I had a rental arranged here through my insurance company. I got put into a 2018 Chevrolet Impala. It was a nice car with some very convenient features and, mechanically, was sound. There was what appeared to be cheese from a Taco Bell taco stuck to the inside of the windshield and smear marks from where someone had stuck a GPS on the inside, but I just cleaned the windshield and carried on with my day. The rest of the car was clean, save for some staining on one of the back floor mats. Again, this wasn't a super big deal to me and the car did very well for the 26 days that I had it. I actually ended up having to drive it to Memphis for my vacation as my car wasn't ready in time and it was a very pleasant drive. I only filled up twice there and twice back. The staff was helpful and prompt, and I had no issues getting my deposit back (it was only $50, I had expected $100, so that was nice) within 24 hours of returning the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. My only complaint is that I wish they'd had more vehicle options.

They ran my debit card as credit without asking resulting in me being unable to get the rental because they did the transaction wrong. I kept being told my card is a prepay card and my bank is not FDIC insured which is not true. I confirmed with the bank on speaker that the transaction was repeatedly ran as a credit card instead of debit. Outside of that, there aren't enough seats for long waits causing others to stand for long periods, sit in the foyer on the floor, etc. I ended up going to the Enterprise on Garners Ferry which was so much better customer service wise and got a rental. I don't recommended the Greystone location to anyone.
