The service I received upon arrival, however, was some of the friendliest ever from a car rental agency. If my car had been ready, and had a full gas tank, I would have given 5 stars. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be cleaned and pulled off with a 1/2 tank of gas. It irks me when car rentals do this and I feel like I get ripped off every time since I only have to return the car with a 1/2 tank which is nearly impossible to figure out when refilling. It was also an inconvenience as I was driving one way for several hours and had to go fill up myself before hitting the road. The car was newer and presented clean. I'd give them another try next time.

No calls and nobody showed. Had the body shop call them and when they finally got ahold of a live person, they were told they had no rentals available! SMH!

I was told if I didn't have it figured by Saturday to let them know and they could at least let me drive it. I called twice. No call back. We drove there mid morning monday to find it sold Saturday. It's one thing to sell the car but to just not return calls and make us drive from where we live to miami to find out it's sold. Then try to convince me that that I shouldn't be upset about the ding on my credit and even go so far as to blame me for being the one that put a ding on my credit as I filled out the application... Yes... To buy a car from you. A car I was approved for. That's the problem. the sales lady was not clear on her communication at all. The update : Marshal and I did talk. He owns the place. He agreed his team should've contacted me and that he would like a few days to find a car that's reliable and checks off my list.
