Per Budget Policy, a rep checks truck availability in your area THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR RENTAL and will call the night before if one is not available. We did not receive a call. I told the employee on staff, and he kind of shrugged and didn't offer any alternative options. The reaction was, "Oh, yeah, I guess we're out." Doesn't seem to be a good way to run a business. [The Good] The redeeming factor was that - since you aren't near any train station and taxis are hard to come by - the employee drove me to one of the train station without expecting anything. Still I knew buying a 14 year old car that there would be issues, so I bought the aftermarket warranty. So far, I've had plenty of issues with the vehicle, but the guys at Affordable have been awesome. Taking care of some of the repairs (all things not covered by warranty or less than the warranty deductible) at no cost or helping me get the repairs done for the best possible price. They have totally gone above & beyond. Now fingers crossed that I can make it to inspection time with no more issues.

Luckily they gave me a month free maintenance, although I wish it were like 3 months. A year later that cars engine died. And the car cost exactly how much a new engine would cost. Yes it is good service, yes it is easy to get a car. But I recommend you get the more expensive cars on the lot or go to a higher price dealer. I got exactly what I paid for. That car gave me problems and I was scared half the time I was driving it. But lesson learned, don't go for the cheapest and cutest car on the lot!!
