I will not use this company again for a rental car. I called at least a week before I needed the vehicle to inquire specifically about my needs while using a rental. When I dropped off my personal vehicle at the collision center I was brought back to Enterprise to complete the paperwork. The vehicle I was given was not comparable to my personal vehicle and when I called to discuss the fact that the vehicle will not be sufficient I was told that what I received was what this location had available. It appears that no thought was given to what my needs were during my previous inquiry. Now I have spent an entire day trying to locate a specific vehicle to fit my needs since I was told that Enterprise does not have a centralized inventory of which locations have specific vehicles. So I wasted my day making phone calls to every location in a 50 mile radius to find out that only one location had what I needed and he said I would have to get there asap since he could not hold the vehicle for me. I'm 50 miles away and they were closing in an hour. What a joke of a company! Never again. 6/5/25 Edit: So Enterprise responds with a generic reply and here is my message back to them. "So do you think a generic response on this format will send a positive response to the general public? I'm not calling your customer service number to waste my time speaking to a low level representative to attempt to resolve this matter. If you are really concerned you would do more!" Absolutely unprofessional!! My mind is blown right now! How has this business not been shut down! We rented a vehicle, get there at 8 am, they don't have any vehicles available! I made reservations for a mini van to take my kids on vacation on June 4th I stated I needed the van from June 9-13 Got an email stating reservation confirmed and was to pick up van at 8am on June 9th. I call to tell them I wound be there by 10 and the lady tells me that they didn't have the van for me. Ok, so I waited and called another day they had one in a different location but they would've closed before I got there. I can't believe I had forgotten just how awful this place of business is. Here 10 minutes so far, only customer here and they haven't even started the car rental process this ones in me. Unbelievable! They actually clean and gas the car when you rent it. Very very slow. Have people go drop customers returning cars but not enough to cover the counter. This place is a joke. Terrible service. Not only were they an hour late to drop off a vehicle but the cars they had were severely damaged and one they told me was stolen. This being said I had to leave there without a vehicle. This is the reason kids shouldn't be running your company. read more

I'm a business owner that had a reservation with Enterprise in Houma. Was given a vehicle with two bald tires and was told I could take it to another Enterprise and get another vehicle or to Firestone and get new tires. Tried to get a new rental and was told there were none available, also went to Firestone and was told it was a 4 to 5 hours a week before the tire can be changed. Which made me felt as I worked for enterprise taking that much of my day to fix there problem. On the way back had to stop at a used tire place on a Sunday to get a new tire for the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle that Monday I explained to the rep what happened, and was promised a call back from the manager. I have yet to receive a call from anyone at this establishment. I find they're in action in this situation unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business at this Enterprise read more

There are not enough words to express my frustration with enterprise on corporate. I've rented 3x in the past couple of months. My first visit, I attributed their unprofessionalism to a "bad day" - we all have them. The last two visits was a combination of "bad attitudes meet strong lack of organizational skills" thanks to employee E. Brown. They may benefit from Undercover Boss... I've been renting from Enterprise since my early 20s for business and pleasure. Never again. I'm highly disappointed. read more

The best non-airport enterprise I've been to! Curteous and attentive staff, who greet you warmly as you enter the office. Although it looks small from the outside, there are plenty of representatives to help you so I didn't wait too long while checking in or returning my vehicle. Bonus- I got a drive back to the hotel after my car return! So make sure you ask and save yourself a cab ride if you live close enough. read more

Booked a reservation online, paid for it, got a confirmation. Arrived 15 minutes early to pick up my rental. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for someone to make eye contact and greet me. I showed the cashier my pass on my phone with my reservation and she said, "Just have a seat, it will be another hour or so". (Because evidently, they were "waiting" for people to return cars- why book reservations for something you don't have?") I had someone graciously bring me to pick up this rental and I had work, so I could not just sit there, so, I asked if they could call me in an hour when my rental was ready. That was at 8:45 am this morning, it is now 1:00 pm. I called to inquire and my reservation was canceled! This is my second very bad experience with this company. A couple of months ago, I booked a reservation and they never showed up with my rental car, I was STRANDED at the repair shop! HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Went enterprise location to rent a car for work like I've done many times before. Inside was closed so I had to stand outside by a sign & wait for someone to come out. When the employee finally came outside to help me he told me that I had to wear a mask if I wanted to be served. I told him that if we were having to stay outside that wasn't gonna happen. So long story short, he told me that he was the manager & I had to leave are he was calling the police. Then he walked inside like a child & slammed the door. Police showed up I had to get questioned & identity myself all because I refused to wear a mask outside. This is the second problem I've had at this location. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. I made an online reservation and left work early only to wait an hour to be told there are no cars available. When I asked the "manager" Kendra why all of the customers weren't told ahead of time about the wait she said she would not answer any questions. I had to wait an additional hour for a vehicle to be transported. No apologies were given for the inconvenience. read more
