Two months later and many calls to their office, I have yet to receive the refund or a single return phone call from management. The staff gave me several excuses, including the refund was approved and on its way, it takes apx a month for the adjustment etc. I've left messages for the manager and never received a return call. Plus, I even contacted the corporate office, and never heard back from them, either. To date, no refund and not a single return phone call. There was a time when Enterprise was a good company. Cars were clean and in good shape, and the company could be trusted to take care of their customer. Like many other failed businesses today, that is no longer the case. This is their basic reply. I don't rent very often and when I do it is usually a truck for moving. My first experience here was really easy, the truck was $39.99 + Tax and suited all my needs. There was some confusion over my method of payment, they authorize a card for $250 for deposit then you get charged after the rental is returned for whatever the cost is plus mileage, gas, etc. The $250 then gets put back on your card, well in my case they accidentally charged my card, luckily they were able to refund it and there was really no harm done. My second experience was just as easy, I asked for the same thing I had a month ago and there was no questions asked. Once I payed I notice the rate is suddenly $49.99 + Tax. There is no price listing I can find on the web site and when I asked about the change I was told they just moved their rates on the 1st of the month. Seemed a little fishy to me especially since it was May 1st and I was specific in asking for the same thing I just had less than 30 days ago. I would think at the time i was filling out paper work before actually renting the truck someone would have mentioned, "Hey, by the way our rates changed starting this month and it is different from your last rental". I didn't really feel valued as a customer who came back twice in a month to rent equipment and was a little upset I wasn't informed about the change in price. I guess I will stick to my normal process for renting when I need to...Cheapest Option Wins.

So during this time, the hotel and its staff catered entirely to the convention-goers who had purchased an advanced ticket. The con utilized the rooms on the first, second, and 22nd floors, in both the atrium and lobby spaces. I found navigating these spaces fairly easy thanks to multiple stairwells, an escalator, and elevators on both sides. The elevators seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping up with the traffic the con produced, which presented a challenge to those who did book a room to stay on the day of check-in and the day of check-out. I appreciated how well-lit the space was, though the fluorescents did become a bit too much after prolonged hours. It would've been nice if a few more of the areas utilized natural lighting. The spaces felt clean and well-maintained; carpets were in good condition, as were the tables and chairs available to us. There were also a good number of restrooms scattered around the convention space, which was appreciated. The restrooms were all kept nice and clean and stocked over the several days I was there. There is a restaurant as well as a snack bar on the first floor. I did not sample these because I was prioritizing being thrifty; from what I heard from others, these offerings were quite pricey. However, they did also provide a secondary food bar on the second floor that was more affordable, as part of the agreement between the organization and the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the indoor pool/spa. The pool water could've been a bit warmer to increase my comfort, but the spa was wonderful. It is extra large, maybe four or five times the size of a regular hot tub! Free towels were provided, lots of chairs and recliners along the pool's edge. Interestingly, there were "poolside" accommodations... essentially rooms that had indoor balconies/porches that faced the indoor pool. Minnesota is interesting, lol. Parking is FREE, which made me extremely happy. The parking lot is also fairly large, with many spots, which was something I worried about knowing the number of attendees to the convention. However I never had trouble finding a space to park (a few times I had to park aways from the entrance, but my legs aren't broken, so that's totally fine by me). The parking lot was also safe, as nothing happened to my vehicle, even though I left it parked there for quite prolonged periods (8am to midnight). Nearby in easy walking distance you will find a Burger King and a Dairy Queen (I went to both.), as well as a Taco joint.

Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. These guys are the real deal and are simply amazing. I pray they are blessed abundantly in all they do. THANK YOU GUS!!!!

We got a limo for 6 for 4 hours and it worked perfectly. Completely seamless and easy zero stress. Pick it up from them, (35$ for a full day!), and the condition of it was awful. I inspected it visually before renting and gave them the benefit of doubt that it just looks a little beat up as it is a rental. But I get home, plug it into the wall and this "beauty" produces half of the torque my handheld, battery, compact DeWalt impact does. Not to mention that Pin Detent on the anvil of the corded impact was completely pressed in so you couldn't even properly lock an impact socket on the dang thing first and last time I'll be coming here, wish I took pics and vids of the tool performance because it was hilarious. No idea why they rent tools that don't perform as they should and leave it to the customer to find out after spending money renting the equipment!
