Enterprise on Keller Parkway today as my son's car is in the shop for 5 weeks. I tried to reserve a midsize car because I have $50/day and $1,200/max on my insurance policy. The repair is supposed to take 5-6 weeks so I need the daily rate to be well below $50/day so I can keep the rental through the duration of the repair. The Enterprise on Keller Parkway told me they could get me in an SUV the next morning. When I told the associate I only wanted a mid-sized car to maximize my rental insurance policy dollars, he said he could not get me into a car until the middle of next week - 7 days from now! Funny how I could get an SUV the next morning because my insurance covered it and the rate would maximize the revenue Enterprise brought in. However, if I wanted a lower rate mid-size car, I could not get one for 7 days. I wanted to validate the associates assertion that the Keller location would not have a mid-size car for 7 days by trying to book an online reservation. Sure enough, I was able to book a mid-size car online at the Keller location the next day. Huh... I wonder why I could reserve a mid-size car online at the Keller location but not directly through the associate at the Keller branch I spoke with? I asked for the Area Managers name to voice my displeasure with my reservation experience and the associate was "instructed" to not give out the Area Managers name and number. When I told the associate I could find the Area Managers number online, he simply said, "go for it". I've purposefully not put the associates name in this review because I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and maybe he just had a bad day. I've seen terrible customer service before... but I've never been directly lied to by an associate as blatantly as I was to by Enterprise. I was lied to even after I called out the associates nonsense and the associate admitting he had mid-size cars. The bottom line is Enterprise wanted to maximize their revenue from my insurance company by charging as close to $50/day for my rental (what my policy pays). When I told Enterprise I did not want the SUV for $50 a day and I wanted something less expensive to maximize my total days in the rental vehicle they were upset and basically made it extremely difficult for me to rent a car with them. This gal placed me in a car and then 2 weeks later the store calls me and tells me surprise you have a bill from us to cover the part insurance is not going to cover. No notice when I picked up the car. Good thing I lock my credit card when I am not using it. I walked a few miles to the Enterprise location and they said "We don't have a car right now, we MIGHT have one at 1 PM." As helpful as the staff was, the car we had just did not quite meet our expectations. After I drove off the lot, I noticed that both the tire pressure light and the brake light were on. The brake light would go off when I stepped on the brakes, but after a few miles it would come back on. It did not seem related to the parking brake. After I got home I noticed a dime-sized chip in the window. Since this was not detected as part of the pre-drive away inspection, I went back to Enterprise to discuss these three things. First off, the chip was too small to worry about (good for me), and the two warning lights were shrugged off. If it's OK with you, it's OK with me, and since someone else's insurance was paying for the car, it was not worth making a fuss over it. Later in the week I learned that there was either no fluid in the windshield washer reservoir or the pump did not work... Pretty annoying when you have a dirty window while driving into the sun... But since the car was to be returned soon, I shrugged this off too. Bottom line: Make sure the car is 100% before you drive away. read more

