I wish I could have said ZERO stars. WORST customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I arrived 15 minutes early for my reservation and had to wait for well over an hour before my vehicle was ready. I made the reservation for that time because that was when I needed the car! I was late for work, when I should have had plenty of time. I didn't have my insurance card with me, so they charged me ~$25 per day for THEIR coverage. The woman who checked me in told me that if I brought me insurance card with me when I returned the car, they would remove charge. When I arrived today to drop off the car, that woman was there, and she immediately left the main office and went into the back. The man who assisted me today said they "don't do that." I told him that was what I was told to do, by the woman who had just left the main office. He said he would "go check" and went through the door she had gone through. When he came back out, he told me he would check me out. After he did that, he told me he couldn't credit me because they could only do that DURING the rental. He deliberately checked me out first so they didn't have to give me the credit. I don't have anyone's name, unfortunately. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. This location is sloooooooowwwww, and they LIE. This is what Enterprise allows. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

They got me too. I have not rented from this location in awhile because of the bait and switch. I had planned to drive to Fl and needed a large enough car to fit my family of 7, luggage, and scooter. I reserved a Minivan and a Premium SUV just in case they tried to switch the vehicles. They called me to confirm and I spoke to someone who said that I had 2 reservations and I told her why. I go to pick up the vehicle and they give me a Mazda CX5 which holds about 4 people. I am so angry I could scream but I keep my composure. The agent tells me well you did not call to confirm. I know that is alot of mularky because I did. No other car rental company does this. This is why you have my credit card and I secured the rental online. I know have to drive to Florida and try to find an SUV on the way down. I have rented from other Enterprise Rentals and not had this problem. However, this location is the worst. I would not recommend to come here!! The service is terrible. We wanted to discuss the renting options since online it is hard to figure out what an additional driver costs etc. We walked into the location and the employees did not even look at us, nor say hello or asked how to help us. We stood there for around 15min because there were other people waiting and we thought maybe someone would talk to us later on. The guy at the front desk was just looking at the iPad the whole time or would take a phone call in a very unmotivated way. After someone else walked in and the guy talked to him and pushed us aside we felt very stupid since he acted like we weren't even there. After trying to get his attention and still not getting any recognition what so ever we simply left. It didn't seem like our business was appreciated there so we took it somewhere else. read more

They never called me that day. That same morning i went to enterprise to see if they had a car available and they did and exactly the one I wanted. I rented a truck this past weekend. I was hoping for an F150 but knew it wasn't guaranteed. When I got there they didn't have any trucks ready. The manager drove me up to the Loganville location to pick one up. We knew it was going to be a Titan instead of an F150 but he kept an eye out just in case. He was looking out for me and reduced my rental since they didn't have one ready and we had to deal with traffic. When I needed to extend my rental a day, they were very understanding and helpful. They then gave me a ride back when I returned it. Every now and then the logistics of moving inventory goes south but the crew at this store handled it extremely well and were very helpful. read more

Reserved a car for Saturday 11AM pick up I was in route literally turning in their driveway at 11:05 when they called me and said they were out of cars. I understand there is a shortage but I also understand the definition of reservation. Reservation means I have first option and will be accommodated. When I inquired why they didn't have a car I was told my reservation wasn't confirmed....translation ...."we didnt confirm your reservation so we have no car for you It didn't matter that I had a conformation #. I was told the system will continue to take reservations regardless even if they dont have the cars available ...I found this strange because when I made the reservation on line the system clearly stated it was checking for availability. I was told they could not check availability at other locations near by I would have to do that myself I asked for a phone number to corporate and was given the 800 number for reservations. A CSR there escalated my call to a TL who told me the closest available car was an hour away from me in the opposite direction from where I was going adding 2 hours to my travel time. In essence I missed the 2 events I was scheduled to attend something that cant be given back. Ive done business with enterprise for many years I guess it's time to take my business somewhere else. I'm still frustrated about how this was handled. Had I been properly informed I could have made other accommodations. read more

