I only needed it for a few hours so I returned it before they closed. I could've kept it for the whole day because that's what you pay for but it wasn't necessary! Darius was the manager for the majority of the 3 years I have been consistently renting from them. He was always pleasant, understanding of my needs, and made my trips to the location pleasant despite how busy and crowded they were. Now there is a new manager and team of staff, and they have also shown the same type of professionalism and accommodating spirit. I have witness them listen to customers and try to make their experience as stress less as possible, when dealing with insurance claims. I would never pick another location even with the wait time due to their heavy traffic. A manager needs to be on site in my opinion. And Jonathon who sits up front doesn't give you direct answers. They don't do a proper walk through with you. The car was dirty and I gave it back on better condition than it was given to me. And they just give you a balance due that they decide upon. They may be cheap in the beginning but when you return the car you have a random new charge. And they discuss NOTHING with you which is my biggest complaint... so in my opinion Enterprise is definitely the way to go if you want great service and to truly know what you're paying for and no hidden surprises or fees.

They told me to come back next day because they didn't have any vehicles. Took off my job and came back the next day then they claimed they didn't not have my claim. So I raised hell to the manger and her staff. It was the manager fault because she did not do something right in the system, she admitted to this. My insurance company told me this office canceled my vehicle pickup and the manager lied on the phone saying they did not. Then she lied saying she will reimburse me for an Uber from the car collision place once they dropped me off to Enterprise. Sent her my receipt via text and she never reimbursed me. Do not go to this location they are incompetent.

Only drawback is that this office is not open on Sundays - but the manager worked with us to return on that day. (A pick up on Sunday is not available - have to use a less convenient Enterprise location when that is needed). Anyway, great experience! Very much recommend this location - we'll use it again!

Rent vehicles a lot, and use this location because they are close to me. But do have issues…read morefrequently. Vehicles are never ready when you have them requested. Given vehicles that are not cleaned well or have mechanical issues. When you call they hardly ever answer. You can sit on hold for 15 minutes and then it'll disconnect. I know they're busy, but this location is poor compared to all the other ones I used to use.
