I really Just want to say thank you Luis!!!!! I had a horrible experience at the Enterprise Eastchester location and my experience here was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! For starters they tended to me IMMEDIATELY, Luis wasted no time saying hello, getting my name and license and directly me to the customer waiting room. I came here for an insurance rental and when he came over to me he came with two sets of keys and asked which vehicle I preferred most. I selected a Chevy over the Ford and was told if I was dissatisfied to please come back in and change the car. We did our walk around, I signed my digital contract and before you know it I was on my way! If I was here for 5 mins, that was a lot, which was way more pleasant than the 2 hours I sat at the other location with NO HELP in the HEAT! After getting my rental the next day I received a call from a manager about my experience and satisfaction. Overall, I was completely satisfied! Thanks again Luis! read more

had a very poor interaction with the branch manager on Friday, 6/19. The day before, I spoke with another manager who informed me that they would be able to pick up a vehicle that needed to be returned, as the renter was in the hospital. However, when I brought the car in on Friday, the manager on duty stated that they do not offer pickup service and was very rude in how this was communicated. I requested a receipt confirming that I had dropped off the keys, but I was told I would not receive one until the vehicle was picked up. I provided my email address and requested that a receipt be sent to me, but the manager appeared to ignore me and did not appear to even document the email. I have still not received anything. At this point, I am unsure whether the return was properly logged into the system for the correct date. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service from Enterprise. I normally are very please with this place, however this is the second time I had to wait for a rental that was booked more than a week in advanced!!! Then on top of it the offer me a van then tell me that I have to pay approximately 30.00 extra because of insurance. This was not my fault that enterprise didn't have the rental I scheduled. Outrageous!!!!! The higher ups need to supply more cars in this location. Can't they see that demand is off the hook!!! I've had to use this location 2 times. Once in February & just up until a few hours ago. This team has been great, helpful and very patient. I had needed a rental due to car issues and they made the entire process smooth. From booking, to pick up to drop off, they've been professional. I do wish they had another staff member to help with the flow of calls. Only once or twice I was on hold for more than 25 mins, but it seems as if they have fixed that issue. The manager on duty was well reserved when I was frantic this morning because I did not understand the bill; we were able to talk it out and he explained it to where I was no longer confused. Also, I'm coming from Harlem (30min drive) or an hour and thirty minutes by public transportation, so that means it's worth the trip! read more

Went to pick up a rental for business from the New Rochelle location only to be told that there would be a wait for a vehicle despite the reservation that was placed 2 months prior. Finally I was offered a vehicle that was dirty inside with ripped up carpet and had that distinct aroma of marijuana makes by air freshener. The second vehicle had a low tire pressure warning for 26 psi in the front passenger tire, clearing this was more than just a tire that needed air. The response from the associate and manager was that they would put air in the tire. I refused to take this vehicle since I did not want worry about that tire again needing to services again during my trip. The lack of care for the safety of the renter was amazing and despite other vehicles being on scene they were not offered as a replacement. read more

Asked for a compact car and got a GMC suv (all they had at a higher price) which was really dirty. Bug encrusted on most of the body from driving and windows you could hardly see through, not to mention the "fragrance" in the interior. I Had to clean the windows before I had an accident. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite an extended period. Picked up on Tuesday at 1:58 PM and returned on Saturday by 10 AM. Was told that they billed on a "midnight" basis so I had to pay for two partial days for this suv, They closed at 12 on Saturday. Asked to be swapped for a compact car by phone as I was told to do when I rented the bug mobile and called 3X and "nothing available," stuck with the bugs and had to pay for 5 days instead of 3 which is what I needed ,or at least make a concession to make it 4 days being that they were less than 1 day total between pick up and return times. Added fuel to the 1/4 tank to read 1/2 tank only to drive it 8 miles which was from and back to Enterprise. Can I get an explanation what the "car rental sales tax is "of (12%) $29.70 ON TOP OF Sales tax of $20.73? The latter is obvious but "car rental sales tax isn't. In addition there are a lot of the cars are super run down, ex no floors mates which causes the driver to cause a hole. Most of the floors were run down. The lights were going off on mine. The car was very dirty inside and out, it seems that the car had not been rented for a long time and they decided to give it to me. The windshield wipers did not work and the front lights do NOT light well because of so much dirt they had, I asked the person who attended me when I arrived that he would change my car and he told me that if I wanted an SUV I had to pay more but my car it was more expensive than the SUV. I had never had any problems at that branch and this time my good expectations were killed. I also think that the car is obsolete and should NOT be available for rent and the rent was very high and the service very low ... Very disappointed . I have rented many cars from Enterprise and they have become my go to place for car rentals. So much so that I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from them in August 2017 and I have been completely satisfied with its performance and durability. The car only has 28,000 miles on it and it has been performing excellently. In March 2022 I rented a car from them and all the lights on the dashboard came on and upon reading the car manual realized that the lights being displayed represented serious issues with the car so I returned it the next day and without hesitation was quickly put in another car. The following day when I returned the car I was asked about the experience and shared my honest feedback on the inconvenience of having to return cars and the cars not washed due to the extremely cold weather and was thus given a reduction on the rental. I appreciated being heard and being compensated for the inconveniences experienced. That's why I love Enterprise. I would like to thank the manager for quickly exchanging the cars and her staff for asking me about my experience, then compensating me for the inconveniences. You know how to keep your customers happy and for this I will remain loyal to Enterprise. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION and if you do, make sure you video record the whole transaction and take lots of pictures of the car and all the damages before you leave the lot. Even if they tell you they don't have to note it because it's not large enough. Also make sure they show you the FULL contract before signing anything. They'll only show you the initial box. They are shady and dishonest, save yourself - there are plenty of other rental car companies in New Rochelle that will do right by you. The incompetent manager put a hold of $3,450 on my credit card instead of $250, badly misspelled my 2nd driver's name on the agreement after he was provided with an ID and credit card and then pretended to note the damages on the vehicle, which was badly damaged inside and out and spelled like cigarettes. I've heard from multiple people, including body shops that they are known for being shady. I hope this helps you make your decision! read more

