The location is convenient and I've rented here for years, but there is not much consistency or efficiency in how things are done. The people that have taken me out to the car and taken payment are usually great-unless it's the counter person-but other than that I've seen the level of service consistently go down. I recommend you go to a different location or pack your patience. They seem to have a revolving door of employees too, which may be a part of the problem.

Not to mention, my daughter had been calling the company at the number listed on the contract 972-292-8807 which isn't in service, YET LISTED ON THEIR CONTRACT. They claim they use google maps yet they admitted they use iPhones and it never occurred to use their map app? Great way to snake an additional $35.
