Unfortunately, an awkward staff named fransisco has repeatedly made us feel uncomfortable. Even after trying to avoid him, he will hurry to be our agent just to make a rude comment, even leaving someone at the counter and running to us outside. For some reason, he corrects everything that my husband says and over-talked me when I spoke. When we asked about a shifty credit card policy, he claimed his coworkers were trained wrong and we didnt need to question it. That was the last time. read more

What an awesome rental experience! A huge shout out to Alvin for getting me into a really nice Volvo while my car was being repaired. Alvin made sure that everything was good to go. Walked me out to the car and showed the top three things that U would have been unfamiliar with. Alvin was professional and helpful during a stressful time. As we were waiting a lady came in after us asking for a nice size vehicle. The rep told her, "sorry we had a Nissian Rogue but it's being given to the pple ahead of you". I thought great that's probably for us. We ended with a compact vehicle. They said that's all they had. We grudgingly took it cuz we really needed a rental. As we drove off I saw the Nissan Rogue be given to this lady. My husband went back to speak to the lady of course she did not admit to any wrong doing. I will never rent from Enterprise ever again. Made a same day reservation , & called instantly to make sure the truck I needed would be available. I was told it will be available & there would be 3/4 options I can choose from. Thankfully I had enough common sense to call 30 min before my reservation & check...& long behold. They magically have no trucks available now. The lady said they were expecting one to be returned so she put me on hold to call the customer & came back to tell me he did a last min extension. I had a great experience with the staff on getting a rental but things changed real quick with an incident with the manager Annie. The company I work for has a corporate account with enterprise and spends thousands of dollars a year with them. I get a rental for a month to do storm work in Naples. Long story short the rental needed an oil change. I call the branch office and spoke with Ricardo. He said I could take the vehicle myself so I can keep the same car or bring it in to swap out. I chose to keep it and do it myself. He said take it to jiffy lube, tire kingdom, or pepboys. Great! There's a jiffy lube at the corner of my house. I go to jiffy lube the next morning, jiffy lube beings work and asks to call the branch office to see what account they charge the service to. He speaks with them on the phone for about 15 minutes then hands me the phone. Annie is on the phone saying who authorized me to do the oil change. I told her who I spoke with and what he told me to do. She was very rude, said that Ricardo has a very accent and that I misunderstood what he said that they didn't approve of the service and I would to pay for it. I asked her for help or reimbursement or a discount off the rental and she laughed and said it's my problem. I told it's not fair I'm paying enterprise to have a free oil change and she continued to laugh. I found it very unprofessional, very rude, very unfair. I called customer service to complain and they said they will send my complaint to the area manager. It's been days and still haven't heard from anyone from enterprise. Enterprise owes me money! My first Enterprise experience. The staff here was pretty friendly. I had a 1:00p appt to pick up a car. The transaction did not go as smoothly as I thought it would. Don't get me wrong. They did have a car sitting there for us after we did all of our paperwork. Besides paying for the rental they hold an additional $200 for their"just in case fund" all done with a credit card. If you try to use a debit card there are more requirements. The woman who registered us was great, plus very informative. I like that type of service "no surprises' explain everything to me. She took us outside to look at the car we were getting and from the outside it looked fine. She went straight to the drivers side and we followed her. As she was talking I was inspecting the car. To make a long story short the interior of the car was "NASTY'. There were indescribable stains on the passenger seat and the seats in the back of the car was even worse. I didn't even sit in the car and told her I need a different car. We were told another car that they had available for us was getting tires changed plus washed and they weren't sure what time the car will be ready so we went to lunch. We left them our phone number just in case the car was ready sooner while we left. We didn't go far because we didn't have a car. We came back a little after 3:00p. An employee that we spoke to before we left was on the phone in the counter pointed to a running car in the front for us to take. We did a full inspection without an employee before considering taking the car. There was a cracked rim and a big scratch on front panel that was noticeable. We went back in and told that employee to come out to inspect the car with us. He noted the problems and gave me a printout that listed these issues. All said and done, we got a pretty decent "clean" car. Returning the car was really quick and easy. I have rented cars in the past and this was by far the weirdest experience I have ever had. They sprayed some kind of perfume in our car rental that even into the next day it is so strong I can hardly breath.

