After 20 minutes he said he wasn't able to get the light in. So I took it to my pal Joey. As he looked at the bulb he noticed that the new bulb had burnt out. And showed me so I could see it on the bulb. He installed a new one very quickly and I went back to Auto Zone for a refund Joey is my hero. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere else

They replaced them with 2 matching 20" Continentals- same as other tires, for no charge! Another repair shop could have easily come up with an excuse, as to why I needed to pay for two new tires, but these guys made things right. And made me a happy customer! Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there. They were there and with chocolates!!

A local mechanic shop with a good business in car inspections…read more I was referred her by a friend and Chris's automotive repair for a Massachusetts car inspection and have had our inspections done here for years. The lines can be long for inspections, especially at the first and end of the month. There is a line for inspections formed by cones. The experience varies by who you get. Two of the older mechanics have been very nice. I did have on youth in the past who was a bit kurt and may have been having a bad day. The inspection was business like and efficient. There is a small area for the owners. The inspection area is for mechanics only. Tip: Have your registration and cash payment ready. This speeds up the process. There is a sign on the wall with the amount. My mechanic today was Romy (forgive me if misspelled), and he was professional, polite, and efficient. The inspection area is clean, organised, and the floor is well swept. The is a restroom inside the mechanic area. I am not sure if it is still available for patrons. Tip: Use a restroom prior to dropping by. Repair hours, as of August 2022, are 8 AM - 5 PM. Inspection hours are 8 AM - 2 PM. However, on my visit they stayed open past 2 to serve all those in line. This is a good choice and we shall return.
