This review is long overdue. I have been renting at this location for 6 years now. My experience has always been outstanding, painless and I'm quick out at the door. The overnight key drop off is game changer and I've never had any issue with their vehicles. Deposits are given back promptly the following day after the vehicle is returned, no bs. I had such a lovely experience with this location, from getting my rental to a roadside incident every step of the way was flawless. Today I was leaving the park with my 2 year old in tow when realized I had a flat tire, in 109 degree heat. Upon calling this location, I spoke with Hassan, he realized it would take roadside assistance longer to get to me and he knew I had a young child in the car, he and a coworker, Kody, quickly came to my rescue within 15 minutes. They swapped my car on the side of the road and took care of everything. I was so grateful for their kindness and efficiency today. I will absolutely use this location for all future rental needs. Tough call 2 or 3 stars. Gonna go with two because they almost stranded my wife dropping off a car for repairs. Ended up going with hertz which was also a cluster...Enterprise apparently has a contract with the shop and our insurance to provide a car within 24hrs but told us (at the last moment) they wouldn't have a car for us for three days. Blamed our insurance adjuster for the problem...yeah...no... The pickup van driver and team at the office was great but again, had to wait a long time for the car. Ended up with a BMW X3 which was "ridden hard and put away wet" hehe. At least it runs and drives well. Again, i think the main issue with car rentals not at the airport is availability of cars. The last four rentals we have done with neighborhood rentals have resulted in substantial waits to get the car. They said they would go over the car and review the dents, etc...but instead they just handed us the keys and said there ya go...guess they knew...they did say they would allow us to drop the car at the body shop so that will greatly speed drop off. read more

One person working on a Friday afternoon. I'm not sure how you run a business with one employee. It's really too bad because the young woman working was very kind to everyone. Not her fault. This poor employee was trying to check everyone in and I heard her say she had to clean up a car for someone. One employee!!!! There were people waiting on a ride and about 5 people waiting to pick up. I cancelled my reservation because I had already been waiting for 35 minutes. We had to be somewhere and now we are late and left to figure out what to do. They even called me yesterday to confirm I'd be picking up the car at 4. What was the point of that? BAIT AND SWITCH 5 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the car I rented online and literally when my Lyft was arriving, I get a call to tell me they don't have the car available but I can get an SUV for just $20 more. I ask what $20 more meant and the individual I spoke to was very evasive. I get out of the Lyft and go inside and talk to the same person. He says 'the website doesn't update as frequently as we'd like' but he's going to do me a favor and give me a larger car for just $20 more. Again, completely evasive about what that entails. 'just $20 more than your quote.' It takes a few minutes to get him to tell me that instead of $33/day, they want to charge me $53/day instead and again, he's doing me a favor. How is charging me twice what I was quoted a favor?! Never again. read more

I moved to this location because another branch closer to my house wasn't it for me.I could walk to the other branch but I would honestly rather lyft or Uber to the rainbow location because they are absolutely amazing. Customer service is on point and they are super quick (I rent often and the checkout and drop off processes are so quick. Very friendly staff. I left my wallet in a car I rented, I had hid it going to a concert and they had it express shipped overnight as the car was already rented to someone else when I realized where I left it. I rented from this location for a one day rental. The employees were wonderful- very helpful and kind. I have a few issues. Even though I rented with a credit card, they put a $200 incidental hold on my card. They did warn me they were going to do this (when i came to pick up the car) and 5 days later the hold is still on my card. Also, I had an almost empty tank of gas when I picked up the vehicle. I had to fill up ($48) and then I put gas in it to return the vehicle. I spent more on gas than I did on the rental. Lastly, I asked to add Sirius XM radio- and they were kind enough to do that- but they also added Roadside assistance, which I did not ask for. It is only $5.99, and to be fair I may have signed for it when picking up the vehicle, but I did not like that. I feel like it was added in on the sly. read more

We needed a rental ASAP so we came here. There was two workers, helping other customers. Two more workers came out from the back did not acknowledge anybody else in the waiting room. There's three other customers that came in after us nobody was greeted. Nobody was told we'll be right with you they didn't have any small cars fine they gave us a minivan then the next day they call us saying we need to return it because they gave us the wrong one. I tried calling them back the phone sounds like it's disconnected or busy busy busy busy all day. I'm at work so I can't exchange the van the mistakes that they made poor poor poor customer service the van was practically empty when they brought us the key,no gas in it. I've rented a lot of vehicles through them before never this location. This is by far the worst location I will never ever go back ever. read more

