Well, what a huge disappointment. I've used Enterprise in Lexington in the past, used then through Baker Collission, etc... But, this place takes the cake. These guys were unprofessional. There's 4 associates inside and only 1 guy in the office whom is handling everything. Don't mind that there is 4 customers in the store. I politely asked if they could get someone and the guy who is ignoring everyone on the phone pipes up to say that "we are short of help". I have a reservation for a specific car and while I am waiting I here them give my reserved car away to another person. I hand the guy my reservation and confirmation receipt and the counter attendee looks at me like I lost my mind and said "my reservation didn't matter". Hello?? Why did I bother to get a reservation? After being jerked around for over an hour and left to stand, sit, stand and sit, while the other attendees in the office if ignore the increasing line, I am not a happy customer. I am shocked that I feel like I am in a Walmart with 40 registers and 1 cashier. Excuses, not acceptable! Customer service is your job. You can either do your job or you cannot. If you're hindered from doing your job, get a manager. Well, the manager is no help, he is like a ghost. They feel his presence, but you don't see him. I give this outfit a 1 star and it's only because I can't give zero's. Wow, if you want customer service, this is NOT the place to go. If you need a certain car and reserve it and expect it to be there, don't go here. If you expect your 50.00 refund put back to your card, don't hold your breath. I'm still waiting on mine from the week before when they were doing work on my car and had to reserve a car through them via Nationwide Insurance. Buyer beware at this business. Update: They contacted me and asked for me info and stated they would get back to me. To date, I have yet to hear anything from Enterprise or receive my second 50.00 Deposit back. read more

Honestly would not recommend this place to anyone if they can avoid it! I had an appointment to pick up a car at 10am, which they knew about when they stated it to me. I literally had to wait for someone to return a car so they can give me one. I had to wait around a hour for them to "clean it" so they can give it to me. They did not clean that car at ALL! Not only was everything dirty but the car absolutely reeked of weed. I also had to clean the windows myself because I could barely see out of them from all the dirt. I waited all that time for them to detail it and it wasn't even detailed. I cannot even believe they would let a car go out smelling like that and I had to be stuck with that. read more

So this is not a post about the NRA, it's about being robbed by enterprise rent a car, as a long time customer to have a shady low handed bait and switch pulled by y'all is disheartening, my wife rented a car for 28 days while her truck was in the shop, said she did not want your insurance, signed that she didn't want it, and guess what , she was charged anyway, when we called to dispute it the manager said he would take 3 days off, the insurance charge was over $500, when I rented the car it was 22.99 a day, then after 3 days they changed the rate to 37.99 a day and what the hell let's throw in another $75 fee for tags, if you want to retain us as customers you better fix this crap! read more

I rent cars from this location just about every week and have been doing so since the beginning of the year. Each week, I get excellent service from Laura or another members of the staff. They understand I am in a hurry and work to get me in and out as quickly as possible. When they haven't had the car in the class I requested, they will go out to their network of suppliers to try and get me what I want. I simply won't rent elsewhere and highly recommend Laura, her fellow team members and this location. read more

My personal vehicle was totaled and the responsible party's insurance allowed me to get a rental through enterprise. I chose this location because they were the only ones that would pick me up. The pickup was fine. I made the reservation online ahead of time and when I got there they didn't have the type of vehicle I requested, a midsized crossover/SUV. Instead, they gave me an enormous Dodge truck, which just cost me more money because of gas and it was exceptionally uncomfortable to drive. They offered nothing but a mere apology for this inconvenience. I went back in a couple of days later, when I could fit it into my schedule, and switched it out for something smaller, a Nissan Murano. That car was fine. I went to return it and they wanted to take my ENTIRE deposit because there was "excessive" dog hair in the vehicle. There wasn't (I wish I would've thought to take a picture. These people were ridiculous.). We never even had our dog in the car. Maybe it was from us? Or our laundry? I don't know but I do know they don't know what the word excessive means and are extremely rude. They basically called me a liar and ganged up on me. I ended up going down the road to Dollar General, getting a roll of masking tape, and got what little dog hair there was out of the car. It was about 85 outside so significantly hotter inside the car, I'm sure. So, apparently, buckets of my sweat are better than a few dog hairs. All the while my husband is trying to calm our screaming, now past his nap time two year old. read more

Been renting from this store EVERY WEEK about nine months straight for my small business...UNTIL TODAY! A woman by the name, LeeAnn W. Pan****** (that's enough for them to know who she is ;) who is an "Area Rental Manager" decided to join in on my conversation with another employee who was trying to help me understand how the billing is done. She immediately came in with a rude and highly aggressive tone. Rather than learn about the situation and RESPOND and possibly help, she elected to REACT and come in with both guns blazing. This woman should not be allowed to interact with customers. I paid the balance and left the car there. She just cost them an untold amount of future rentals as I have every intention of continuing a weekly car rental for the business and business is good. I'm giving them two stars instead of one only because until she showed up I've always had great service. read more

I called this morning with a few questions about the "Close out" process and Karen was totally in a rush or had something more important to take care of because she rushed me through my call. I have rented from this location in the past without issue, but this lady was completely rude and not willing to let me speak....that's not a great look for your company, Enterprise. read more

