Quality/Quantity - We always get the compact as we drive less than 80 miles per trip, but like and need the convenience of our own car rather than rideshare as we have meetings in several locations. Plus, we prefer a car only for the day and do not want to worry about overnight parking on the strip. Lastly, because we always get the compact, I can NEVER get used to the amazing mileage we get on the car (yes, sadly all my personal cars use more gas than I would prefer) and I always end up giving them more gas than I use. Easy in and out; helps that we are very experienced. Atmosphere - In the back of the Westin Hotel; see other Yelp review. Oh, I get my Starbucks here also - NO lines!!! A tiny office, but more than enough for what everyone needs. Open 7 days a week from 7:30am to 4pm. I see that you increased your hours slightly. Service - So far you are always 5 stars. Very consistent. Must have a good training program. We have done both the key drop off after 4pm in the past and have come back before 4pm to physically turn in our cars. Had no issues either way. Price - $56 a day. Well it also also depends on which car you get. We decline everything extra, as we have our own rental car insurance on our policies and the location is surrounded by gas stations. I actually used the one (Shell; see other review) on the same block on the way back here. Shell is actually next door which is so convenient. As this pandemic is somewhat close to being over, vehicle availability has become better and better. When travel was low, rental rates were extremely high. I've been traveling for work more often since 2021 Fall season, and I seen rates drop almost close to pre-Covid levels. Customer service is extremely good at Enterprise. Lately, I would receive a reminder call prior to pick-up, a follow up call post drop-off, and a third call to notify the deposit has been refunded to my credit card on file. Shout out to the Assistant Manager, Kristina Campbell, on duty for helping me that morning while checking in for my rental. She walked me through the entire process from counter to driver's door. Our CVT transmission died with our 7 year old girl, our hotel canceled us and we were 7 hours from home. He scrambled for an hour with EMPATHY. Been waiting a month for a call back from anyone to resolve our issue. Manager at this location was rude and not only provided the worst experience possible to the point that we cancelled our reservation but then put us on a do not rent list just because she felt like it with no cause. Do not rent a vehicle from here particularly the Westin location unless you want the manager to harass you and make you jump through hoops outside of the company policy. Thankfully every other rental car company has been happy to take our money and provide quality service. read more

I have never experienced something so unprofessional. Our rental car stopped working, I think my wife left the lights on overnight, but not 100% sure. We call Enterprise and they sent someone to give us a jump and offer that we swap out the car for a new one. They advised we go to the Westin on Flamingo road. There was a girl working there. I told her we were there to swap cars. She told me they don't swap cars at this location and we needed to drive to the airport location. I told her we had coordinated with corporate and were advised to come here. She said, "Yea, I usually catch those requests before the client gets here, but we don't do swaps". She offered no additional assistance. So, I called corporate while she assisted the next person in line. I punched through the various phone options and waited on hold. Once that girl finished the person after me, I said to her, "You could have contacted someone to help me coordinate this instead of making me wait on hold". Her response, "Who do you want me to call?" I said to her, "Anyone to assist in coordinating the swap." She said, "I know more than those people working at an Indian call center." She then told me I was wasting my time on hold and kept telling me I needed to leave and go to the airport. Enterprise has a large computing network. When we initially called corporate, they took our reservation number, asked questions: number of passengers, amount of luggage, etc. They then advised us to the Westin location. This girl asked us no questions, didn't check our reservation, didn't check any information on the computer. She just told us we were wasting our time. I told her she wasn't giving us any options, she was basically just telling us to leave. She responded by calling me rude. Someone finally picked up the phone and said they were going to elevate the situation to a resolution expert. I was on speaker phone so the girl heard. She suddenly started being a little more helpful. She said she had a sedan we could use. I told her we have four people with lots of luggage. A sedan would not work. She then said the sedan is all she had and continued to assist other people. I was really surprised with how I was being treated and was suspicious of her behaviors; so, I decided to video the rest of the interaction. She look at me and asked if I was using a video recorder. I told her yes. She then started yelling, "That's it, you're out of here, I'm calling security" and left the office. I followed her out of the office and found her talking to two ladies behind a concierge desk. When she finished talking to them, she stomped away. I approached the ladies and asked if they worked for Enterprise. They looked like deers in headlights. They said no, they worked for the hotel. I said, "That's too bad, I would love to talk to her manager". The ladies actually apologized to me. I decided I had had enough. I felt horrible, I felt victimized, I decided I would leave and hope to hear from an Enterprise resolution expert. As I was getting ready to leave, the girl yelled, "...and don't ever come back!" This was all yesterday. No one from Enterprise has attempted to call us, no word from a resolution expert. We are still driving the same car, which seems to be working fine; seems it gained a sufficient charge. I thought about this situation and have come to a belief that this must be a franchised location. It is probably inconvenient for them to swap the car and this is probably why she didn't want to call Enterprise corporate. That said, Enterprise is no saint in this scenario either, no resolution expert ever bothered contacting us. The only one who seems to have cared at all is Westin. I am going to write Westin a letter to at least let them know the type of people renting from their location. In the interim, I will follow that crazy girl's advise and never return to that location. The real question is - will I ever rent from Enterprise again. I still haven't heard from their resolution expert. read more

