Enterprise told me most of their locations were closed due to Covid and that I would have to drive way out of my way to Winder Ga. I called Budget and they were happy to accommodate me. I made a reset on yesterday through a customer service representative for today, to my surprise I received a call from them an hour before pick up time stating that they had no cars available and no other assistance was offered just a lame apology. If you need a rental car, DO NOT count on this business / location to meet your needs. I reserved a car online yesterday morning to pick up at 10am today. I received a call yesterday evening from an associate at this location confirming my reservation and giving me their payment policy, etc. About an hour before I was to pick up the car this morning, I received a call from another associate at this location advising me they have NO cars. He advised they have numerous reservations that they can not meet. He offered not other options, or solutions. He didn't offer to try finding me anything at other locations, or anything, just said sorry, they have no cars. I have rented from Enterprise on numerous occasions at airports, etc. in the past, with no issues, but will look elsewhere when the need arises again. read more

Reservation made well in advance for 9am. Got called at 8am that no truck was available. Made excuses all day. Advised that at 430pm that would definitely have one ready. Went to store at 430pm, no truck ready. More excuses. Poorly run, not customer oriented. Avoid. read more

We booked two 15 passenger vans to be picked up at the Monroe location using the 800 number. I asked if the vans were located there and the agent stated that they would be brought in for us to pick up. These were booked one month in advance of our trip. When we arrived to pick up the vans, there were no vans there! As were were waiting on the manager to come in (he was helping another customer), the staff member sitting in the office stated that they didn't have any vans, never had vans and that the national 800 number did this type of thing to them all the time - promising cars that they did not have. The manager was very embarrassed and said that he had tried to call us on several occasions. I had provided my work number when I made the reservation as well as my email address (where I received my emailed confirmation). The number they had on file for me was an old phone number from many years ago when I rented a vehicle personally. They, of course, were unable to reach me by phone to tell me he did not have the vans there. They never emailed me to let me know although I got me email confirmation of the rental so it was on file. The manager stated he could get me one - it was 15 minutes away. We agreed to take that one and started scrambling to find more transportation as I had a group of 30 seniors leaving for Cordele in 2.5 hours! Why they did not have at least the one van there waiting on us and why they could not have contacted other locations to secure another van knowing that we had a reservation is beyond me. 30 minutes later the van arrived and we were able to get on the road to pick up other vehicles. Fortunately for us, Akins Ford in Winder had a vehicle available (at a lower cost) and we were able to get on the road. I would imagine more of an effort could have been made to inform us of this issue. If there is a problem with the 800 number promising things that the local locations cannot provide, it should be resolved quickly. As for us, we will plan our trips and book our vehicles with a more reliable provider. I gave this a 2 because the manager was very apologetic - otherwise, this would have been a 1 read more
