The manager finally came out and tried to help me but I had to leave I had to get an uber to take me back to work. I waited for 30 mins to be ignored. Now I need to go back and pick up the rental and get another uber hopefully nothing else happens. I'm not the type to complain. But this was flat out disrespectful. read more

I always use Enterprise, but will no longer limit myself to Enterprise. On a recent visit to Las Vegas I decided to drive home rather than fly because of the TSA lines. I called Enterprise to understand what the cost of doing this would be before I canceled my flight, and was told that it would cost me $79 for an extra day and that I could drop off the car at the closest Enterprise to my home. Sounded good so I cancelled my flight (this was a call center conversation) then when I called back to grab that deal I was told that I had to return my car to the Las Vegas Airport and sign a new contract. Oh shoot right! When I get there they tell me that the price is over $600 and that I have to return the car to the airport by my house. Well my flight is cancelled, so I am stuck with this price. There is more! I wrote bad review on the Enterprise Customer Review that they sent to me and was then contacted by DeAsia via email. DeAsia is from the Enterprise Las Vegas Management Team. She asked me when would be a good time to call. I suggested 2:pm she never called, so I suggest 3:pm the next day. Still no call from her, or no email to follow up. If your insurance is telling you they covering it, this is completely true. The employees will lie to you to get you to pay fees on top. I received a call after insurance booked me a car and they called to tell me there is a $13 difference a day which caused a whole big issue because insurance is only covering a portion. It's not the insurance adjuster fault it was the employees who is lying and trying to upsell you on the phone. I don't appreciate being lied to by their sales tactics and they will be reported to BBB. I will never trust this location and you shouldn't either. read more

The ladies at this location are great! I made a reservation online. I was a bit early to my reservation but it was not a problem. They are friendly and quick! They send out these automated texts and emails confirming your return date or to modify your return date. My car was in the shop and was taking longer than expected so it was easy to extend the reservation with just a click of a button. When it was time to return, they were just as prompt! read more

I usually rent vehicles from Hertz since I do have AAA and get a discount. But since the Nearby dealer Desert 215 Superstore is paying for a rental. I came here the past 3 times the employees here go out of there way to make sure you are happy. I had asked for a pickup truck since I've been helping a friend move and they had no problem in getting me in one. They didn't have one on site but they drove me to a nearby Enterprise where they had a Ram 1500. The guys here are actually a lot more friendlier than your airport location. I requested a pick up from my job. The driver was upset that I needed to stop at Walgreens. He told me he was not going to stop and I told him the representative Ashley already said jt was ok. He said ok and took me as I exited the vehicle he told me to hurry up! There was an altercation at Walgreens. So it took me longer than expected I walked outside and the driver left me. I walk to enterprise and they refuse to rent me a car saying I was rude to the driver. Which is false and 100% made up. The branch manager Derek said that he has the authority not to rent to me because he doesn't believe that what I am saying is true and that he is going to believe his employee because his employees never had any complaints. Mind you I have been a long-standing customer of enterprise and I just spent $3700 at this location last month so you would think that I would be a valuable customer and he would try to come to some type of resolution. This was hands down the easiest and most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had. You read that right. PLEASANT. To be honest, I had no idea this location existed. My previous rentals came from the rental center at McCarran Airport. Though convenient due to being open 24-hours, it's a trek to have to head all the way over there to pick up and drop off. And it's stressful. And the service can be hit or miss depending on the agency chosen. Anyway, as part of a last minute trip out of town, I was surprised to find that even with adding an additional da/ rental because I wouldn't be back in time for their closure at 6pm, the total cost was still LESS than that of the 24-hour McCarran counterpart. I booked online, showed up the next morning, and was on my way no too long after. I booked a Rav-4 or better and receive a Jeep Compass. What luck! It rained, hailed, and snowed on the way home but I had no worries because the Jeep had 4wd and snow, sand, and mud settings. On top of that, this location provided the best experience I've ever had. Everyone, especially my representative (a young woman with dark hair whose name escapes me) was genuinely friendly and positive. My car rental behavior is reformed. I would give no stars if possible, but it's not and I felt others deserve to hear my experience before doing business with Enterprise. I was involved in an accident, and the party who was at fault insurance company hooked me up with a free rental car while they worked on my case through Enterprise. The insurance company is the one who initiated the transaction and, between the insurance company and the fraudulent Enterprise, they conveniently and quite mysteriously removed the insurance company from the contract- stiffing me with the bill when I was told to turn the car in. I only accepted the vehicle because it was being provided for free. I would have never agreed to getting a rental car if I had to pay for it. Gary and his manager both agreed that I was getting stiffed, and even said they would hold off processing anything so I could work this out with the insurance company, being that rent is due in a matter of days. They lied, as soon as I got home, I noticed they charged me the money. It's another scam. They team up with the insurance companies and screw the customers. If anyone enters into a contract, they should be held liable, Mercury and Enterprise don't follow the same rules that they enforce upon the average customer. Use a different rental company that will honor contracts, and a company that will stick up for what is right. read more