I had been renting from this branch regularly since November last year but this past lease was a huge disaster and they failed to comply with basic COVID-19 standards. I had a rental agreement with this branch for 12 days and went through 3 cars for basic maintenance fails. The first car, the rear tire of the drivers side had a low pressure issue. I had to keep putting air in the tire every other day. The "upgrade" that I received had AC issues. When at a stop light the AC blew hot air. The car overheated and I got a light saying that the coolant in the car was low. I had this car for 2 days. The 3rd car they gave me, upon picking up the gas light was on. I had to wait 25 minutes in their parking lot for someone to put gas and come back. As I drove off, I realized the car had NOT been cleaned or sanitized from the previous rental. There was a black stain the the passages backrest, the cup holders were dirty, and there was coffee stains in the back of the driver seat. Being in the middle of a pandemic this is NOT OK. You are putting your clients at risk. I spoke to corporate, they said the branch manager would handle it upon closing my lease. I rep who closed my lease said I would get a call from corporate the next day. I did not get a call, I called corporate again last Monday on 6/15 they filed an Escalation form and told me I would hear back from someone in the next few days. A week later, I did not get a call back from anyone. I called the branch manager Niomi Maehama, and she said all she could offer was an upgrade in my next rental. I've talked to at least 5 different people, each time telling the story over and over because apparently their system doesn't allow for notes or the reps simply didn't want this noted on their system. The lease ended on 6/12, 10 days later I have not yet gotten a call back with a proper solution. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! Completely unreliable! Booked a vehicle to leave town in an emergency due to a death in the family. Spoke with them multiple times before pick up to prevent any issues.. Long waits and if I didn't absolutely need a rental I would never come here. I do not recommend. Fernando is the only person there who works out of everyone there. He was running around servicing everyone alone and then the guy who had to clean my car decided to leave for lunch halfway through and Fernando cleaned it himself just so I could get out of there. Literally THE WORST rental experience ever!!! My wife picked up a car while hers was in the shop. She saw it wasn't clean, but was in a rush. 2 days later she returned there because ANTS were crawling in her AND trash under the passenger seat, which included a bottle if some red liquid, a dry cleaning hangar and paper. We keep both our cars parked in the same spot and there were never ants. She brought the car back, politely explained and asked for a switch, they not only called her a liar but insisted on a $150 detailing fee to switch the car. When I explained there was trash in the car the attendant simply said "you weren't there", took it personally and was extremely disrespectful. Horrible customer service. We had rented a 7 passenger vehicle for a road trip vacation that was planned months in advance and the day we are due to pick up the car they call us 2.5 hours before pickup to tell us they won't have a car for us. They said that we would get a call from a supervisor when we complained and never got a call or any solution. we had to scramble at the last minute to find another company able to help us. BE CAREFUL WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW If you read my previous reviews, you'll see that I rented regularly with Enterprise-- at least 24 times a year-- every year since they added elite levels to their loyalty program. So with that many rentals there's going to be good and bad experiences. However, the current regional manager whom complaints fall to, after one conversation has decided the solution is to BLACKLIST me from Enterprise worldwide, preventing me from renting. Maybe it's the result of last Friday's rental when I was asked to have a seat, we need 10 minutes. At that point myself and another business woman were called to get in a van for what turned out to be a 20-25 minute ride west for cars. The other customer turned to me and said: "I wanted to be on the road by now." We both were early morning 7:30am reservations. I said: "A good store manager would have reviewed reservations and expected returns for the first hour. This way they could have arranged cars to be brought or gotten the cars last night before closing to their location." Perhaps those comments were reported back, embarrassing the store manager. In any case- you see that Enterprise does review negative comments. Be careful giving a negative review. read more

Made a reservation for a car which was confirmed through their website. Walked in the person told me that they couldn't find my reservation. Provided them with my reservation number. And all of a sudden they only had a small pick up truck available. After having to ask the rep if they could find a car at another location he told us that we had to wait for an hour. I understand if this location is as busy. But he had only one other person to assist. His attitude was so that of someone who had no desire to help or be at work on a Saturday. So we asked for the manager and guess what he was the manager. If never had any issues with enterprise in the past. After this I can't say I will ever return here again read more

we rented an economy model but we were "upgraded " to a Cadillac . Same rental price just more on gas. The car ran fine which I expected to. We were told that we would have a 200 dollar deposit on the vehicle which we would get right back as soon as the car was returned. I am still waiting on the return of the deposit. They will give you a dirty car and then will charge you $150 detailing fee for the job THEY didn't do correctly. AT PICK UP I received a dirty car and didn't make a big deal about it, bc usually car rental places are very busy so i just took it as it was. I didn't want to give them a hard time. When I RETURNED the car they said they would charged me a $150 DETAILING FEE. I never ate in the car, drove it for 3 days from home to the office and that was it. They claimed the car was clean and that they checked it when giving it to me, but the guy never checked the back seat for the bottle of juice that was rolling in the back, leaking with all its nastiness. The console and wheel were grimed up with sticky residue from the moment I took it from the store. Go elsewhere! read more

I rented a car from Naples on Monday and dropped off my car on Monday night at the Hollywood location and it is now Wednesday and my contract is still opened AND I called them 5 times and they hung up on me 2 times with a call back and pretended that they didn't remember that I just talked to them. If you are not local or came as a tourist I highly recommend you to find another place to rent your car, their system won't let you rent a car if you don't have fpl bill(as a proof of address).
