She helped me coordinate a ride from my home to the rental facility and was kind enough to put me in a vehicle that my partner and I were looking at purchasing (allowing for an extended test drive). Ashley was so helpful and kind. She helped me get into a rental at the end of the day and gave me her last vehicle and offered to swap it out for something more suitable. The office called me the day I was due to return the truck and offered to extend my rental if I needed, which I did. They made everything so easy and stress free when I was in the middle of dealing with a total loss after hitting a deer. I will definitely return next time I need a rental! read more

Does not know what Customer Service means! I booked a reservation on-line for a one way rental 3 days prior. (Corporate's issue for allowing me to.... bad on them!) Waited until 20 mins prior to my "pick-up" time to call me and cancel the reservation because they had no vehicles at that location for one way rental. I drove 1400 miles thinking I had a way home! Made a different reservation with a different company, whose service Hertz just as bad! On a whim, stopped at a different Enterprise location where some KNEW their job. They found the vehicle I needed, re-worked my reservation and explained that I needed to pick it up at the airport and why. So SIMPLE! read more

Reserved a standard SUV on June 8, to use 7/13-7/19. Received confirmation voicemail from Robert on 7/11. He said to call if there are any changes. Called morning of 7/12 to confirm no changes and that I would be picking up that day. Spoke with Kaylie who asked if I could come now. This was at 9:31 am, pickup time on reservation was 12:00 noon. When queried, Kaylie said they only have two vehicles and she couldn't guarantee a vehicle if I didn't come now. That is "just how this business works." Called corporate office and spoke with Sharon who said she sent my complaint to branch and regional manager. Hour and a half later, no call. On way to see if reservation honored. Will not use again. Update. Arrived and was assisted by Kaylie. Process of renting was efficient. Absolutely no apology or discussion of inconvenience I incurred, including missing a meeting. I had to bring it up-clearly no accountability by branch. I see there are many reviews with similar issues. Not good. read more

Worst service ever!!! One star is not even worth for them. I booked full size vehicle for a day. When I went to enterprise to pick up the car, they told me the car I booked, returned back with cracked windshield and only car left was compact size. I ask them if I get it cheaper price I don't mind with compact car. The total amount difference was $ 3.00!!!!!!! I was not happy with the service they provided. I had to down grade and it's $3.00 cheaper?????!!!!!! After two hour I decided to return the car and they charge 50% of total amount.... down grade to save $3.00????? No thanks! If I could give less stars I would. Had a vehicle supposedly set up. We needed transportation to them. Talked with the local store and now,all of the sudden, they tell me no cars available. They might be able to find one tomorrow. So I called the booking number again and asked them what the deal was. They tried to tell me their computers were backed up and not updated. BS! I have rented from enterprise many times. This is the least professional store And service I have encountered. Find a different place if you can if you are trying to find a car in Leavenworth Kansas! So a week later this time with advanced reservations the same almost exact scenario. Only this time they said they were very very sorry! Their sorry's didn't help me get my stuff done. I rent here regularly for work trips. It's handy to have a rental car service in Leavenworth rather than having to go all the way to Kansas City, however I've had more than one sub-par experience. I've rented multiple vehicles from here that have a very distinct cigarette smell to the interior. One was so bad I asked to swap it for a different vehicle, but without anything in the same class on the lot, I had to take my rental car all the way to an Enterprise in Overland Park to exchange it. The last time I rented there, they called to confirm my reservation (which I confirmed over the phone), but the following day they called me a couple hours prior to my pick up time to let me know they had sold out of cars and instead offered me a utility van for my 500+ mile road trip. Not wanting the utility van, I requested that they try to move in a car from a different Enterprise, which they eventually were able to do, but at a significant delay to my pickup and departure time. Seems their definition of holding a reservation is just different than mine. I would recommend calling the day of your pickup just to double check. The staff is very polite and always attempt to be accommodating, there just seem to be a few corners cut. Possibly due to a smaller location? read more
