Done with this location. My company has Enterprise in their rental pool as the option, so I've rented from them when needing to travel out of state for work to avoid putting miles on my personal vehicle. This is the closest location to me, so I've rented from them numerous times. It's never a great experience, and often a downright terrible one. Plus, their vehicles are just tired overall. I'm done with Enterprise, and especially this location. My major issues I've had: Rented cars on two occasions that absolutely reeked of weed and cigarettes. They dump about 20 ounces of air freshener on the upholstery and expect it to cover up the smell. The first time this happened, it was the last car on the lot, so I had no options. The second time, I demanded a new vehicle. Read the room. I'm traveling for work. What makes you think I'm cool arriving at a meeting smelling like Snoop Dog circa 1998? I had a long-term rental with them once due to a car recall on my personal vehicle. They did a bait and switch and I ended up the most mid Chevy Impala ever, despite being told I'd be getting a comparable model to my personal vehicle. I called a month into this rental and they wouldn't swap out the vehicle. And finally, my wife just rented a vehicle from them to take to Minneapolis through her work. I told her "make sure you take pictures of any damage before you leave the lot." She did, but when she just returned it, they found a scratch on the UNDERCARRIAGE of the car under the passenger side door. My wife didn't have a photo of it, because she couldn't see the damage. They are charging my wife's company insurance for damage from a previous renter. Ridiculous. I'm done with this place. I'd recommend staying clear if you can avoid them as an option. Guys, why are rental companies so awful? My insurer uses Enterprise unfortunately and so I got stuck with these folks again. They were supposed to drop off a car at the body shop and they did - late, of course. They guy dropping off was super nice but said "oh I forgot to check the gas - there's less than 1/4 tank. Do you want me to go get some?" LOL, what???? I didn't have all day so I said I'd take care of it. Only to realize (too late) that the interior reeks of cigarette & marijuana smoke that was unsuccessfully covered up with air freshener. Sigh. I called to have it swapped and of course, it's a giant hassle - they wanted me to drive it out to them. Nah bro, I'm not BUYING gas to drive 1/2 hour to return your stank ass car. No one here has any business driving a car, much less renting them to the public. Avoid. read more

My experience with Nick at this location was excellent. I had a particular issue that needed someone to go above and beyond. Nick was sympathetic to the situation and made sure the proper arrangements were made. I appreciate the help and would recommend using this location for all your rental needs. read more

Got a 2015 Prius for the weekend for a long 5 hr trip. Exactly what I wanted. No issues with the vehicle. Great customer service. Exactly what is to be expected from a car rental business. read more

I rented "premium" car from Enterprise. The car had grease/tar around the wheel wells. It smelled like cigarette smoke doused with cheap perfume. And the center console had goopy/sticky spills on it that were never even cleaned. I complained and they told me that was the best car they had. So I went to another Enterprise and they apologized, got me a brand new Kia Optima hybrid. I was literally the first person to drive it. They were very nice. Just make sure you sit in the car and take a few huge whiffs before you drive it off the lot. read more

I rented a vehicle and the sells rep alerted me to it. I thought I will not be in the car much and the weather is nice I will role down the vehicle (plus I was being cheap) I drove for a day and called to say I could not live with this smell. The representatives were extremely nice and placed me in a different car. They assured me that my satisfaction was their number 1 concern. I had to use enterprise for a rental car because my vehicle had to be fixed due to a car accident. I had the car for approximately 7 days, when I returned the vehicle to the body shop where my car was, there was a rep from enterprise there so I gave the car to him. He did his walk around and stated everything was good. A minute later after returning to the enterprise location he sent me my receipt of how much my insurance would have to pay. I headed to work after getting my vehicle from the body shop. After work I saw a voicemail I had received 10 minutes prior. When I listened to it, it was from enterprise stating that later in the day they looked at the car closer and noticed a huge crack to the windshield and took it on themselves to file a claim against me and signed as me on the claim. I called the rep who pretty much was trying to convince me that I did this to the car. I stated that when I dropped the vehicle off there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I had to call their claim department for them to look at it more which proceeded to them closing the claim. These reps tried to scam me. I will never use enterprise going forward. I am very dissatisfied with the false allegation that made against me. read more

I was up front about our need for a one-way rental to pick up a relative's car in another state. They insisted the rental would only be the 119.99 plus tax for a day but we were actually charged that daily rate and an addition drop fee of 154.98. Eventually a refund for 154.98 was provided. read more

I always rent my cars at this location when I am in WI. The staff is friendly and professional, the rates are more reasonable than those at the airport. The minor disappointment this time was that the car was a bit scuffed up , they did just get it out of the car wash so I understand that. The gas mileage was great however. The staff also accomodated our need for a ride back to the hotel. read more

My car has been in repair for 5 weeks. The 1st small Chevy SUV was returned because the safety belts were installed backwards and the out of state tags were expired plus the wipers needed replacement. I left my Wife's handicap sign above the passenger sun visor in error and called on 4 different occasions asking for a call back with no results. Talk about poor customer service and their recording indicates that the customer is treated like a family member??? I am a business renter with Enterprise and this is by far the worst location for customer service !!!! read more

I don't like seeing the previous reviews because I have just returned to this location a second time because they were so friendly and professional the first time! In May, I had to call the office 3 times to extend rental on a Toyota Corolla, and they ALWAYS answered the phone and were pleasant and accommodating. The car was very nice--like new! Today, I experienced the same friendly greeting and excellent customer service, plus, they upgraded for the same price--which, did I mention, was the lowest in the area? In addition, I didn't have to go all the way to the airport. The building is located right on Brown Deer Road and is easy to find--clearly marked! My hope is that this review makes their day and helps with bringing customers because after living and traveling all over the country as a former military family, good customer service and relations should be rewarded, and this is the best experience I have had with customer service--fast, efficient, pleasant, and a great price! read more