Worst place ever. The staff lies to you on the phone to get you to come to the store then switches to a higher rate vehicle. If you don't take that deal they make you wait two more days for a car. And when you don't want to do that they turn you into corporate. I haven't been that mad in so long. I was more mad at the rental companies and I was the person who hit my car. If I could give a ZERO, I would! On May 4th, I had to rent a car because my truck was in the shop at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. What was supposed to be a one-day rental turned into 3, due to my truck not being ready on time. Five Star apologized and told me they had spoken with Enterprise in North Richland Hills and that it would be taken care of. The manager, Josh, at the Keller Parkway location called me and was one of the rudest people I have spoken to! He told me I had rented it from them at that location and that I HAD to return it there. (Excuse me but don't people return rental cars to different locations all the time - maybe someone should tell him that!) The North Richland Hills Enterprise took the asked me to return it there, and I did, and Lance, the manager at the NRH location told me it was all taken care of. So I left. I called the Keller location again and spoke to another employee, who told me it was absolutely fine to take the car to NRH, so I did. Josh called me yelling that Friday about an hour after I took the car to NRH saying that if it didn't come from his mouth, no other employees are authorized to give info out like that and that all cars rented from his location get returned to his location. Although, my rental was being paid for by Five Star Ford, and Lance took care of that - Josh at Keller went ahead and charged my MasterCard $460.61.So bottom line, this guy is an egomaniac, a horrible manager, and a jerk and I want my $460.61 back!!! My wife rented a vehicle, the vehicle broke 5 hours into the drive in Kansas. They told her to drive 2 hours back to Texas after a mechanic told her not to drive the vehicle because it was not safe. They picked up the vehicle with a tow truck, and did not bring her a car that night after they said it would be there. The next day they said it would be there at 10:00am so she could check out of the hotel. Vehicle did not show up until 3:30pm so she needed to keep the hotel room to keep her stuff in. Then after she got a new car they tried to charge her for the 2 extra days for a car as well.(that was refunded). Now I have been trying to get refunded for the hotels that would not have been needed if they brought her a vehicle when they said they would. Now after Carlos dodging my calls for 2 weeks and never returning them, I called and he answered and just transferred me away. Keller location on Keller Parkway. I was involved in a bad car accident on Saturday January 21,2023. The insurance company of the driver that hit my car agreed to pay for a rental that was comparable to my car which is an Infiniti Qx60 3 row SUV. I told them that Enterprise in Roanoke would be the best location. On Monday I received a call from them and they told me that they had a versa or similar and I explained that the insurance company told me they would have a comparable car to my car and that would not be comparable. She called me back and said they were going to move me to the Keller location to get me into a comparable car. I communicated with Johnathan Ramirez and he told me he would have something for me in the afternoon and it would be similar to my car. There was some confusion with insurance company so we had to move the date to Tuesday at 11:00 am. At 10:19 am while I was in a meeting I received a text that there would not be a car at 11:00 am and they were working on it. I called them when I was done with meeting and they told me there would be a car ready in the late afternoon. I told them I was driving our dog to Bridgeport for a surgery follow up and would call when I got back in town. I got back and drove my car to Caliber to drop it off and I got a ride to the Enterprise in Keller. I went in and told them who I was and Johnathan helped me. He asked for my drivers license and insurance which I gave him. He preceded in telling me that the car in the parking lot was the car he had for me. I looked out the window and saw it was very small. I said I thought the purpose of coming over to Keller was to get a bigger car because the insurance had agreed to a bigger car and that he had told me was getting me a bigger car. He preceded insinuating that he never told me he would be getting me a bigger car and that the Kia was all he had. I said fine but I needed him to work on getting me what my insurance was paying for and what I would feel comfortable in (I was just involved in a very bad accident and didnt want to be in a small car). He said ok I will work on that. He proceeded in beginning to go over the insurance add ons that was clearly listed, and I told him I appreciated it but I would not be interested in any additional insurance fees. He continued to try and tell me that I would be responsible for this and that and I was again reiterated that I was not interested, and I was firm in my response. I told him it had been a long day and not great news at the vet and just wanted to get in the car and go. He then began to say well it seems like you won't be happy in the car and I stated we have already agreed that you would try to find something bigger because the car was not as expected and what I was most comfortable in. He then stated well I think it would be best if I waiting on a car for a couple of days until he could find something bigger. I said to him, Johnathan I don't have a car my car was at Caliber and Enterprise and I had agreement to rent me a car and now you are telling me that you are not going to rent me a car. He stated no I am not. Furthermore, he told me that they were closing at 5:30 and I would need to find a ride home or he could call me a taxi. I was absolutely floored! It was cold and raining outside and he was telling me that he was locking the door. I asked to speak to the manager at what time he told me he was the manager and I asked him for the district manager name and number. A gentleman came in and he rented the car to him. There was another guy there and I asked him his name and he said it was Kevin and I said oh I have spoken to you too during the course of the arrangements and could he give me the name of the DM and he got up and laughed and walked away. I said excuse me sir but I just asked you a question and he turned to me and said I am not going to talk to you. Unbelievable and so upsetting. I had not car and the friend who dropped me off had left. I finally found someone to come and pick me up. I had no car all night. I called this morning and noone called me back. Today is Thursday and I still have not received a call from corporate or anyone to discuss this. UPDATE THEY SENT A MESSAGE BUT IT IS JUST FORMALITY. They dont call and email or anything. I had to rent a car because mine was in the shop. I have State Farm insurance, and they directed me here. I had to rent the car for a couple weeks, and State Farm only pays up to $20 a day, which I never understood. Shouldn't insurance pay for a rental car if you are RENTING A CAR? I still ended up paying a couple hundred bucks BUT - this place is really good. They had me ready to go before I even showed up after my accident. This place is State Farm preferred or something - so it was a breeze. Car worked fine, people were really nice, and the location was convenient to the car repair place down the street. read more

I rented a Enterprise car from the Keller location. The employees were friendly and really helped me to get the rental I needed for the weekend. The only problem I had was the car was dirty inside and out. I don't believe that this is only a Enterprise problem I have found this to be the case at most rent a car companies. Most times I end up getting a car wash or cleaning it myself. The car I rented was a Toyota Corolla. It ran fine and got 38 miles to a gallon. AL in AL it was a good rental. read more

