I absolutely love this enterprise! The guys here are very helpful. They do their very best with the supply chain issues with certain models etc to get you something similar to fit your needs if your selected model is not available. They are always courteous, and always check to make sure your experience with their vehicles was great. My representatives this round was DJ "Darrell" and Dontae. I do know sometimes the cars are not delivered full but with this location have a smaller staff, I would think it would be nearly impossible to get them all cleaned and fueled and service customers so I have no complaints! Hopefully I will not need anymore vehicles for insurance claims but will definitely visit again if I am in need of a rental car service. read more

I rented a car from Enterprise on Main Street in Snellville because it was one of the companies recommended by the repair shop that my insurance company recommended. Enterprise provides pickup from this location, however I had to wait almost an hour for my scheduled pickup. When I arrived at the Enterprise location they only had a limited amount of vehicles to choose from. The car that was provided for me was not in good condition, the windows were not clean inside and outside, there were stains on the seats, finger marks on the monitor screen , and there was a sticky feeling on the steering wheel and the console. read more

I had a reservation for this location that I made via Expedia. When I went to pick up my rental, I was informed that my contact information was not on file and that since there was no way to contact me they canceled the reservation. I was informed that this location has a lot of no shows and this is the reason they do this. There is no way that this is acceptable. This is unprofessional. There needs to be a way that they honor reservations regardless. Whether its them giving someone a grace period after the rental time, etc. but not cancel. read more

Second time renting from them this summer. The first did not go well as the pickup was hours late. Calls to the local number get you some call center but if you attempt to be routed to the location it cuts you off after 15 minutes saying no one is available and try your call later. So, second time renting from them I called to make sure they could pick me up. The day before they called to tell me they open at 9 and would pick me up by 9:30 so I thought they had reformed. Of course, once again no one came and I had to call. This time I actually got through to the location where "Ken" told me he was the manager and they do not pick up in weekends. So, I drove my car there only to find a no overnight parking sign, a waiting room full of people and no employees to speak to. I drove to my sister's house and parked and got a ride back to Enterprise the "we pick you up" folks. Luckily, they still had a car for me. So, 2.5 hours after my expected time I finally left town. When I got back the gas station next door had the card readers down. I didn't wait to fill up because the car was due back at 1pm and I really had to pee. I dropped it off and DJ said he'd waive the short gas charge and late fee. I have no idea what late fee he was talking about because they had texted a link and I had already rescheduled the drop off for 1pm. So, just be aware this location will lie to you to get your business but will not hold up to the "we pick you up" standard. When I explained my previous experience to DJ he assumed I had not talked to the location which of course I had after a few tries. But, the guy who finally gave me a ride in June no longer works there. Perhaps they should have kept him since per "Ken" they are short handed. read more

I made a car rental reservation approximately 2 weeks ago online for this location. My car was being repaired and I needed a rental for 3 days. They called me right before I was going to pick up the rental; they require a $300 deposit. Never saw this posted anywhere on the website. I could see $50-$75 deposit etc but $300, really?!?! I'm a single mom on a budget, so my parents graciously offered to cover the deposit, but I was told the name on the card for the deposit would have to match the name on the license. So ridiculous. I will NEVER rent a car from them ever. They weren't friendly, and the fact that they weren't even willing to work with me etc really stinks! Side note: I work for an insurance company, I won't say which one. However, my company gives Enterprise a TON of business in general. Just saying. read more

(2998 Main St., Snellville GA location) Prior to this planned trip, we had not rented a car from Enterprise in 3 years after a previous bad experience we had with this company. Mind you, we had been a customer of theirs for many years. Our last disastrous experience was in 2015 Indianapolis IN. .... We had called to reserve a car and someone in the office picked up the phone then immediately hung up. I called back then was given a confirmation number for our reservation. The number we were given turned out to be bogus and no reservation had made for us at all???? Truly unbelievable. On this particular weekend we decided to try Enterprise again. Have the standards changed or what? Filthy stained car seats (was told it cost to much to have them detailed/cleaned and that no one else had complained about the stained up seats), dirty car inside and out, dirty wheels rims, low on gas, and in the midst of the many cars on the lot we were told no other car was available. We felt forced to take this car and reluctantly did. I was very uncomfortable not knowing what the multiple fluid stains in the two front seats were from, and with the overall uncleanliness of the car, period. Incidentally, the inside of the rental office was dirty as well. This probably should have clued us in, but didn't. Corporate Office should pop in anonymously as "mystery shoppers" and see just how subpar and unprofessional this location is. We will not be back ... We'll take our business elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY PLACE!!! We called the corporate office and was told it is NOT their policy to not clean car seats to save money. The customer service rep was appalled and said that a regional manager would be calling us to follow up. It's been 4 days .... No call yet. I've since noticed that this place has several bad reviews... mainly due to the filth of the rental cars .... It appears that nothing has been done about these complaints .... Shameful! read more

