If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible experience at this location. The manager, DIMETRI BRYRON was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. My mother had a prepaid third party insurance reservation through Costco, and instead of helping, he made up excuses and contradicted himself repeatedly. Even after providing everything he asked for, he suddenly refused to rent the car, claiming we were "disrespectful" -- though we were calm and respectful the entire time. Yes there is a wait and there is only one person working there but Lex is extremely helpful and nice and sweet. She is patient and make sure the car that you get that you were satisfied with. Rented a stinky filthy car. Still waiting to get email and physically my contract but different story every day. After the change the insurance rate on my contract and add additional day. And other hidden fees ! Please be aware that you will be scammed lied and overcharged on your credit card. The customer service was fine didn't have any issues with getting a vehicle and was quick and easy the problem is the vehicle themselves. I mean I'm not gonna say what that is in the back seat and passenger seat all those marks but we all know what those white marks are. I find this to be extremely extremely disgusting I get these are rental vehicles but people need to be penalized for this crap and they need to either clean these issues or take the car out of service. DONT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION! If it were possible to give negative 5 stars I would. This Enterprise location is HORRIBLE!!! I told them I needed an SUV because I have kids. Last min they give me a Cadillac 4 door car. While driving home I killed 3 spiders and about 20 ants that crawled across the radio. I called back and the assistant MGR said she would find me something else and call back in a few hrs. That was at 10AM, I didn't hear back from her for 26 hrs. The car was also FILTHY on the outside. I had to wash their car for them. I must have called this location. 30-40x and every time it either rang non stop or they would pick up and hang up. Never got anyone to answer until I pressed the button to rent a car. Then they answer!! Then when I returned the car she tells me that State Farm only authorized the rental till the 2nd. I showed her the emailed contract that I signed showing the return date is the 9th. She RUDELY held her tablet in front of my face tapping at the screen. I ssid "what's that" she said "read it, it says authorized until the 2nd". I would not let this girl assistant manage a restroom, much less a business that could live or die on customer service and reviews. I personally would NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. And as people are overly anxious anymore and tend to be a little nasty from time to time when they have to wait (I waited my turn patiently), she stayed cool, professional, relaxed and friendly. Everyone needs to know how wonderful this Enterprise location is. Justin and his staff are great. After an accident I was in limbo, not knowing how long it would take to get my car fixed. Justin and his team were more than helpful in not only providing me with a car for an unknown time frame, but also the peace of mind to know that if I forgot my "week" was up I would get a courtesy call from them the day before to check in with me. We called this Enterprise location after having problems with our original vehicle rented from the airport location. We spoke to Margaret who told us it was A) not possible to switch vehicles even though other locations said it was B) that we had to go through roadside assistance and nothing else (which was false). She was immediately argumentative. We have complained to multiple sources about her poor customer service. Everyone else we have spoken to at Enterprise has been fabulous and nothing short of willing to do whatever possible to make sure we feel safe in our rented vehicle. read more

If you plan to reserve here, beware. We reserved a 12 passenger van a month in advance, knowing full well that these kinds of vehicles are rare and trying to ensure we were on the books with them. The day before we were due to pick up, they called, we missed the call, and they left a voicemail stating they were calling about our reservation and to please call them back. We didn't get the message until after they had closed, which I understand is on us. HOWEVER, their voicemail did not specify the reason for their call. We found that out when we went to pick up on the day of our reservation (today): it was to tell us that they had been looking all week and didn't have the 12 passenger van we reserved available!!!! I understand that reservations are not a guarantee, but we reserved a month ago and they had been "looking all week" yet they wait to tell us until the day before?! Why were we not informed at least several days beforehand, so we could make alternate plans? It's the least that should have been done!! We reserved for today because we are leaving TODAY, not in a few days!! Common sense dictates you call at least a few days before to notify the customer that you are struggling to find what they need! Just because we were not charged at the time of booking doesn't give them a right to leave us in the dark until less than 24 hours before we were due to pick up. If you don't call to advise of an issue and the customer hasn't cancelled the reservation, it is your DUTY to the customer to let them know! Waiting until the day before is completely unacceptable and just a lack of decency, common sense, and professionalism. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, I am frankly appalled. The whole situation was made even worse by the lack of empathy shown by the staff. Thanks to their complete ineptitude, we had to SCRAMBLE to find what we needed and ended up paying double for renting at the last minute. If you need to rent any vehicles, we recommend National Car Rental instead. We will never rent with Enterprise again. read more

Extremely unprofessional and hard to reach when there was an issue. I was charged for tolls as well as an additional fee. However, I had my sunpass up and was charged through them. Essentially I was forced to pay these tolls twice. However, my biggest concern was that I was issued a red light ticket and was never notified of the event by enterprise. I received a fine in the mail several months later because it was eventually reported to the courthouse. I attempted to reach out to Alex Wallace to fix this issue and there was no response from her. Customer service was not helpful and told me to reach out the Davie branch. It is outrageous that I was never notified promptly of the ticket. I will never rent through enterprise again, lesson learned. If you do rent here, I highly recommend to you take a video around the vehicle. The rental cars all have significant cosmetic damage and high miles. Don't fall victim to Enterprise like I did. read more

