Had a great experience at this location. Prices were incredibly reasonable and was able to rent a car for 5 days for only $120 using their weekend special. We got upgraded from a Ford focus to a 2019 Toyota Corolla for only a few bucks more per day. My only critique is that the car wasn't cleaned very well before we picked it up. There were quite a few stains inside and scratches on the outside. Service was top notch. All the employees were professional and took time to answer all of my questions. I had to extend from 3 days to 5 and they took care of it seamlessly. I see a few other folks have had bad experiences here, so maybe I just got lucky, but personally I think this location really did a good job of representing the brand. It's because of locations like these that I keep renting with Enterprise, despite a few negative experiences of my own at other locations. I'd recommend giving them a shot. read more

The branch manager Brian Mendoza is horrible at what he does he's a real scam artist. Geico approved me for a full size he had a personal issue so decides I deserve the least of the vehicles or nothing. I Drive a pretty big size car(Challenger) what. these photos are what Geico approved what they offered and what I drive. no enterprise. check your tires and registration when renting from Enterprise especially this location. read more

I had to put my car in the shop due to unforeseen circumstances from my insurance company. However mind you i took my car to be worked on Aug. 7th then left the country on Aug.8th and they are charging my insurance company for a car that we did not reserve nor even picked up. They keep calling me to bring a car i don't have back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Besides that I have never been to this location. I don't know anybody there or even why they are charging for a car that i never reserved or picked up. read more

Worst location ever they are so rude.Made a reservation it took them more than a day to find me a vehicle only because they don't communicate between themselves so obviously no team work and then when tried to cancel my reservation and transfer it to another location they wouldn't release it and Bc it was through my insurance and said they had to take that reservation, it turned into a hassle. Then every time I called they would just put me on hold then hang up my call. Finally got to speak to someone just so they could yell at me and hang up. Very dry and bad customer service I showed up for them a reservation and they don't have what I want the guy said he called me but no msg was left on my phone now I was send to a place 45 min away from where I'm at. Get ready because I was asked questions as I'm being integrated. The one star is for all the good people I dealer with before at enterprise not these guys. Worst rental car location ever! I hate lengthy reviews, so I'll make it quick as to why I say this..... Here's the scenario - reserved a midsized car two days in advanced, requesting pickup since my car was in the shop. - no show for the pickup, so I called after 1 hour wait, I was told that someone was on the way and should be there in about 30 mins. (1.5 hours) - pickup 1 hour later, driver gets lost on the way back to the car rental office (1.75 hours) - thought reservation meant, well "reservation ", got there, "no cars available". So, I have to wait for one to be found and delivered to this branch (1 hour) -car received was a compact, not the midsize I reserved, and it was on "E"! Save your time, rent from another location. The "kids" that work there are nice, but my time is important and I'd rather have that back than the niceties of salespeople. read more

The employee(s) at this location failed to transfer a reservation to our insurance, resulting in our credit card getting billed over $1K for the reservation. We had to request (and wait) for a paper check reimbursement from our insurance, with no accountability or apology from the employees at this location. Terrible customer service. I wish I could l leave a half star. I got a call that the car I rented had a balance I needed to pay and Insurance had handled the rest of the balance. So I called and was transferred to Jordan who was EXTREMELY RUDE when I explained I was not going to pay for a extra day when they had the car in their lot. Jordan explained that since I turned the vehicle in after they closed they had to charge another day. My biggest issue is I was being charged a full day for a vehicle I did not have. Mind you they had already cleaned the car and had someone else in it by this point. Jordan hung up on me and said, "Well, Mrs. ____ I charged your card on file for the full amount. Good day!" And hung up on me! I have Never been treated so poorly at Enterprise! I will NEVER go to this location again. I can't thank the manager of this location, Jordan Freeman, and his team enough for helping me out during a difficult and stressful situation. My car flooded during Hurricane Harvey and Jordan took exceptional care of me. He showed compassion and understanding when I was under a great deal of stress from the storm. He got me what i needed and in record time. Not only that, Jordan was there to help when my rental got a flat from running over a reflector in a construction zone. Do NOT ever rent from this location!!! Worst customer service ever!! Save yourself the headache. Save yourself the stress. Take your business elsewhere. I was trying to rent a car from a location other than the airport bc i was going through insurance and the airport locations do not accept insurance. So i ubered to the one closest to my home. I walk in and the representative at the front desk tells me that they do not have any cars available. He did not offer to help me find a location that did have cars. So i sat in their empty lobby that contained no other customers and called the national enterprise number while the lazy enterprise employee watched me.