This placed overcharged my card. They assured me that they are only charging me the amount for the car. I had to put a $150 dollar deposit which was pending. The company push the entire through for payments instead the amount for the car. Basically they stole money. This is unethically. I only rented the car for one day until I get my car out of shop. I will be reporting them to the BBB if this issue is not resolved quickly. No one should have to worry about this after renting a car. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has officially ruined our yearly vacation. My spouse was unable to rent a car today, because we could not present 2 paper form utility bills; he was told we could not submit PDF's of our utility bills because "the computers are down". So it's my fault this location has IT issues??? In 2018, you'd think a genuine PDF would be accepted, but I guess not. My spouse even offered to pay the total amount upfront in cash, but we were denied the vehicle rental(because we have a debit card and not a credit card was the second reason) I'll be honest, neither myself or my spouse remembered the requirement for utility bills for a rental, so as a result, we did not keep any laying around for the day we'd pick up the rental. No type of other options or solutions were offered. No apologies, no nothing. Customer service is lacking, I'm really lost on where management is when all of this is occurring. Not to mention last year, around this same time, this SAME location did NOT have our vehicle ready, our trip was delayed by almost 4 hours due to the vehicle not being on site, and them having no other SUV's ready. The day of our well deserved vacation has started like this. Due to an accident I was forced to use this location by the ins company. First when I needed pick up (I live only 3 miles from the location) it took 3 separate scheduled times and a call to their corporate office for them to actually come pick me up...stating they had 2 people with the same name and gave away my rental.....highly doubt the odds on the same day with the same exact name....however when there I was told I needed an additional $50 deposit that would only be a hold, not a charge to my bank account, even though the ins company was footing the bill....upon return of the vehicle I was told I would receive my deposit back within 24hrs, after 5 days I had not, I called (placed on hold for 35 min) and was told that because I had had a flat tire I was liable for an entire new tire, even though I used their road side assistance.....when I disputed the charge with my bank they proceeded to charge an additional fee the next day of $26.50. Brother-in-law just rented a Suburban, and it was filthy, dirty and smells of cigarettes. Their were scratches on the outside. It needed have gas in. I had to clean the vehicle. Not good. Finally an employee took down my info and said "I will have your car in 10 minutes" Half our later I finally got the car. This place has great customer service! Always prompt with the pick up and drop off service. Agents are always friendly. The only draw back is sometimes the interior of the cars can be cleaner. That was last Friday, Feb. 10th. It's Wed. Feb. 15th and not a word. The Manager called me up, finally and we reviewed the entire situation from start to finish. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to compensate me for the wholes situation. I told him my whole reason for wanting him to call me was to inform him that his staff was poorly communicating and because of that it cost me money. But to offer me money was an insult, because i never once asked for a dime, just a phone call to explain what happened and to give him a heads up that he had a problem. We ended the conversation with him saying next time we needed a rental he would give me compensation in the form of a better rate or something. I'm fine with that. Then out of the blue on Tuesday of this week my partner said that Enterprise had sent him a $150 credit notice on his American Express card. That was a nice, un asked for gesture. I would have preferred that the car be rented be cleaner. Luckily, I discovered a large dint that the staff member overlooked. Also, when I got home I discovered the rear wind shield wiper was missing. I sent an e-mail with a picture right away but no one responded. In the end I would send a several messages with no response. Also, I was on the phone with David yesterday asking him to resend the invoice since the search in my e-mail yielded no messages. Even though he obviously was looking at the messages and told me what day it was sent, he directed me to the website. I asked him twice to resend but he refused. We had a very positive experience at the Snellville Main St location. As I was checking an older full-size auto for dings, before signing the contract, a full-size 2016 auto was returned. The staff member asked if I had time for them to clean the new car & change the paperwork. I agreed to wait -- got a more gas efficient, comfortable auto with satellite radio & Bluetooth capabilities -- had a wonderful weekend experience. Not sure where to start. Reserved a Standard (basically a midsize) car 4 days prior to pickup. Arrived at Enterprise Rental on West Main in Snellville Ga. at 10 AM Saturday. There were six (6) people ahead of me standing in the parking lot. For the next two (2) hours, waiting in the sun, I watched what I will assume was the manager, an assistant, and someone to clean returns run around with no plan on how to get these people their vehicle with any type of priority or concern for their time. At one point watched all 3 people for Enterprise try to clean a single car that still took more than 15 minutes. Once they did get around to me they didn't have the vehicle I reserved so they stuck me with me what they tried to sell as a compact SUV, a Ford ECO. Absolutely one of the worst vehicles Ford as ever produced. Without going thru the remaining silliness I witnessed just understand if it takes two hours to rent a vehicle and you don't get what you reserved you have gone to the wrong place. There are way too many rental businesses available to deal with people that appear to have NO CLUE. If you need a rental vehicle in Snellville Ga and believe Enterprise on West Main is where you wish to go please consider yourself forewarned. If you try Enterprise and get stuck in a parking lot and then don't get what you reserved you have no one else to blame but yourself. read more

