We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back.