I rent cars often and usually go to Enterprise. The staff in the Keller location are friendly, helpful, and funny. Often I have to extend my rental without notice, when I called Morgan she looked to see if there was an offer so I could get the best price for the number of days I would have the car. The place is always clean or being cleaned and sometimes very busy. I gave this business a four mostly from comparing them to other rental businesses I have been to lately. I would give this place a five if they offered cookies :) The cars I have picked up are always clean, although I did find a penny in one of them. The fuel has always been above 3/4 tank (I hate getting a car on empty, thanks Las Vegas) and I have not had any mechanical issues with any of the cars I have picked up from there...Great Job Keller!!! read more

About 2 weeks before I needed a car I reserved a Luxury Sedan model. It said Cadillac or similar on the website. The email I got said Lincoln or similar. What I got was a Buick Enclave with dirty windows (that's an SUV). It was nothing like the car I had reserved...but they called it an upgrade. What about it was an upgrade when it was nothing like what I asked for? Not happy. (And FYI I called to confirm my pick-up, since I didn't get a confirmation call, in the morning, and they said "we are calling everywhere in a 1 hour radius to get you a car"...why did you wait until the morning of to try and get me what I was paying for.). I was in a car accident on April 27, 2019. I rushed to this location 15 min before they closed. They were very accommodating to begin with. Got me into a car and everything was fine.. fast forward to a month later. My car was in the body shop and needed to be extended out 3 days past the 30 day mark that the insurance company would cover. Body shop called and said they would take care of it. A week after I returned the car I received a call from enterprise stating my card would be charged for the additional 3 days. I explained the situation and was told they would take care of it, if I didn't hear anything, it was done. A week lI received another phone call from Carlos- the manager- stating they were charging my card.. I again explained my situation, and he said it would be taken care of. I also called the body shop and spoke with the rep I was dealing with, and he later called me back and told me it was taken care of. The next day my card was charged $144. I called enterprise and spoke with an assistant manager (female) because Carlos was "very busy and helping two other customers".. she assured me that Carlos was staying late to take care of this. Well, it is now July 13th, and I've STILL heard NOTHING and my card has not been credited. I've rented from them several times in the past, but this was the last time. I will be contacting corporate this week. I know it's a minimal amount of money, but it's MY money. UPDATE: It has now been a week. Emails back and forth with "corporate" that have gone nowhere, and still no call and no action. Continually disappointed with this company. Going to file a complaint with the BBB and was able to finally locate a number for their regional office which I will be calling tomorrow... I asked for a phone number through email, but was never given one. Every email has come from someone different. Giving me the run around. Do not rent from this company. read more

Really like Enterprises pickup/drop off service. I also really like the staff at the Keller Location. Friendly and very pleasant to work with. I am on first name basis with the drivers as well. Good people. My low rating is due to the company. What first started out as a good business relationship has turned out to be not so cost effective. Enterprise rates seem to be climbing for me to the point that renting a vehicle for a couple of days is getting $$$. Which is kind of counter intuitive since I am a Gold member with a lot of points. Zach the manager at this office, refused to reverse my card charges or give me any specifics regarding payment from the body shop. Had a great experience with this location in Feb, but a little disappointed last week. Showed up 15 min ahead of my reservation and was told by the manager I would need to wait for my car to be returned! Was given a dripping wet car with 42k miles on it, scratches on paint and missing hubcap with just under a half tank of gas. Not the image I like to portray in business travel. When I asked for a different car I was told that the only ones available were large SUV which would be a significant up charge over my corporate rate. Had to stop for gas on my way out of town. I rent cars often for business at the Keller location. In the past 6 months I have been disappointed with this location. For example, I rented last week and the car they put in smelled so strongly of gasoline that within 5 minutes, I smelled like gasoline. Now why would a rental car company even consider renting a car like that is beyond me as there were other cars on their lot. While they might have been more expensive, I have been a regular customer at this location for over 2 years and it is good business to try and keep good customers. They did exchange the car for a cleaner one and even brought me the car which they should have done. Traveling for business, this caused an unnecessary delay and caused me to arrive late. I am considering changing locations as there are others nearby. read more

Good experience! Van was ready and clean. They offered to show me where the gas tank was since it was in an unusual spot. Short lines at both check-in and check-out, that was great! The employees were all friendly. Parking is congested, but there seems to be just enough room. Van returned on time, no surprise charges. read more
