Two months later and many calls to their office, I have yet to receive the refund or a single return phone call from management. The staff gave me several excuses, including the refund was approved and on its way, it takes apx a month for the adjustment etc. I've left messages for the manager and never received a return call. Plus, I even contacted the corporate office, and never heard back from them, either. To date, no refund and not a single return phone call. There was a time when Enterprise was a good company. Cars were clean and in good shape, and the company could be trusted to take care of their customer. Like many other failed businesses today, that is no longer the case. This is their basic reply. It should not be up to the customer to track them down. I made a reservation for a vehicle at this location. When I arrived they required a $300 deposit which had not been disclosed at anytime during my reservation process. I completed my reservation online and was informed to bring 3 items. When I arrived, the team at this location demanded 2-3 forms of proof of my address. The address on my license wasn't sufficient. Would not recommend this location OR enterprise. Lots of hidden fees and misinformation. read more

Markus K was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a rental through my insurance company and needed to add a driver and insurance for a weekend trip. My location told me I had to call my insurance company and get a special report otherwise it couldn't be done. My insurance company said Enterprise should just be able to add the person and insurance. We stopped at the Eden Prairie location and Markus knew exactly what to do. He was friendly and efficient. We used the Eden Prairie Enterprise Rent-A-Car over the weekend to rent a van to go to a wedding in Chicago as we needed the extra space. They were top-notch and had several friendly workers there. Our van was clean and the agent went around the van to make sure there wasn't any damage before we left. The drop-off was also seamless and we received an email receipt the next day as we used the key drop-off on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience several times with this location. They are fast and efficient. They are also accomodating. For customer service, I call the location direct and get better and more efficient service. At the central support you are providing and endless amount of information that you have re- pronounce and re-spell over and over. Once you show up to pick up, they walk you to car and finish the paperwork. When you drop off, equally fast and efficient. Would use this again if the need were to arise. read more

Apparently now this company has a policy of "scenting" all of their vehicles with fragrances. As someone with massive allergies to the solvents contained in all these toxic products, this is a waking nightmare. They swapped me out to another vehicle and then I watched as they started spraying MORE PERFUME into that one!!! I literally about lost it. Now I'm driving a dirty minivan that still smells of all their chemicals. And it's winter so I'm basically hotboxing in there. I'm forced to drive with all the windows down and all my clothes are saturated with the stench still. Please, for the love of god, STOP with these fragrances!!! It's not okay! I have to drive a rental for the next two weeks as my truck is in the body shop and I don't know what I'm going to do:( They have zero customer service read more

Extremely happy and impressed with this Enterprise in Eden Prairie. I called in a pinch, needing a specific vehicle. They said they didn't currently have the one I was looking for but he'd work on in and if I stopped by the next day, he'll have one ready for me. After calling around and no where having the vehicle I needed, I called Eden prairie back the next day not expecting them to have the vehicle (because no where in MN had one either). Low and behold, the vehicle I was waiting for was there, cleaned, and ready for me to take off the lot. These guys were a breeze to work with and I'm so thankful for them. Having body work done on my car and body shop coordinated rental car through Enterprise. I got a confirmation call the day before to confirm car will be delivered at 9:00. Showed up at 9:18. Received a Mini Cooper that was dirty and 3/4 tank of gas and then asked to walk around the car with the rep to look for damages. I pointed out a scrape in paint on the front bumper and he says " that's just dirt" . No it's not. Rubbed my finger over it to prove it. Not impressed with how Enterprise presented themselves. read more

I used enterprise when my car was in the shop getting some storm damage repaired. Enterprise was recommended by my insurance broker. I called to reserve my car and was quoted a very good rate of $22 per day. I was very surprised when I received my bill for $250 for 3 days. That's more like $83 a day. Be careful of doing businesses with this company. I will never do business with then again. read more

I have rented a car three times when visiting Eden Prairie. Each time I had a good experience, but this last experience was the best! A wonderful staff, Brittany, gave me a small credit on my rental car because I brought it back a little after 24 hours. In addition, she gave me a ride to my hotel instead of my having to call Lyft or Uber. Brittany is a very caring employee! I will rent a car from them again the next time I visit Eden Prairie. read more

We travel a lot for business and pleasure domestic and International. We use Enterprise and Hertz Rental Companies. However, this was really the first bad experience. The car that was given to us to rent through Enterprise Eden Prairie Location, the defroster did not work. We literally scrapped the interior windows with a credit card and ice scrapper the entire three hours we drove to meet up with family. It was extremely dangerous since we could barely see out the front side windows, back windows and rear windows. Once we arrived at our location I called the Eden Prairie location and requested a new vehicle. A new vehicle was delivered to us but the location delivery had no idea why we requested a new car. In addition, we were charged for drop off fees at a different location. Not a good experience at all. Poor customer service. We took detailed photographs and video of our journey on the interior of the car. Thank goodness we actually arrived safely. read more

Disappointed. They discriminate by your age, Hertz does a better customer service then Enterprise. All I needed is to rent a car for the week to help me get to school and work. Because my car has broke down due to mechanical problems. So don't waste your time here! I rather suggest Hertz! read more

Awful. Not trustworthy. I was promised a pickup at 1pm . After waiting until 2 p.m., I called them, and they finally arrived at 2:30 pm. I work 2nd shift. Drove the car to work. Came out, and the "check tire pressure light" was on. Went to gas station, tried to fill air in tires, the right front tire had a damaged stem and broke when I put air line on. Tire went completely flat. I called Enterprise's 1-800 roadside assistance number and was lied to for the next 2 hours while I waited at night (pretty cold). No one from Enterprise ever came. When I returned the car to their office, full of gas, on Saturday. Not a penny refunded -- not for the inconvenience, not for the tow truck from Minnetonka that I had to pay for. Enterprise provided me an unsafe vehicle; they provided no roadside service; they continually lied to me. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

Horrible service. I was overcharged my more than $500 because they lack the most basic of math skills. I dealt with Kat when I rented the vehicle, most of what she told me did not hold up to be true. They will overcharge and try to get away with anything that you don't catch and challenge them on. I'm sure the State Attorney General will be getting involved with this, if they are not already. read more
