Professional, courteous and generally convinced me that THIS was the right place to buy my car. I'd never driven this type of vehicle, however, I had a sedan of the same maker. I live 2.5 hours away, so I made arrangements to go up and take a test drive. The General Manager assisted me initially, via email, then I worked with the Salesman, Kelly. They both greeted me upon arrival and I met the voice of the dealership as well. Lovely people. I drove it a few miles away. Parked and checked all of the bells and whistles. Fell in love immediately. Needless to say. Take the drive. This dealership is truly exceptional. All of the team members, from the receptionist, salesman, GM and financial officer.
