I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. However, when I realized the warranty was not being honored, and Dan stated it was too bad and we had to suck it up. I made a complaint on West College Motors website and immediately received a call from Dan stating if we did not remove the post, we would have to return the loaner. We removed the post and returned the loaner. Threatening a single mom of 2 who needs transportation for her kids?? Class act. Thankfully JDR Automotive was amazing enough to make sure my vehicle was safe and taken care of until the bill could be paid, no extra charges. They said it was right under the drivers seat and "fixed" it for $400. Never got a receipt because when the car was ready I called to say I was coming and the guy said he was leaving work and I could give him my debit card number over the phone and he would leave the keys in the car because I had a spare. I noticed almost a week later that there was still an exhaust leak. Called them and got it in a week or so later. They checked it out and told me I have several exhaust leaks and it would cost $1000 to fix the whole exhaust system. Not right at all in my opinion. If you take a vehicle in to get fixed and they charge you but don't fix the issue then that is dishonest!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
