I made a reservation for a vehicle from Budget's fleet and was able to utilize a discount through USAA. The store is small and is near Randall's in the Silverlake Village Shopping Center. They're open daily, though they have limited hours on the weekends. The inside looks like it hasn't been updated since the height of the pandemic. There's only 3 chairs spaced 6 feet apart and they have huge plexiglass barriers in front of the counter. The reflection from the windows and plexiglass made it difficult to actually see the service agent. Michael was the employee who helped me when I picked up the car and dropped it off. I reserved an intermediate sized vehicle (Toyota Corolla or equivalent). Michael gave me a 2025 Mazda CX-50. It only had 300 miles on it and still had the new car smell. The owner's manual hadn't even been opened! This car was extremely nice and drove really well. Michael went over the guidelines of the rental including potential fees. I had initially rented for 4 days, however he extended it to 5 days. I was under the impression that I had until the end of the week as he informed me that it would be due on Friday at noon. It wasn't until I had dropped off the car and paid that I noticed that the due date was actually on Thursday, not Friday. When I returned the car on Friday morning, he told me he thought I was bringing the car back the night before. I told him that I thought it was due on Friday and he said that it was, and I brought it back on time. When I reviewed the itemized receipt, I saw that I was charged an extra day plus the late fee. I don't know if this was an honest mistake, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. As nice as he was, it was incredibly annoying to discover the late fee. I should have double checked the paperwork instead of taking his word, so that's ultimately on me. If it weren't for the mix up on the return date and subsequent late fee charge, this experience would be 5 stars. If I rent again from this location, I'll be sure to take a closer look at the due date.

Everything went smoothly I even provided all the needed information for my reservation including my age. I asked about the under 25 fee she told me there wasn't one. When I went to check out in the morning with Michael he was rude and non understanding. They didn't have any vehicles available but why would the women book my reservation for 8:30 if they had nothing inventory. Partially because he just didn't seem to want to do his job. Because when my mother called after I got back to her vehicle his tone and demeanor was completely different than when I spoke with him in person. I came back after my first shift to pick up now what's possibly available sedan. He gave me the run around about using debit. As well as credit. I will not give my business here as long as he works there. The communication between the team is poor. 0/10. I would not recommend this place to any of my neighbors here in Pearland .

I should not have returned there to rent. Previously I had been renting there for years and the staff from years ago was excellent and very professional and accommodating. The staff there now are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. In May of 2025 they rented me a suv that should have been removed from service(expired year model/over mileage). The rental was full of pet hair(from 2nd row to trunk area) and the 3rd row seats broken. It was a late evening rental so by the time I returned home to load my luggage they had closed. ENTERPRISE corporate customer service is a joke and leads the bs climate. Had to clean the rental myself because I was leaving early a m and they could not assist me in exchanging at one of the airports w/o me being charged 150.00 for dropping of the outdated suv. To say the least that was ridiculous. I returned from my short trip and the manager promised to credit me for my inconvenience by giving me a 1 day credit on a 3 day rental. I was charged 82.00 over the agreed amount and never received my reimbursement. Contacted their corporate office after the rental location claimed it was a corporate issue and from there the stuff hit the fan. It was a game of back and forth. Disputed the charges with my bank and ENTERPRISE refused to pay. THIEVES! Now here we are in April of 2026 and we have to attend an out of state funeral(Louisiana)short trip. Picked up on thursday evening at 5:30, returned saturday morning at 11am. Hours before the 2day rental agreement expired. Received a call on the following Thursday asking when will I RETURN THE RENTAL SO THEY CAN STOP CHARGING MY CARD. WTF. Now I am pissed OFF. My card has been charged for a car that was returned and rented out AGAIN. I went to the location, the manager is incompetent and condescending. The guy that received the return was standing next to her like we would not remember who checked the car in and she never asked him one word. They do not email receipts nor do they update your accounts online. Its like they are running a scam. Why can't I GET A DAMN RECEIPT. BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS. I have once again had to file a dispute with my credit card company because of false charges and them blowing smoke up my butt while being dismissive like I DON'T KNOW PLUS ONE EQUALS TWO. I WILL TELL ANYONE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION 7126 W. BROADWAY ST FM 518. THIS IS DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE WARNING. IF THEY SCREW YOU OVER IT WILL TAKE HELL AND HIGH WATER TO GET YOUR REFUND.

Then i tried to call back a 100 times they picking up the phone and hanging it up, every time. Completely unprofessional. The front desk staff lady Brittany has a very bad attitude and should not be dealing with customers directly. Rent somewhere else. They are way too unorganized, understaffed, unprofessional and unethical. Bad look for Enterprise.