I have always used Enterprise for my car rental needs and never had a problem until renting from this facility. If you rent from here be sure to double check your charges! I verbally requested NOT to purchase the optional damage insurance, the sales rep said "sure no problem" just initial here and sign at the bottom". It was very small print on an iPad so I didn't hesitate and just glanced and signed. It never once occurred to me that they would have me sign for it after I requested not to have it. Even when I looked back on my emailed receipt it is very confusing and at a glance you can not tell that this insurance has been added. I had this rental car for 28 days, there was over $500 billed for additional insurance, when I questioned this I was told, well you signed for it so all we can do is give you credit for 8 days. I called the corporate office to see if anything could be done and was told it had to be handled at a regional level and someone would be calling me soon, that was 3 days ago, I'm still waiting. It's very unfortunate that this $500 is more important to them than my future business which would be considerably more than $500. read more

I have had the pleasure of using this branch several times. I've dealt with almost everyone in there and there is only one person I have ever had a problem with. Her name is Lacey. She isn't professional nor does she dress like she's in a professional workplace. Literally every time I go up there she is wearing LEGGINGS with some kind of boots and her hair looks as if she hasn't groomed in weeks. Normally she would fit right in at a place like Rue 21 however she REALLY stands out in the office because everyone else looks clean cut and professional. She's also loud and almost condescending. Other than that, the service I receive from other associates is phenomenal. Ashley, Toure, and Katie are awesome managers that keep that place running smooth as can be. The guy I usually work with is Jonte and he is always pleasant and gets me in and out as quickly as possible while still being detailed in his work. I used to go to the Enterprise on Greystone because it is closer to my home but I followed Toure because let's face it- good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Even though he has passed me on to his associates I know I am still in good hands and that makes me comfortable with spending $$ (which is a great thing for Enterprise!) All in all Enterprise, you are doing a phenomenal job at this branch. It would be 5 stars if I didn't feel uncomfortable when I walk in. My only complaint - get some more training for the associate I mentioned above. I'm sure that management has tried to fix that problem but maybe she's just an associate that doesn't care and thinks she can do as she pleases. After my first and only experience with Enterprise, I will never rent a car from them again. My car was in the shop getting a recall done so I rented a car from Enterprise. The staff at my location was incredibly rude and inexperienced. Make sure you read all fine print or you will be charged, even if they tell you it will all be covered by the dealership. When i went back to take off extra coverage that they charged me for, which i did not ask for, they tried to claim i put a scratch in the bumper of the rental car. The car never left my carport other than to drive back to their location! I would not recommend Enterprise, or at least this location, for anyone's rental car needs!! read more

I've rented a car twice this month because they seem to have a fair deal and good cars. Well that all went South this past Saturday. I turned the rental in Friday and darn if I didn't forget and leave my garage and gate remote in the car. I called, and after waiting for a good while a guy named Chris answered. He care about as much as I care about being behind a big truck riding beside and another big truck on a hilly interstate. He said come by and look in their box of remotes, good bye. So I did. It was a line and evidently you have to wait until your turn to look in the box. Finally the little dark haired girl helped me and brought out the box. Nothing. She took my name, said she would call the driver of the car because it was already rented, and call me back. Well, today is Tuesday and I still waiting. Lesson. Don't forget and leave anything in the rental. You wont get it back and you wont be treated like it is a family owned business. The employees only care about getting you out of there with an upgrade and selling you on their ins. Gave the extra star because the new manager is extremely friendly. I will be stopping by to speak with him. Maybe he will care about my $80 worth of remotes and the hassle I have to go through to replace and reconfigure because now someone has my remotes, and keeping me as a customer. Ive told several people they were good during the month. That changed and I'm making time to call those I told. Recommendation. Let the manager correct the attitude problem at the store. read more

I had to take my 2016 car in for service yesterday and it was going to take a while. The service advisor arranged for a rental car, that was being paid for by the dealer. I was taken to Enterprise at this location. A tall blonde girl asked if she could help me,so I explained the dearlership was renting me a car while mine was being serviced. While she pulled up my information, she told me that renting with a credit card was faster than a debit card. Then she began rambling about charging a dollar on the card and other such nonsense. When she finished I asked her to explain the difference renting with a debit vs credit car. Her response, " if you get into an accident we charge the credit card and they go after you! With a debit we have to get a little more information." Then she asked for my card, I gave her my debit card. She swiped my card handed it back, then went to her desk a got a sheet of pad paper and threw it on the counter and said write down 3 names a phone numbers of people who know where you are all the time. She goes back to her desk and I hear her giving someone on the phone my personal info. Needless to say I became angry and called my sales person. She then calls out across the room your insurance company wants to talk to you. They want to know if I have been in an accident. No, just having service work. Then she comes back to the counter and for 2 minutes she tells me " if you scratch this car it's your fault and you will pay for it, if some one opens a car door into you, it's your fault and you will pay for it, if someone rear ends you its your fault and you will pay for it, something about if it's bigger than a dollar it's your fault and you will pay for it." At this point I asked to be returned to the dealership. read more
