I must admit that when we first picked up our rental car, we had a great customer service…read morerepresentative. He helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with this vehicle was the complete opposite. During our 11‑hour drive, the radio screen and navigation system repeatedly shut off -- about every 10 minutes. This made the drive extremely stressful and unsafe, especially since we were relying on the GPS. When we arrived at our destination, we went to the closest Enterprise location for help. We were told, very bluntly, that they couldn't assist us and that we would have to go to the airport location instead. I then called customer service, but they kept giving me the runaround, and several representatives were disrespectful on the phone. In the end, we had no choice but to deal with the malfunctioning vehicle for the entire trip. On the drive back home, the same issues continued -- no radio, no GPS -- and the oil light came on indicating the car needed an oil change. When we returned the car, the employee who checked us in was arrogant and dismissive. He said, "Wow, this is a new car, it should work like a charm," but never even stepped outside to inspect the vehicle or acknowledge the issues we reported. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with this experience. Between the unsafe vehicle, the lack of support, and the poor customer service, this was by far the worst rental experience I've had.

While picking up an employee called me a wh*re... never heard a word from the company for over 2 weeks. Called on the day I thought I was suppose to return and another employee was rude as hell and told me "I don't know what to tell you" when I pointed out I haven't received a 2 day notice yet (as I was previously told to wait for) - this employee "Wes" answers the phone on speaker phone, you can barely hear him and refused to take me off speaker at first. Every single encounter during this experience has been awful for absolutely no reason. horrrrible customer service! That's not how you talk to people!!