We have been using this location since December 2023, numerous times throughout the year. Everyone there was absolutely awesome!! The last time we rented (Aug) we were disappointed to find several of the employees were gone. No worries, booked the car. Ended up calling back to ask to schedule a few days earlier. So we were set with numerous appointments on Saturday, then picking up the car at 5:00 and leaving on Sunday morning. Got there and a note on the door met me stating "closed today at 1:00pm - -closed Sunday and Monday for holiday". We obviously were able to find a car through another company, but no call, no email or follow up. read more

I'm a gold member and still receive horrible customer service. I booked a rental on Wednesday for pick up on Friday. I got a call a hour before saying they were all sold out. They said they would call me back around 3PM. Never got a call so I called at 5 pm to follow up they said they had a car. After I drove off I noticed stains all over the back ceiling. $80 per day definitely not worth it. I just paid $1700 for 40 days in premium rental in Oregon. read more

What a great experience! It was a last minute reservation, but Kai and Maui couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. I'm a bigger guy, and sometimes have problems finding an affordable rental that I fit in comfortably, but they took me into the lot to see what they had and to make sure I was going to be comfortable. Horrible experience at this location! It began very pleasant I had drop my personal vehicle off for repairs. The plan was to have a vehicle reserved with Enterprise so I could leave directly from there and go to work. A very polite young man picked me up and drove me to the location nearest to the bodyshop where my personal car was. I was greeted by another polite young man at the location. I told him that my wife made a reservation (we've dealt with Enterprise numerous times for rentals) but somehow this times the girl in charge there demanded that he take me through some type of "ID verification process" asking me if i rented from them before, asking for a utility bill or some other form of address verification because I was paying via debit card. I NEVER had this happen before! it was VERY degrading as other customers looked on. I provided my car insurance and drivers license which they deemed insufficient for the pick up of the rental. I was told that I would have to return with my wife later. As I waited for a ride share service, the same young woman "Nessa" who instructed the young man came to the front to sing along with the hip hop music playing on a speaker at this location. Very condescending and unprofessional. I had an important meeting (which I missed and had to reschedule) to attend so I left immediately. I was then contacted by the same young woman to ask me some invasive questions in a very mocking tone "when I planned to return?" Later my wife called the Eastern ave location. I was able to go there and present the same forms of ID (drivers license) and pay with debit and pick up a vehicle without an issue. I've been to 5 different Enterprise locations around the Vegas/Henderson area this was by far the WORST! read more

Rented from this place 2x in the past month just because I didn't want to add a lot of mileage on my car. This place is the only location I go to rent a car. I like Enterprise rental car overall but this location brings extra to their customer service. Their location is slightly hidden from the main street (Rainbow) but it's worth finding them. Agents are always attentive & helpful. Seems like they're all in sync & fast, no longer that 5minutes wait even though they were busy. Amber was consistently friendly & made us feel welcome. Both times we got a free upgrade too, both times plus plus for me. Cars are always on point, clean & presentable. I will continue to rent from this place for my one day trips to Cali. read more

HORRIBLE experience especially with that manager in the red shirt today. Made a reservation for a rental. I was told to being my ID, proof of insurance and a card for payment. First off the suv they wanted to put me into was filthy. The two people i dealt with were special lets put it that way. So i see the suv and how its dirty and ask if they have anything else "no this is it" ok screw it ill take it. Go and give the employee my card. "Oh this is a debit? Do you have proff of residency?" Excuse me? You said to bring my card ID and insurance what are you talking about. So needless to say they didnt rent me the car after they refused to tell me i needed more than my card to pay. I asked to speak to the manager because i have been using enterprise since 2007 and ive never had this issue before. The manager comes out thinking this is all a joke laughing in my face about the situation. Im NEVER going to this location again. And im probably going to switch off of enterprise completely especially after another branch on durango lied about having a vehicle available as well. Enterprise. You are going down hill quick.
