Honestly my experience was the reason why I don't do Enterprise's like that. I had a work trip and I was due to pick a rental up there today, as I am doing a lot of traveling and thought everything was okay. I get there, and after processing everything, I go to the truck to grab my wallet and in the matter of 10 seconds, I was told "actually never mind, we can't rent you a car due to your license being a little degraded". Albeit, I give This two stars cause admittedly, my license is a bit degrading but the two things I ponder on is 1. I've never had an issue anywhere before, and 2. Exactly what changed in the couple of seconds I was out to get my wallet. Just an inconvenience and didn't really have the time to try another rental agency and have to drive my truck everywhere. read more

Don't know how an agent is so kind and caring over the phone,and then you get there and the other agent comes across as an uncaring jerk. Completed disrespectful. The 2 were as different as night and day. I think this is why I go out of my way to another Enterprise Car Rental even though this one is right by my house. I used this company for my rental after I was in a wreck caused by a State Farm client. I was given no notice that my vehicle was due at a specific day and time by anyone and yet I am the one responsible for a bill for the weekend I had the vehicle parked in my yard. I wasn't told I could leave my vehicle at the body shop either or I would have used that option. The management team needs an overhaul both locally and regionally. I cannot believe they wouldn't reduce their fees because of their lack of communication, even when their team member left me a message and said, "I wanted to see if you were aware," the lease ended a few days ago. This shows that it's OBVIOUS no one communicated with me. I'm very disappointed, as this money is coming out of my food budget for my family. Enterprise will screw up your plans after you've already made your reservation. After everything was already confirmed, the day before pickup at 2:30, they send an email, not a call or text, to say we need more verification. A license with my address, a debt card with the same address, and insurance with the same address is not enough. And since I was getting it for Sunday and only needed it for that day, they insisted on a 2 day rental, that I agreed to. Now, let's get one thing straight, they don't answer their phones very often. Now this being said, my insurance company rented me a car, they didn't have it, so they went and got it at airport. They were apologetic, and they were very polite, and they did whatever to make me happy. The staff is great. I recommend just going there in person. read more

We were hit by a person driving an ENTERPRISE rental car. We had to submit 3 different claims because no one knew what they were doing. We have waited 3 weeks now for someone to contact us. We finally got an answer and were told that we would have a car the next day. We called for our car and were told due to shortages they would not have a car available for 4 more days at the earliest. We have been without a car for weeks, enterprise does not care that an accident that was cause by one of their drivers/ cars has caused us to miss work and and added financial stress for the past few weeks to get our kids where they need to go. We have spoken to the claims department and several different enterprises in the area and it's crazy to me that the at fault company cannot get us a rental from their own company. Everyone we talk to passes the blame to the next person. read more

I had an insurance reservation from this location today to be delivered to an auto body shop. It was not delivered. I've called this location numerous times and been on hold for more than 2 hours total since then. No answer, no chance to leave a message. Just on hold. FOR AN ENTIRE AFTERNOON. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION if you expect to get a car or even a person on the phone. Amazingly bad service. Not even sure if there is a human in the building at this location. read more

I use to recommend this location. I am a regular or at least this will be my last time renting from here for a while. They changed all of the staff and the new team manager does not like to go outside so we the customer end up waiting for a runner to do it as a corporate client I expect upgrades when the lot is full of cars. I reserved a rental car online on a Sunday for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. I received my confirmation email so I arranged a ride to the rental agency to pick up the car for Monday morning. I was planning on driving the rental car to work all week as my car was in the repair shop. As I was arriving at the rental agency on that morning, I missed a call, but they left a voice message. They said it was a "courtesy call" to let me know that they would not have a car available for me until Wednesday of that week. The agency was not opened yet but I could see someone sitting in the office through the glass windows. I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang. They would not even pick up!! I don't know what kind of COURTESY they think it is to send you a confirmation email one day and then resend that reservation 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup! I was getting a ride from a friend that was going to have to drop me off and go straight to work. I had to call my office on a Monday morning with no warning and tell them I could not come to work and then my friend had to drive me back home and was late for his job!! This is not acceptable!! They could have either not confirmed my reservation and sent me somewhere else or they could have transferred a car from one of their other locations for me to pick up. They did not even make an offer to try one of the other locations or offer any explanation, and definitely no apology for this inconvenience that could have caused me to lose my job!
