This is how customer service should be…read more I first came into contact with this branch last month when I was visiting and needed a car to get by a few days. Reserve via the app and later in the day, went to go get it. As I arrive, I was greeted by Kelu who was very welcoming and has an infectious smile. She asked me how my day was going, made side chat and when my vehicle wasn't ready, she asked if I would like coffee Daniel her colleague was also very welcoming and asked if I had any questions regarding the rental. Came last week as I drove from the bay area to Las Vegas and dropped off the rental. Saw Kelu again and very friendly and I did see a difference in the amount of the rental, and she noticed the error and made the correction. Truly a great location and awesome staff. Highly recommend

My car was in the body shop so I had to get a rental and everyone that worked there was so accommodating and nice. You could tell they enjoyed working there because of the energy in the air was light and playful. If yall know what I mean, yall understand. Just walking into a business and feeling like no one is happy is kind of a mood killer. I got my car within 10 minutes of waiting (getting insurance stuff done and all of that). I had to extend my rental twice because my car wasn't ready in the shop so I called them and they helped me understand how it worked and it wasn't a problem. I was aware of what would have been charged and how insurance took care of it. This was alot less stressful than I thought it would have been. Overall, I recommend this business for all your rental needs due to how pleasant and what a great experience I had.

As a bonus, love checking out places off the strip like Zaytoon, Hash House A Go Go, and the Neon Museum. Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam are great day trips made much easier with a car. The car rental process is never easy in Vegas, though. Take the shuttle and then wait, wait, wait. We've been given a car that was rented to someone else (and had to return for another car) or been told that what we rented is sold out, do we want an upgrade for an additional cost? No, thanks. Still, being able to drive, makes it much easier. So we wait, then head off the strip to grab lunch, stop by a grocery store to pick up bottles of water and Gatorade and then head to our on the strip hotel to park. Lotus of Siam for Crispy Duck Panang, anyone?? (Thanks to Houston's CM Jando for the great Vegas recommendations.)

Due to flight delays and shuttle traffic, we arrived at the rental center around midnight. We had booked a pickup truck but realized it didn't have enough storage, so we asked to switch to a car from the Presidential lane -- something that's never been an issue before. That's when we encountered Leanne (short woman with brown hair in kind of a Dora-type haircut), who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my fiancé politely asked, "Could you please check what my other options are?", she mocked him in front of everyone, saying, "Look at this guy -- he's begging me now." We were stunned. When we told her this kind of behavior is not okay, she smiled, gave us her name, and said "Feel free to complain on me" like she was proud of it -- then walked away as if she had done nothing wrong. We contacted Hertz Customer Service that same night. They apologized, promised to remove some charges, offer a free rental, and file an official complaint against her. Two months later -- nothing. No follow-up, no credits, and no accountability. Now my fiancé is on yet another hour-long call trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue. This was not just disappointing -- it was demeaning. For a company that prides itself on elite membership experiences, this was anything but. If she hates her job, she should do something else instead of ruining everyone's days and vacations. Please put her on probation or fire her, she was terribly demeaning- not customer service support whatsoever.

It took a hot minute for our luggage to arrive on the carousel, so that didn't help! When we got to the rental car 'corral' there was a line about 15 people deep. Thankfully, Alamo had 3, possibly 4, desks open, staffed & helping customers. Despite the high number of people in line, we did NOT wait more than 10-15 minutes before getting to the desk ourselves. Picking up the rental was a bit out of the ordinary for us this time. After we filled out the contract & paid for the class of car we wanted, we were directed outside to the Alamo lot. Once there, the porter directed us to row 4 and to pick out whichever car we wanted. We didn't have much to choose from... but it was nice that we could choose ourselves. We were able to compare trunk space as well as head space for my husband who's considerably taller than I am. After we made our choice and exited the lot, the adventures began. The car was clean with low mileage at pick up. We simply chose it because of its beautiful blue color, lol. Priorities!! 3 states in 5 days! The car was most definitely fuel efficient. We used less than $100 in gas! It was spacious for me... but not so much for my husband. It drove comfortably across the highways & through the tunnels. It did well in the desert heat, as well! Returning it was seamless, as well! We gave ourselves a little extra time as we had to drop off and take the shuttle back to the airport. For once, I can recommend a car rental location.... Seriously! They NEVER happens!

Thank goodness I booked this rental car way before Memorial Day Weekend because rates were creeping up towards the ending of May! Alamo in Las Vegas shares shuttle service to its off airport rental car center. Upon drop-off, you can easily make your way back to T1 or T3 of Harry Reid International Airport.

The day before I got an email with instructions and you're able to checkin. This saves time at the counter. We didn't realize it at the time but where they park the cars is a small area. We came an hour early hoping to start the day early but our car wasn't there yet. I recommend when you are checking in online to set an earlier time if you need it. The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. It is super convenient having that in our hotel and we'd use Enterprise again.

It was ratty looking and unsafe to drive. It had scratches, dents old, cracked tires with hardly any tread on them. It was missing a hub cap on the front driver's side. This vehicle should be put out to pasture. I would be embarrassed to rent this out. So, we went in to exchange it. Sure, enough one was available but it's an upgrade. Basically, cost you more money. Fine try to stay positive on vacation here. So, we got a nice Nissan Sentra with California plates. Good tires, nice clean paint job and no noticeable dents on it. We hopped in and I noticed it had just over a half of a tank of gas. This is a first for me. I've rented cars before and always started with a full tank. Anyways apparently at Enterprise you must match the level of gas when you got the car as to when you return it. I returned it with more gas than what I started with. Do you think Enterprise with credit you? Not a chance.
