Never renting from here or any Enterprise location ever again. Rented a van from them because our van was in the shop. The within 30 minutes of renting, my wife opened the front passenger door and because of a misalignment of the front quarter panel, the door caused a dent on the front quarter panel. I took the van back to the location immediately to tell them what happened and they said they'd file a report once we returned the van. After we returned the van, Enterprise told us that we owed them $2,000 to fix the front quarter panel from opening the door. They explained this is their policy but it doesn't make any sense to me that we'd be liable for damage that occurred during normal usage like opening a door. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. An employee named Aharon treated me with disrespect and arrogance. I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and spoke politely the entire time--yet he spoke down to me and tried to "educate" me in a very condescending way. I'm 40 years old, and it felt completely inappropriate. There are cameras at the location that can confirm I was respectful. I usually tip service employees to show appreciation, which makes his behavior even more unacceptable. I do not recommend renting from this branch. read more

Had a horrible interaction with an employee named Aaron at this location who undermined 18 hours of work with Enterprise Customer Service and refused to release a vehicle to the tow truck. I have never written a bad review for any business ever, but it took over two months to resolve our issue and receive a partial refund for a bad rental car on a cross country trip. This was a VERY difficult customer service experience with unanswered phones, extremely long times on hold with no pick ups, no returned calls, etc. We had to make multiple phone calls (4), only to receive various nods and assurances, but still NO action or returned calls to confirm a solution; as stated above, it took TWO MONTHS to FINALLY get results. If everything goes normally and as planned, this Enterprise is probably just fine, but if you have any issues, you will likely encounter the same difficulties we did. Once the car is rented and paid for, the customer service is virtually non-existent, and you will really have to be diligent to get a response. read more

Enterprise has stolen/charged my credit card $445.00 in addition to what was told to me & put in writing. They will not accept responsibility for their actions and correct the problem. I have been told three times that someone would contact me and as of today no contact made. There customer service on top of stealing is just deplorable. I truly recommend do not trust what they put in writing and don't even use Enterprise at all. I will post this over and over and on all Social Media platforms until someone from Enterprise corrects the mistake. Recently, a family member was involved in an accident. The insurance of the person who hit them, was going to pay for a rental car. The insurance company always work with Enterprise. Family member went to the closest Enterprise location to their home. They were told, they didn't have any cars they could use. Seemed odd, but they gave them the location of another Enterprise that would have "insurance cars." The time was getting close to when these businesses were going to close so they raced to the next Enterprise that was said to have "insurance cars." Got there in time, told the salesperson what they needed and he said they didn't have any "insurance cars" and Family Member would have to go to another one. They were total jackasses about renting them anything, and I would never recommend anyone go to Enterprise in Lincoln. They get one star because I can't post a review without out it. I wouldn't even do a 1 star. I've rented From Enterprise on 3 different occasions and each time has been nothing but issues. This last time was final straw & I will not ever rent with them again. Not only are they misleading on the type of vehicle your getting when you are renting they turn around and Blame you the customer. When I book a full size SUV and see a Tahoe on the picture I expect something similar not a Nissan Armanda, or Kia. You are either getting all the passengers or the luggage in those vehicles This happened the first two times. This last time I booked my reservation on 11/29 for them to come pick me up when I dropped my work truck off to be fixed at the body shop. They waited until 12/30 at 3:05 to leave a voicemail telling me they could not pick me up on Monday 1/02 because they were closed. No follow up call, no email so I call on Sat & they are closed & since it's an insurance claim the airport can't handle my reservation. Horrible customer service. read more

Rented a car from there with bald tires over 41k miles and halfway through trip found out the brakes and rotors were so bad that there were hot spots all over it after 3hours of fighting them they fix brakes and rotors when I return the vehicle they find a tiny gap between plastic no scratches or anything but just from a bad previous repair and say I did it and are now trying to make me repair it with my insurance read more

