Jeff Kemble. everyone was very helpful we had been in an accident so everything was crazy. So let me get to the point. So I had to put a hundred dollar deposit on the car. Management told me once the car was returned. I would receive my deposit back on my card in one to two business days. it's going on the second week. called corporate they told me they don't refund back to the card. It's a refund check. rent a car from a company that does not lie to people down on there luck very unsatisfactory will never happen again. read more

I rent a car once a month from enterprise, never had a problem till I used this location. First- the car smelled like smoke so bad I had to febreez the car and put air fresheners in it just to get my eyes to not water. They should tell you prior if you getting a car that's been smoked in...some people have allergies. Second the windshield was scratched up and had a crack that had already been fixed (smoothed over to touch) and they marked down they gave me a non damaged car and tried to hide it so I didn't notice till i had left. Also, said they gave me a car with a full tank of gas when it had half a tank and the girl said "make sure it's at half a tank when you bring it back". Also, I had to put air in the tires three times ‍ Nothing like trying to screw over people that constantly rent from you! I'll be using a new company from now on! read more

Long wait on a Sunday afternoon. In addition, customer in front of me said she's not sure her credit card will go through. It appears Enterprise does not allow their reps to pre-check the card until after a walk around is done on the vehicle that is to be rented. I sure hope her card clears otherwise I would have waited another 10 minutes for nothing. Please Enterprise, change this policy. This branch could use some more staff too. However I know it's hard find employees these days. Anyways, staff is very nice and typically I have no issues at this branch. Horrible customer service. I charged an entirely different rate than what was quoted. I called to ask about this. The woman didn't care. She simply told me thats tax but couldn't explain it. I asked her about the emerald club discount that I didn't receive (but was also added to my initial quote, she said "oh emerald something of whatever". You have got to be kidding. My car engine failed and the workers at enterprise were absolutely great. The rental I original got was kind of small and they were able to find a better car for me. They made everything easy and fast for my visit with them. I had a rental for 27 days until my car was prepared. The manger and front counter personal had the best customer service I have had in a while. Even the interns they had were amazing. I have rented from this enterprise location 4 previous times and have had good experiences, this time was absolutely awful. I picked up a GMC Terrain, the staff was in a rush to leave for the day so they told me the truck wasn't cleaned yet, and was on E for gas but they would write it down and I could return it on E. It absolutely reaked of marijuana, this was a stench that permeated the entire truck even after driving to pick up my kids with the windows down for 20 min on 490. Not the impression I want to give off when pulling into the school parking lot. I called the next day and notified the office of the smell and heard nothing back. The inside was dirty, crumbs and toothpicks left throughout. The outside had mud splatters and scratches along the bottom half. I dropped the truck back off today, the one worker was rude, impatient, and clearly annoyed I was interrupting his Saturday afternoon, his 3 friends lounging in the office chatting with him while I was trying to finalize the rental drop off was particularly unprofessional. The employee told me I dropped it off with less gas than I picked it up with, despite me repeating it was on E when I got it and the employee at the time told me to drop it off "on E". The employee then found a scratch on the car and insisted he had to file a claim, I was pleasant and explained the condition I picked the truck up in, he insisted that nothing was written in their notes, this employee today was incredibly rude and I was honestly shocked at the interaction as I've never had this type of experience with enterprise before. As a single professional woman it is often hard to find a place to trust and I left this business interaction in tears, feeling bullied and scammed by a male employee on a power trip. I have rented cars from this branch on several occasions when my car was in the shop, with no problems whatsoever. Today, I went in there, and despite my previous experience renting from Enterprise on Ridge Rd. West, the "manager" (Sara) would not give me a car. I provided a copy of my RGE bill, a debit/visa card and my bank statements show monthly direct deposits in the same amount and from the same source. She told me that wasn't good enough, the direct deposit had to be from an employer. I am retired. Furthermore, when I told her I had rented from them 4 months ago, she basically called me a liar, telling me it didn't show that I had on the computer. It's too bad, since I always went there when I needed to rent a car. Not any more. Maybe I will return when they start valuing their good customers. read more