I rented a car by phone while in Vegas and they agreed to pick me up at 9:30 AM in front of my hotel. It's now 1030 and my last contact suggests they'll be here within 10 or 15 minutes. When I asked them to explain , note, this was my fourth talk with them about the tardiness of it, they said that my rental had gone through the exotics department. I'm running the cheapest car ahead tiny crossover for $60 for the day. I don't know what the exotics department had to do with it but I do know they've kept me waiting for an hour, and I still don't have a car. read more

Horrible service, I wasted my entire morning trying to rent from them, I had to pay for parking up front AND they didn't even have the vehicle in stock. They said it had been rented out by corporate, so they either said F the customer? Or have no idea what's in stock? I love this Enterprise! Generally, it's pretty busy, but they move fast and get you to your car quickly. I rent here often, as it is right across the street from my hotel and very convenient. Cars are always well maintained, and I get upgrades frequently because of the turnover. Also, they have a key dropbox, so you can drop your car off after hours! You will also find that the prices are better there than at other locations as they don't have some of the taxes that the airport and casinos have. read more

Receptive, honest, fast working and over all pleasant people at the counter to help your travel needs. These guys picked up the pieces of a failed reservation elsewhere in the matter of 15 mins. I rented a one way from Las Vegas to Central Coast in CA. Due to COVID-19, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before I signed the contract, a star deducted. The car was not completely cleaned inside, the guy who explained the coverage didn't explain what the $200 on the contract was for. This was explained after I made a call a day later, one more star deducted. Another star taken from the guy who turned the key over to me and said there were no damages. I always record the condition of the vehicle any time I rent a car, I don't take pictures. I record the condition of the vehicle from top to bottom. He did mention that anything less than the length of a dollar bill is normal wear and tear. Three days later when I dropped it off at the destination, I was advised of a cracked "grill". I showed my recording and on the video it showed the cracked grill before I took over the car. My advice press that record button before enterprise puts a claim on your insurance. read more

Literally the worst experienced with a car rental company we ever had. The Enterprise people in Las Vegas in the Westin were incredible incompetent. We waited 1 1/2 h to get the car, they were incompetent about all the informations, they even couldn't answer all the questions. they handed us a broken car with a flat tire & we had trouble to drive. We were stuck in a national park & had alot of problems to get a replaced car. I thought with this amount of money that they check the car of safety but they didn't. I had a pleasant experience at this location. It is tucked away inside of the hotel so once you see their company sign, you have to go down the hallway and they are at the end on the left side. My plane was delayed so I didn't get the car that I had originally reserved. However, they did place me in a alternate vehicle and provided a credit to the rates that I originally booked. The girl that helped us was very nice and she explained everything thoroughly. We waited for about 10 minutes or so as they had vehicles being delivered from other locations. Upon return, prior to their business hours, you can just park the car and drop the keys off inside of the office in the dropbox. I would say this is pretty convenient, considering most car rental locations are closed on Sunday if they are not located around the airport. read more

Chose this location since the prices were competitive compared to other car rentals in the area. Not sure if this a common occurrence, but came for a reservation on Sunday and to our surprise, we saw a lot of people waiting and no staff. We heard through the grapevine that they didn't have any cars and staff were going to the airport to grab more. This was a surprise especially given the positive reviews I've seen in the past. I was disappointed that we weren't even given an apology or any discounts even though we were only using the car for the day. Once we got the car , there was a line getting out of parking lot since there's confusion in how to exit as you need a parking ticket to exit, but Enterprise doesn't give you one. In the end, you just have to press the assistance button and talk to someone, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. They do offer after hours key dropoff which is nice. For those planning on refilling the car themselves, there is a Shell gas right next door. read more