Poor customer service. rented 2 cars from them 1 for 3 days quote $179 and 200 deposit which would be returned when car was returned . rental 2 was for a week $219 and deposit 200 to be returned. they never closed out the first car when returned and charged for 10 days. ended costing $668. Not the cleanest car I have ever had, but I was told originally that my repair shop was covering this car rental. I was told to put down a $50. Deposit before driving it away. When I returned it in two days, I was given a final tally of $224.68 and found out it was charged to MY card instead of the repair shop. Tried several times to call them, but after punching thru the various voice mail stages, and waiting " for the next representative, I was then cut off. I called my repair shop to find out what was going on and was told the $224. price was exorbitant and that the repair shop was responsible for paying Enterprise. Hopefully my repair shop will get my money back. But be forewarned, this place is not honest. read more

I have been waiting to be on hold since 3:42pm. It is now closed and past 6 pm. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes I called on another phone to see if I had clicked the right numbers. I had. When I talked to a person, I hung up on the first phone, but they said they couldn't even help me so I had to call again. The second call to get back in the cue was 1 hour and 42 minutes long of listening to your cleaning processes, and telling me that when I'm ready you're ready. Clearly not the case. read more

Rented a vehicle online from enterprise, to be picked up at the LNK location in Lincoln Ne, in 2 hours. Received a confirmation email from Enterprise that my reservation had gone through. I get a ride to the airport and find out there wasn't a vehicle for me to have. But I could wait about 6 hours to see if one comes in. Of course my ride has already left. I'm giving this a 1 only because zero is not an option. Pathetic. Enterprise needs to work on the website accountability. Don't send a confirmation when there really isn't one. read more

My family and I rented a vehicle online through enterprise and then went to pick it up on the day we were leaving. Upon arrival we were told they didn't have a car for us and none of the surrounding Enterprise stores did either. They told us we could wait for a few more hours, but they didn't have anything for us until tonight. There was a lack of communication to tell us this as we were already planning on leaving and a lack of communication through their website. I don't understand how someone can have a website and take someone's money, but not deliver on the product they were supposed to get. Will not try to rent again ever. read more

I will never rent a car from here again! Everyone knows not having a reliable vehicle is stressful enough. I found myself needing to rent a car for two days for a trip to Kansas this past weekend and set up the rental at 1 pm on Friday June 9th. The gentleman assisting me was nice but clearly new and inexperienced. It took awhile to get my rental due to being very busy but he tried his best to answer my questions. Initially I did not purchase the additional bumper to bumper coverage but did return to the location to do so an hour or two later before I left town after worrying that something could possibly happen to the vehicle on my trip and the man who helped me was quick and and nice and I was on my way with the understanding that my rental for the two day trip would be $100.37 (this is minus the price with the additional insurance which was $17 and some change per day) but my card was being charged for $300.37 due to using a debit card to cover this transaction and was reassured several times, because I certainly asked, that the $200 deposit for using a debit card would be returned 1-2 days after my car was returned. When I returned my rental vehicle Sunday June 11th at 12:30 pm I walked into the office to return my keys and close out my rental (I noticed the keys to the building were in the front door when I arrived and no one inside the office and there appeared to only be one man working who did greet me after a few minutes but was clearly very busy). He was very friendly. I was told that due to high volume of returns it was going to take him awhile to get to my return and that I should put the keys in the drop box. The gentleman was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing and I asked again if "That was all I needed to do" since I've never rented a vehicle myself before and thought maybe there would be some paperwork. He told me that was it and it was going to be awhile before he would get to checking my car back in and I could avoid waiting around by dropping them in the drop box. I thanked him and asked again to be sure that my card would be refunded for the $200 hold that was charged to my account and reminded him that my car was returned on time and he confidently told me yes and it would take 2-3 days to refund my account the deposit so I assumed, as an employee of the establishment I know nothing about, the matter would taken care of appropriately. I kept checking my bank account the next few days but never saw the $200 return I was expecting but did see a return for $89 that showed up on my day of rental. Confused and a little frustrated I call the office I rented from located on "O" Street to see what the hold up is since I returned my rental on Sunday and it was now Thursday June 15th. The man took my name and number and assured me he would get back to me after looking into the issue apologizing for the inconvenience. No return call was ever made. I called the office again the next day explaining I had called the previous day, had still not received my deposit back and no one ever returned my call and my information was taken again to pull up my agreement. When he pulled up my information he informed me that I was refunding the $89 deposit. Confused, I told him I was told my deposit was to be $200 and was supposed to be refunded days ago and that my rental was only supposed to be $100.37 and the only additional charges to that was the $17/day coverage but even that shouldn't have exceeded what I was still being charged and my rental had that it had been returned 30 minutes earlier than our rental agreement. I was told my car wasn't checked back in until 4:30 pm, 3 and a half hours after it was returned to Enterprise. I explained what I was told at return and that I was told I would receive my refund and the man on the phone told me he would refund the additional day charge and I asked again about the $200 deposit and it seemed like the issue was being resolved. Saturday morning, still no deposit refunded. I called to file a complaint with Enterprise, who upon looking up my record said I had my car for three days instead of two on their records and wasn't particularly helpful or apologetic for the hassle. Isn't that just what you do in customer service, even if it's faked? They said I'll be receiving a call on Monday or Tuesday to follow up on the issue since their office is closed for the weekend. I'm really disappointed in all the run around I've been getting. I heard good things about the company hence my decision to rent from Enterprise and foolishly went into this confident in a smooth transaction but this has been beyond ridiculous to deal with. I will not be renting from Enterprise in the future. I guess we'll see what comes from my dispute in the following days, but I don't recommend renting here. It's a very busy office (not unlike others, I'm assuming) and considering the years of operation of the company you would expect more organized and professional services. read more

