While the dealership was good to work with, the RV has multiple leaks, water damage, batteries had no fluid left in them, the inside was FILTHY with garbage, dust, hair, and debris from who knows how many people that rented this. I shampoo'd the dinette cushions three times and they still can't come clean. I was quite disappointed in the cleanliness and state at which this unit was kept. After only a few months with it we are already looking to unload it due to it's poor condition.

And to do that, you have to remove the. Refrigerator. Got the camper back in the summer Went to Texas this winter. In every travel day, the refrigerator was laying on the floor. And it was because when the refrigerator was reinstalled, it was not secured properly. A 3/4 inch screw into particle board is not going to hold a refrigerator in place going down the road.. I made repairs in Texas, drove back 1300 miles and had no problems. They say it's not a warranty problem which I agree. It's not a warranty it's a technician issue. Got home and dropped it off for battery problems and other minor problems repaired Picked up the camper drove 60 miles home and the repairs were laying on the floor. It's a craftsmanship problem from your technicians. Have had battery issues since it was new.......Can't find anything wrong. Ask salesman and technician about static storage should battery be on or off? Nobody could tell me.

The communication was very good, and they were able to get me into a camper for the beginning of the week. The fee was acceptable, and I was grateful to be getting a camper with AC in the July heat. However, the day after I rented the camper I called to ask about the water and refrigerator, just to make sure I was not missing anything. I had misunderstood that the camper had water in it, no worries there I checked to make sure it was operational after filling it. But when I mentioned that the refrigerator wasn't working, he made it sound like it was my fault, as if I would have somehow managed to damage the refrigerator after half a day's use. When I returned the camper there was nobody around, so I left it where I picked it up. I got an email from them the day after telling me that I scratched the step assistance bar as I had stowed it incorrectly and I would be charged for its repair. But I also would be charged for the cleaning of the microwave and coffee maker since they weren't cleaned. WE DID NOT USE THEM. So basically, they did not check the last person that used it but did with us. We should have gone through every item on their checklist when we rented the camper. If they had simply charged me for "scratching" the assistance bar I would accept that, but the charge for appliances we did not use or open is insulting. If you choose to rent here, check everything.