I decided to rent a car for a day this trip to vegas my first time renting not at airport! I was staying at the Luxor and Enterprise was at the Tropicana. Things could NOT have gone any smoother. The young lady (Sarah) was an absolute bundle of joy! She was so friendly and informative. She went over everything answered all my questions. I will definitely rent from here again. This is seriously the ONLY car rental company that I trust. So easy, and there are so many locations to drop off your car if you only want to drive to a specific location and fly back. I did that in vegas, because who likes driving back to LA in that crazy traffic? There's a downtown LA location that allows you to drop off your car after hours. I really appreciate that because you can drop it off anytime after the location closes without getting charged an extra day. I've also never encountered an experience where I book a type of car and not get what I needed. I guess I overestimated this facility the last time as this time we arrived around noon ( which in Las Vegas means hot, hot, hot) and we checked in inside the nice air conditioned building which was quick then up the escalator and too the unairconditioned garage.We then had to stand in line ( a damned long line) where they only had 3 or so employees to " guide you" to your car. So we waited and waited and finally took us and said we have the white one and Grey one, we took the Grey. When I had signed all the places I was supposed to get into the car and drive away WRONG. Inside of the car smelled like a cigar factory, a bad cigar factory! When we got the attention of the lady there was no apology, nothing just which one do you want, the white one is gone. We ended up in a Malibu ( same class I think) but at least they could do is apologize for not properly cleaning the cars, aren't they supposed to be smoke free? Very disappointed in the service they should at least provide you with a good clean car not a smoke filled stink pit on wheels. They didn't even bat an eye. I know they were busy but if you don't care enough or don't have enough staff hire some more. How about having someone drive the car away for a much more thorough cleaning of the vehicle and an upgrade or something? Very careless attitude, probably won't return at least for a while. We rented a mid size SUV for 2 days from Enterprise on Flamingo Rd. in Las Vegas. The vehicle works well, no problem. good rating for that. It is the customer service that lowers the rating . We had to wait for them to finish thoroughly cleaning our vehicle, which is understandable, but after 45 minutes, I went back to ask if it is ready. Our sales clerk, Chris, too busy taking new customers, didn't seem to care. Fortunately, another agent in the office helped us. I should have ask for his name, because he was very helpful & friendly. This agent took care of us, and told us because we had to wait so long, we don't need to fill up the tank with gas when we return. Surprise surprise! the final invoice has "refuel charge". It took a few calls to finally got someone on the phone, I asked Chris to take that charge off, he was abrupt, said, "Sure! I'll take care of that!" and hanged up. When the woman pulled up with our car, keys in hand, she asked if we would mind taking an intermediate because there were no clean economy cars and "it's not that much more." So basically, they did not have an economy car to provide us, drove a more expensive car to us without asking, and then made us pay extra. Absolutely absurd. read more

I had a reservation for an SUV. After arriving I was told it would be about 15 minutes until the vehicle was ready. After an hour and a half of waiting I was finally told my vehicle was ready. Right as I was handing over my credit card, they told me it was a mini van (they didn't even ask me if it was okay). Normally I would have been happy to just have something, but the mini van would not have worked for me on this trip. I felt like I was being tricked. Ultimately my day trip had to be canceled. I was very disappointed. Neither the location itself or the corporate number have been able to help me since, even after agreeing to call me back. I think people should avoid this place because they cannot be trusted and based on this experience they are slow to respond to a problem when it happens. read more

We were overcharged nearly $400 for a rental car a month ago and still have not been issued a refund after contacting them multiple times a week for the past month. Came here after looking for a pickup truck last minute on a Sunday. 4 locations told me there isn't any trucks in town available but I just happen to drive over here and was able to get a 2020 Dodge Ram with no problems. It's crazy how other locations will say they can't find any trucks but then I end up coming here and got a truck but had to wait 10 minutes for cleaning but I didnt mind since they are located inside the Westin which had a nice beautiful lobby to hang out in. read more
