I rent from this Enterprise location once or twice a month for work, usually for short one- to two-day rentals, and they are consistently outstanding. was told I'd be picked up at 9:30am. It is now 10:30am and I'm still waiting. The guy in the office was rude and argumentative. Told me there were other customers who came in and needed assistance even though my appt was set by them 2 days in advance. The worst most frustrating customer service I have ever had. read more

So glad to have this place around. We love our road trip but hate to take our vehicles. Super convenient and affordable. Llou was a great help when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Just glad I did the "I pay they pick " though. Not a huge selection of vehicles so it's better then expecting one car and getting something different. While my car was in the body shop, I rented a vehicle from this location. There's an old slogan, "Call Enterprise, and they'll pick you up." But that only works if the branch staff members aren't completely slammed with customers, so can't answer their phones, or even use a voice mail system. That's the way it was when I was ready for pick up, so a body shop guy delivered me in my own busted up vehicle. Other than that ... NICK was great to work with: friendly, capable, and so diplomatic with the people at the other end of a phone that rang incessantly while I was at the counter. Branch manager Dan Meier handled my rental use after our vehicle unexpectedly took a sh*t and had to stay at the Ford dealer for repairs. Dan got us into a vehicle that would fit all 5 adults and their luggage. Enterprise employees are very friendly and try to be accommodating, but they do not always have my car ready when I have reserved it. I even reserved one 2 weeks in advance this time, hoping it would help, but I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get the car, from the time it was supposed to be ready. They should have more than one employee working on Mondays and Fridays to keep up with high volume of customers on those days. read more

This has been a horrible customer service experience. My mom rented a vehicle while her car was in the shop and when she came to pick up the reserved rental, it wasn't here. Zach was very unprofessional and didn't take responsibility for the situation, offering no solutions just a shoulder shrug and a "as you can see, it's not here". My mom ended up getting it from a different location. Since I came to visit, we came back to this location to add me on the car as a driver and no one is here. We've been waiting for 20 minutes, and another customer also showed up during this time to try and drop off a car, but we're all waiting with no luck. The lights are on and it's during business hours, but the door is locked and no one is here. I have two small children who have also been waiting, and it's been rough. read more

Everything Teri D said is right. Should have looked on here before using this Enterprise. Made a reservation and called to make sure a car would be ready when I came. Nope. No car. No note that I called. Nothing. No solutions. Had to drive half an hr back home and get my other car which desperately needs new tires-why I tries to rent in the first place. The service at the facility in Highland was superior! The car was ready when I needed it, the process was very quick and efficient, when a piece of the vehicle broke, I took it back immediately and they replaced the car no questions asked. They showed the highest level of professionalism and customer service. My experience was exceptional. read more

Used highland location for a trip to Florida. Car was clean and great customer service was great. As for the other reviews I feel like that problem is from people not returning cars on time, it's not a huge location so they are not going to have 10 of each car.