This company is awful! I would give them negative stars if I could. My husband and I rented a 12 passenger van to drive to Disney World with our children and grandchildren(the cost $1,300). As soon as we reached North Carolina the air conditioning broke. We called the emergency service number and were told there was nothing they could due because it was a Sunday. We ended up having to drive all the way to Orlando to exchange it for another vehicle (more than 14 hours in a van with no air, over 90 degrees outside and the windows don't open in these vans). This caused us to loose most of our first day at Disney. That was only the beginning. On our return trip is where the real problem began. Upon arrival at our hotel stop we discovered that the second vehicle was infested with cockroaches!!! They were in all our luggage, souvenirs, crawling all over the car seats, food, etc.! We ended up having to throw out hundreds of dollars of stuff (which took us until 4 am to go through). The next day we had to exchange vehicles again for 2 mini vans (for which they charged us $400 ). This was in Virginia where the manager of that branch said to me "what's the problem? You are from New York where you have rats"). Then we returned to Rochester explained the situation to the Greece branch manager and all we asked for was a refund of the rental charge, not reimbursement for the loss of our personal items. After months of communication with them the corporate office refused to refund more than half the original rental and would give us no refund for the 2 mini vans we had to rent in Virginia to get home. So we lost many hours of our vacation, personal items, etc. and in the end they charged us $650 for the original rental and $400 to replace the roach mobile! Netting us a credit of only $250 to cover this whole ordeal. We are extremely dissatisfied with this company!!! read more

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous after reading some recent reviews. I made the reservations through the 1-866-540-6222 number and they were very helpful. The day before I needed the rental, I contacted the Enterprise location on Ridge Road West. I cannot remember who I spoke with, but they assured me that a representative from Enterprise would meet me at the collision shop and there was no need to stress about getting a ride from the shop to their location. As promised, Brittany, from Enterprise, was waiting for me in the lobby. She was extremely polite, professional and friendly. I had the rental for six days and left it at the collision shop when my car was finished. An employee from Enterprise called me within the hour to let me know that they picked up the car, all was well, and my $100.00 deposit would be released back to my account. We had a severe accident with our SUV, it was towed to the dealership, and we were told we would be provided a rental car thru Enterprise. Quite rattled, we were very happy with this. A car was brought to us and Sara, stating she & her brother owned Enterprise & the car wash next door, gave us all the information - our insurance covered $30/day, we had to pay balance and $10/day collision in case of accident with the rental. Total ended up being about $1300, and we had to pay $580 out of pocket. We were told we would be ~called~ with final close out information. They didn't and we went in, unannounced, and some guy who didn't know us gave us the bill. Our insurance was billed $720 and we $580. We ordered a copy of our policy from our agent and went over it with her - Our policy covers unlimited charge per day to $1200 maximum total. Remember the insurance was charged $720. We should have paid $101 out of pocket, maybe. We were shown where our insurance policy already covers collision with a rental car. Remove another $180.00 from that $1300 total. Our agent went over Enterprises' bill and she says it makes no sense whatsoever. KNOW YOUR INSURANCE RENTAL POLICIES BEFORE RENTING BECAUSE OF AN ACCIDENT! Most of all, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I am always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I rent from this location every few months when I am back in town, and have done so for the past 5 years. Even though I do not see the same employees at each visit, I am always treated in the same professional and friendly manner. They are truly customer-focused every step of the way. I'm usually a 5-star fan of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but was a bit disappointed, a week ago, when I went to rent a car from them. I set up my reservation online, and called the rental office the morning of the day I wanted the rental, to set up a time for them to come pick me up, as I needed a ride to the rental office. Imagine my surprise, when I was told that they had NO ONE to pick me up, and I would have to make my way there, on my own! Seriously? Hello?? This is what you base YOUR ENTIRE ADVERTISING SCHEME ON, is "Enterprise, we pick you up!" Well, except when we don't! Since I needed the car on time, and couldn't wait for a friend to drive over to give me a ride, I called for a taxi, and "enjoyed" paying an extra $27 for what should have been a free ride, courtesy of Enterprise, to their offices. I'm not sure what the story was that day, but if you're doing to advertise a service, you'd better darn well make certain you actually perform that service for your customers! read more
