Great car selection from their Emeral Isle, but this location doesn't use the Emerald Isle, rather there's a booth in the garage where you need to wait in line for someone to give a car. I find this very inconvenient, but it is what it is. Car selection here was adequate, not the best. Service was nice and friendly, both on pickup and checking back in. Overall, I'd most definitely return to rent from National, but this isn't my favorite location.

I walked to the counter inside of the airport where Bryce assisted with my rental check in. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He definitely made the check in seamless and put me in a Toyota Camry hybrid which was super nice and great on gas. The check out process was seamless and easy as well. Zero issues or complaints!

When our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection, we had to pivot to flying out of Syracuse airport. We called Alamo on the phone and told them the situation, they said it would cost us $400 more. We were unhappy about this, and the customer service rep said to speak with someone when we return the car. Upon dropoff, we were met by Brendan and Bryce. They also saw the same number on their end, but rather than charge us that amount, they did something and we did not get charged an extra dollar. We were super stressed about our flights not making it out, and Brendan and Bryce eliminated a major problem we were facing. Thanks to both of you, I highly recommend renting a car from Alamo to enjoy beautiful upstate New York.

So of crouse we had more questions and I email her with those. Never heard back, Sent a follow up email that Monday as this was Friday. Nothing! Tuesday I called, the tone as to how she answered the phone made me cringe. I let her know I spoke to her Friday about a cruise and I sent emails? Jayne responded yes, I saw you emailed me a few times, have to had time to read them. Her tone was very unprofessional. To the point I asked her if she was, ok? I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member. I am elderly and have a small fold up transport wheel chair that I use to go on Dr. visits. I can pick it up, fold it and place it in my trunk or back seat. Leonards has never had any problem with putting it in the back of a vehicle. Until today. FYI - the driver, a woman sent to pick me up, absolutely refused to take my little wheel chair. I offered to put it in the vehicle myself and she wouldn't let me. So I was left, stuck, and unable to go to the Dr. until the man who takes the calls fixed me up with a ride. I was late, but luckily the Dr. still took me. So if you have a transport chair make sure the driver will take it so you don't get stuck too.

The RV was in great shape, and Liz did a fantastic job walking me through all the ins and outs before I got on the road. We couldn't have made our difficult trip without them. I want to make a special note here about Liz. She was so kind, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. She even looked after my personal vehicle while I was away: she had the wiper fluid changed out for the anti-freeze variety, and when she noticed my truck was due for an oil change, she called to see if I'd like them to do it while I was away, which I did, so I was all set for the long trip home when I returned the RV. It was a hard time for myself and my family, and Liz was a bright spot in the gloom. Should I ever have cause to rent an RV again, I'd go out of my way to do it from these guys.