I keep coming here because it's the closest to my house but this will be the last time I come to this location. I am an executive elite member for national who also owns enterprise so I rent A LOT of cars during the year. This location either never has a car ready and available for me so I have had to wait for hours before I got a car. Then when I did get a car it wasn't the class I reserved. Every time you call the automated voice system says we are the car company that picks you up. But 9/10 times they only have one person in the office so no one can come pick you up. I then got a rental today and it's an old Toyota the gentlemen at the counter wasn't friendly or warm. Then I realized my car didn't have Apple car play and I have four long drives to make so I like to use the gps from my phone or the cars gps. The car had neither and when I asked if he knew if any cars were newer or were Apple play comparable he said he didn't know. He then acted like I was inconveniencing him when I asked to see the truck and said I had driven them before and they had it. I am just really done renting from this location I dont care if I have to go further from my house. I will try a new enterprise location next trip. Not impressed... I know it's not at the airport so it's harder to fill up the tanks but getting it on half a tank didn't help either. ‍ read more

After returning my rental, I didn't receive a confirmation. I've called back 6 times since then to get confirmation of the return. Speaking with the "manager" Anthony was exhausting as he is not only unprofessional but so childish it's a surprise he can even hold employment. After being hung up on twice by Anthony I finally got ahold of their corporate manager to complain. This little boy should not be allowed to run hot wheels through the dirt let alone a business. Horrible customer service. Was overcharged for my rental. Was given a free upgrade for the same price as the car my insurance rental covered but was charged for the upgrade. I had the car for 2 months - the first month my insurance company covered it the second month I paid for. Instead of this location charging me the monthly rate which is lower they charged me the daily rate for 30 days!!! When called to discuss the billing error they said they would call me back and never did. Called back again a couple days later and got hung up by the guy that said he was the manager. Called & emailed Enterprise customer for them to investigate and they said they would have the District manager call me - NEVER DID! My wife went in person and they said they were busy but someone would call her back - Never DID! Thanks to the severe lack of customer service from this location and now from corporate as well I will never rent from Enterprise again! Normally, this is a very good rental place. But today, was a nightmare. As with any business, it is not that there is a problem, it is how was it handled. I had a reservation to to pick up my rental car today. When I arrived, they said they didn't have any cars available, nor did they know when they would. I was told that I could sit and wait if I wanted to, but it might be more than three hours. They didn't care that I was being put out, nor did they offer any other assistance. Customer service was extremely poor at best.And a company that has the same product as many other companies can only be measured by the costumer service they provide. read more

Rented a car here through State Farm on Monday August 22. The manager Anthony is rude and unprofessional. Returned vehicle Monday August 29. Asked for email receipt to show that I returned vehicle in perfect condition. 24 hours later I still have no proof that I returned this vehicle. Called the joke of a manager Anthony once again asking for proof that I returned this vehicle. Got a bunch of double talk and then he hung up on me. I then called corporate and this matter has been escalated to the regional vice president. I have used Enterprise many times in the past and they have always been fantastic . It's not a bad company. Where do I start?!?! I've been an Enterprise customer for YEARS!! I've spent approximately $60,000 or more between purchasing and renting with Enterprise. My husband was in an accident on New Year's Day. My insurance told me to pick a rental company and of course I picked Enterprise. I picked this particular location because of an experience I had with a young lady named Samantha that used to work there. I was disappointed she was no longer there but figured/hoped the service would be the same. Well unfortunately for me.. IT WAS NOT! This experience with Enterprise is by far the worse experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life! Long story short: My insurance stopped paying for my rental on January 19, 2019. After that Enterprise was charging my debit card different amounts (which was ok with me because I still had the rental). The ONLY communication I have had with this Enterprise location since January 19 is when I called on February 10th and left them a message because I noticed they charged me $614.10 and I wanted to make sure they were applying my USAA military discount (I didn't even dispute the amount). In the message I left my name, number, USAA account number and asked that someone call me the next day to discuss this. Instead I noticed they refunded me $307.05 (I'm guessing because they thought they made a mistake..I still don't know why). Well.. I never received a phone call. February 11th my husband had an appointment at the physical therapy place right next door to this Enterprise location. The young lady that works for Enterprise walked out the door, we made eye contact and she looked at me as though she saw a ghost. She didnt say a word to me. So here we are now March 11. On Saturday afternoon March 9th, I receive a Fedex from Enterprise and to my surprise it was a letter telling me that I was not authorized to have the vehicle that they've been charging me for and I have 5 days from the date of the letter to return the vehicle before they contact the authorities. I immediately picked up my phone to see if I had ANY messages from Enterprise telling me to bring the car or that there was a problem. I had 45 messages in my voicemail and not ONE was from Enterprise. I contacted corporate and I'm awaiting a response. I had intentions on purchasing yet another vehicle from them, but after this experience I don't think it's a good idea. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more