Made a reservation for a full size vehicle but they had none available at the time of pick up. Apparently they gave my reservation away because they wasn't sure if I was still coming mind you my reservation was for 9, I arrived at 10 (they have a grace period). No courtesy call or nothing. A compete waste of my time. Unacceptable. I had to drive all the way to Duluth to get the car I needed. Your associates need to do a better job of going above and beyond to accommodate its customers. I tried to pick the car up a little early, but was told what i had reserved would not be available until my reservation time. I was also told that there was no one that could take me to my house & bring me back to rent the vehicle. Had a long wait when I was able to get a ride back to Enterprise. When I returned the vehicle, I had a much better experience. The young man was very courteous & took me back to my house after returning the vehicle. He was professional and got my vehicle returned very quickly. I will be a little hesitant renting from this particular location next time. read more

Terrible place, Terrible people! The manager there, Corwin Chappell has no clue about being a manager along with being rude and unprofessional. All we wanted was a receipt for the refund on our deposit money they had withdrawn from our account on day one, which after returning the car in perfect condition, they said 'don't worry about it, we'll do it'. After 19 days of renting a car from them, you'd think they would have some courtesy to simply give us the refund receipt of only $50 they promised verbally, in writing. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager to look into it and then they gave us the receipt. Terrible!! Waited super long after making reservations. Was told I would get a Malibu Chevy when making reservations. Went there to pick up the car, the worker said I will get a Camry, but I have to wait until they bring the vehicle from inventory which is down the street. Fine! No problem... 30 minutes later, I saw a car pulled up (Impala), but wasn't sure if it was mines or not. Waited another 30 minutes for the same worker to inform me that he will upgrade me to a RAV4 free of charge for the long wait. Free upgrade?!?! Sure, why not?!? Waited another 15 minutes until the vehicle is finally ready. It is the same car (Impala) that was pulled up 45 minutes ago which was just sitting there all that time. I asked about the upgrade, and I was told the Impala was the upgrade. I mentioned how I was informed that I would get a RAV4, for the long wait. The lady said that there was no RAV4 in stock, while the guy interject and said there is one on the way, but the Impala is my upgrade. Horrible unnecessary wait time and false information read more

Even though the insurance process took a while, we were so pleased with the customer service at not only this branch, but from Enterprise associates nation-wide. Snellville, Ga Enterprise is the worst rental car experience each time I've gone. My last visit, five people in line in front of me were complaining about cars not being available though they had reservations. I had a reservation and called ahead to be sure it was there. Michael answered my call and when I tried to explain that I'd made the reservation a week in advance, he dismissed it and said that car isn't available and that I waited too late to reserve. He actually argued with me about when I made the reservation. He said I made it the day before, which was incorrect. I asked him what the compensation was for my inconvenience and he hung up on me, intentionally. I drove up there. He was shocked to see me to say the least. I requested a manager. Michael tried to deny help hung up on me. I told them to listen to the recorded call. I actually called Enterprise corporate on Micahel prior to visiting the site. The manager at Enterprise, Amir (I think), literally begged me not to report Michael to corporate because it would shed a negative light on his location. Still he claimed the car I wanted for the "weekend special" wasn't available. I said I didn't have a weekend special, my car was regular rate. Turns out Michael had looked up the wrong person! He never asked my first name, only had my last, which is why he argued about my reservation. Michael was being cursed out by another customer while his manager waited to tell him he didn't do his job thoroughly and mishandled me. Hanging up on someone is a character issue, not a mistake or accident. He is a very bad representative for a company claiming to take care of customers like family. Would you believe Michael is now a manager at the location down the street in Lilburn that I started going to after this incident where they were much nicer. Michael, the jerk, is now their manager! How does someone like him become a manager?! I should've written corporate about him instead of being talked out of it. Who hangs up on a customer? And he had the wrong customer to boot. Enterprise, you need a customer centric model. He's horrible! We won't be going back. read more

