I was told that there was a "chance" that I could have a car on Friday the 22nd. Is this a joke? Most people reserve a car because they need it immediately, not when it is convenient to the lender. Certainly that was my case. Has anyone from Enterprise called me since the 17th? Not a word! Enterprise it would have been nice if your reps had at least tried to find me something, even if it was in another city. Go the extra mile? How can you when you don't have any cars???

The desk is super easy to reach within the airport and you can choose the car you'd like in a covered lot. This is convenient during inclement weather. All in all we were very satisfied with our trip!