. On Saturday, December 9th 2017 I went to the location at 4182 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047 around 11:30 am. To my surprise there were no customers waiting and only one employee working. I gave the employee, Suru Balogun, my information and advised I had a reservation for a rental. Suru informed me, my name was not on their reservation list. He asked, "What size vehicle was the reservation for?" I told him, "It was a full size vehicle." Suru says, "I don't have a full size vehicle available, you will have to go to the location were your reservation was made. I felt I was being brushed off and Suru didn't have any intent on assisting me. Also, the lot was full of cars and I could've easily been accommodated. I asked, "So there is nothing you can do for us?" He says, "No, I cannot." I went to the other location at 5005 Stone Mountain Hwy; this branch was completely slammed and had very few cars. I was assisted by Brianna, which she was very helpful and professional. Brianna advised that she would have to go to another location to get a vehicle. I asked, "What location was she going to?" Brianna says, "The location across from the Home Depot." I advised, "I can go pick it up because that is closer to my home." Brianna then proceeds to call, what she thought was that location to inform them that there are a few customers headed that way to pick up a vehicle. Upon entering the branch, another customer that came from the previous location, made a joke about me following him and we chatted about how busy the other location was. Suru was in the process of completing some paperwork for another customer. I stated to him, "I should've been assisted the first time, instead of brushing me off and giving bad customer service. Suru advise there were other customers that he was assisting at the moment. I said, "That was fine, just making sure you are actually assisting people." Suru begins to help the gentleman that came from the other location, as I did. Once he finished up with that gentleman, Suru asked "Who was next?" I proceed to go up to the counter and advised I was next. Suru immediately folds his arms and says, "I don't have any availability." I said, "What do you mean? I just left the location down the street and Brianna called and informed you they had customers coming to get a vehicle." This was apparent, considering he had just assisted a customer with their reservation from the same location. I said, "So you can't call the other location and speak with them." He said, "No I have other customers and no one called me." At this point I got very irate and started to use profane language because I felt disrespected and embarrassed. Although I should never let anyone's bad behavior be a reflection of mine, I was totally taken out of character. Suru then advised I would have to leave the location due to my language. I advised I wasn't leaving due to the fact; I had reservation and had a right to be serviced. Suru then proceeds to call Gwinnett County police and let them know I would not leave the location. I informed him that corporate would be called in regards to this situation. On the way out the store Suru made the comment, "I was bold to speak to him that." I took this as a threat. I went back to the original location and informed Michael, the branch manager, of my horrible experience with Suru. Michael was very apologetic and did everything to make my experience a little better. Brianna advised that she called the Loganville location by mistak. She goes back to the same location, and came back with a Nissan Altima. That further let me know that there were cars ready and available to rent. This was by far the worst experience I've encountered at Enterprise. Not only was your employee rude and disrespectful, but he is considered a MANAGER! If you cannot deal with an upset customer with respect and dignity, then you don't need to be in management. Furthermore, if you have vehicles readily available I should not be sent to another location to be accommodated. I am a customer that qualified for a rental and had a reservation, there is no reason I got that type of service. Also, I just had 30 day insurance claim with Enterprise and spent $415 to extend that rental. I was definitely not treated as a valued customer that day. Although, the staff at location 5005 Stone Mountain Hwy are true professionals and handled the situation accordingly. I will be doing several reviews in regards to the disrespect and discrimination that I encountered at 4182 Stone Mountain Hwy. I am truly disappointed. read more

I had a great experience while renting a Van on March 1st from this Enterprise Office. The staff was friendly and the vehicle was clean and ready to go when I got there. The Van had low mileage which gave me a lot of comfort as I drove it nearly a 1,000 miles in four days. Worst experience ever. Be creful renting from this location, they add optional services to your quoted price and try to act like it's already in the price. I didn't feel the need to purchase their insurance, so they thought they would include the roadside assistance. Michael was very sly about it when he was getting to me to sign the paperwork. I quickly checked it out and on the back in bold letters that it was NOT REQUIRED, OPTIONAL TO PURCHASE. I called up there less than 5 minutes after leaving to speak with someone about this. Charmaine was the lady I spoke with she was very rude to me and actually told me that I was being rude. I don't think calling up there questioning why they added something to my bill when it wasn't necessary is considered being rude. I also asked what the total price was and they didn't even tell me about a deposit that would be included at that moment. I would never do business with this location ever again. They are rude and lie to customers so that they can add additional things to your bill making you think it's included in your deal. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. read more