I have rented from enterprise in the past and never had any issues, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My mom and I rented a car and later found out that the air conditioner did not work. Also, the oil light continued to come on but the manager just told my mom and I to ignore it. Days later, we returned the car for a better one and this car started to malfunction too. I had to repeatedly put air in a tire that said it had low pressure. Lastly, I got stranded at the gas station because the car battery died. It is very clear to me that they don't service their cars well at this location. If you want to drive around the city in a safe and dependable car, then I suggest that you rent your car from a different location. read more

The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and treat the customers, as if it's a privilege to do business with them. Save yourself some time and money and go to HERZ. I reserved 2 vans in May for pick up on July 7th. Received a call on July 2nd stating they have no more vans and are booked until the end of August. With it being a holiday week with July 4th, calling me on the 2nd is the same as giving me zero time to make other arrangements. Why did I not receive a call earlier when I made the reservation nearly 2 months prior? How was I able to make a reservation if they're that overbooked? How is it okay for a car rental company to intentionally overbook? This was the 2nd time the Killian Hill Enterprise location has done this to me. In both cases, I made my reservation earlier, only to have them give my vans away to someone else who made their reservations after I did. This places is AWFUL!!!! Because I could not get vans from them, I had to spend an extra $2,000 having to find alternate transportation for my group's vacation! read more

On April 1, 2016 I reserved a car online early AM, to pick up the car at 12 noon. Approximately 11:30 while in route to pick up vehicle. I received a phone call from Enterprise 4182 Stone Mountain Hwy Lilburn, GA 30047 location stating they did not have a vehicle for me, and this was a courtesy call. They didn't want me to get there and not have a car for me. Really at 11:30 ,so I ask how is that you don't have a car for me seeing I booked one online. Reply from Michael was their computer does not know how many cars are on the lot. Once again REALLY. I have booked plenty of vehicles from different rental companies online and when there are no more cars the computer will not let you book at that particular location. Needless to say I turned around went home and called corporate office to report the issue. Spoke with Arthur who was more than happy to take my complaint. Approximately 1pm I received another phone call from Suru from the same location telling me they will have a car available for me about 2pm. My problem is I picked up the car at 2pm not happy because all my plans ruined. I didn't even go out of town because of the 2 hour delay in getting the vehicle cause family to leave. Nate was very helpful during my check-in process upon my rental's return. 4 instead of 5 stars because their vehicle inventory was not a wide variety. They didn't have the exact vehicle I booked, but a free upgrade could have easily fixed that. That said, staff is amazing, vehicle was nice and clean, and location is very convenient. read more

Beware doing business at this location. Don't get me wrong - I've done business with Enterprise for years and have been very happy with them. This particular location, however, completely let me down. My car broke down today and I had appointments to keep so I needed a vehicle. I went online to see what might be available and reserved a car at this location in one hour. The reservation went through and i received a confirmation email. When i arrived, on time, I was told "no, we don't have a car for you." No, I explained, there must be a mistake because I just made a reservation. They said it didn't matter if I had a reservation. I asked what could we do? Maybe they had a smaller or larger car or maybe they could check with the other locations in the area (there are several close by). They weren't interested in any of those suggestions ... completely unconcerned. So I left and made my way to a neighboring location just up the road to the west. There my experience was completely opposite. They were much more helpful and quickly got me into a car and on my way. I won't do business with this branch at 4182 Stone Mountain Hwy in the future. First, they accepted a reservation that they obviously couldn't meet. Second, if you're not helping their branch P&L don't expect even minimal courtesy or help from them. read more

I have used this location many times because the staff is very accommodating. I received a great deal on a premium car that I had to rent through two weekends for a total of ten days. Upon my return, they took me back to work after a small wait time. I also received an 8% discount for customer satisfaction, which lowered the quoted online price by $32. I drove over 1200 miles in the rental and it was very comfortable, fuel efficient, and a great handling vehicle. read more
