The location is convenient and I've rented here for years, but there is not much consistency or efficiency in how things are done. The people that have taken me out to the car and taken payment are usually great-unless it's the counter person-but other than that I've seen the level of service consistently go down. I recommend you go to a different location or pack your patience. They seem to have a revolving door of employees too, which may be a part of the problem.

I reserved a SUV for 6/19/2026, 7 days in advance. I needed a SUV or van because my friend has a…read moredisability. A week later, Enterprise called me to make sure that I still wanted the SUV. The day of the rental, they called me to express that they had to push the rental 2 hours. 2 hours later, I went to pick up the car. They told me that I had to wait 45 mins to an hour. After an hour, they offered a compact car. My friend has a disability and couldn't fit in a low car. Now, we were left with NO transportation. If it hadn't been for a friend lending his SUV, we couldn't go on our trip, and lost our tickets for the next day of events. This was the worst experience I ever had with any company. Rental companies shouldn't extend additional days for car rental if someone else has rented the vehicle. They should be demanded to bring the car back on time. Then rent what ever car is available a the store.