I booked a minivan over a month in advance, I even called 3 days before pickup and was told all was fine. I was called at 8am the day before pickup to tell me that there were no mini vans available. I was told that for some unknown reason no vans were being shipped to them from anywhere in Nebraska. I began calling Eric, the local manager, at 8:30 am. I continued to call until 5pm. He was either on the phone, or not available but he would call me right back. He never called. I spoke to a woman in the Lincoln office and she was very dishonest. She even told me that she called all the other rental places in Lincoln and that no one has mini vans. I called Hertz, and two other private rental companies and they did have mini vans and said that no one from Enterprise called them. I confronted her and again, she lied. I have never been so disappointed in a company and I will let anyone around hear about it . They should not be in business. After reading other review in the consumer report, I see that the same thing happened to several other people around the country in the last few month. I have rented from Enterprise in Lincoln about a dozen times. I always appreciated the experience. Usually they had the lowest rates, which was what I was looking for. One time I had one of their cars for many days and many miles, and needed to take it in for an oil change and checkup. They apologized to me that I had that responsibility and compensated me for my trouble. I have always thought their cars were fine. One time they were not ready for me at the appointed time, and I went to another business, as I was in a hurry. I was disappointed in them, but that is the only time. read more

Anthony Sanitanasto is the branch manager. In my opinion he should be the car washer. I rented a car from them three weeks ago he gave me a car that was completely filthy and smelled like rotten milk he opened the doors outside turned on the air conditioner and made it look pristine to jump in and drive away. This gentleman also had me sign here here here here and here and did not explain what was going on that part I will say was my fault I should have paid more attention. Being at an Enterprise dealership I assumed the quality of their salesman would be higher than most unfortunately I was extremely wrong. This branch manager gave me a car that had damage on it he did not walk me around the car to look at the car and inspect it before I drove away instead he gave me a smile that should have gone along with the Enterprise name but this man is a crook. I guess now I will be stuck with damages on the car which this car already has 34000 miles on it and will be sold at auction within the next six months and everybody knows it. If you need to rent a car I would suggest going anywhere other than Enterprise Rental Car especially the one at 4 601 old Street Lincoln Nebraska if you do you might have a chance to meet this Anthony the branch manager the only part of his job he is good at is screwing over unexpected customers. I will never deal with this company again because of the experiences I have had with this one man he is bad for their company and in my opinion the car washing position is actually too good for him.