The service is great but i had a horrible experience with one of the workers there i dont recall her name but she is a blonde who works at the front desk. At first she seemed very nice but when it came to asking questions about my deposit she wasn't clear with the information and gave an attitude i called a few times and she left me on hold for about 10min instead of connecting me with someone who spoke Spanish. I ended the call and called again and instead of answering she put me on hold again and i never got to speak to any representative from that location. She made things very frustrating for me. This was my first experience with them and i wasn't sure on how the rental process worked once the car was returned i hope no one else has to deal with this rude lady like i did. But overall everyone else there was very kind. But i don't recommend this location to anyone. read more

I'm only picking one star because I have to. I called enterprise to ask why I was booked a car a town away from where my car was being worked on; why not use the one down the street? Well it took them 30 minutes to figure out where it was after I gave them the address - then a girl calls to confirm the appointment after on the phone forever and she told me I talked to Allstate not enterprise; so you're telling me IM WRONG when I'm the one who made the call? Makes sense....Not really Then they tell me they need 2 hours in advance in order to pick you up, I call and 40 minute wait on phone; finally call back when they are now "short staffed" and they tell me they can't give me a ride but it's okay if I come in later - like yeah it's okay, I have to walk now - I always have trouble with enterprise; these kids are young and inexperienced and I had specifically asked Allstate if there was another option; it's the worst; and pretty pathetic how they can't get a rental car place together read more

I chose this Enterprise instead of my local Enterprise because the reviews were phenomenal however, I cannot say the same for their service. I called on Friday, August 14th to notify them that I will be picking up a rental on Monday. I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the vehicle would be ready for pick up at 8am on Monday morning. The first vehicle I was given was a grey Nissan Rouge. Upon sitting in the vehicle, I noticed on the dashboard that the low tire pressure light was on. Evita said, they had just put air in it and that is why the light was on. This clearly was a vehicle that Enterprise knew had a hole in the tire yet, were willing to hand this vehicle over to a customer. I explained my concern to Evita and she gave me a new vehicle. The new vehicle that I was given was a white Jeep Cherokee. I asked Evita for the paperwork on the Jeep and she was unable to give it to me due to system issues. I then suggested to have it faxed to me. The following day I followed up with Enterprise on the paperwork on the Jeep and I was told they were having faxing issues. I don't understand as to why the paperwork was not ready when I had called about this vehicle on Friday. The Jeep, after the third day had low tire pressure, there was a hole in the front left tire. The following day, not only did I have to put air in the same tire again but, the car needed an oil change. I called Enterprise and explained to them the issues I was having with the car. I spoke with Dan and he said it was a sensory issue and that the vehicle is up to date on its oil changes. He also totally disregarded the fact that this was the second vehicle I had received with low tire pressure. Dan suggested I go back to Enterprise and get a new vehicle. Once I got to enterprise Evita made it very clear that Dan had explained to the team that this was going to be my third vehicle. My third vehicle was a black Mitsubishi Outlander. I had the Outlander for about an hour or so before I realized the back seat and window were filthy. It looked as if the back window was covered with glue. I could not see out of it and it looked sticky. We are in the middle of a pandemic there is no reason as to why Enterprise should be handing off vehicles to customers that are not fully cleaned and sanitized. I then brought the vehicle back to Enterprise, in which I received my fourth car which was a black Nissan Rouge. Evita stated that this vehicle was cleaned and sanitized, I saw her clean it myself. Once I sat in the vehicle Evita had the audacity to tell me that this was the last car I could swap out. Finally, after my fourth vehicle I didn't have any issues. This is unacceptable, in a less than two week I had four different vehicles. All I wanted was a clean and dependable car, I don't think I was asking for too much. Knowing that Enterprise is handing out vehicles with low tire pressure and not keeping up on the oil changes, whether it is the sensor or not is concerning to me. Also, based off the conditions I saw in the Outlander, I can honestly say, I don't think they are cleaning and sanitizing their vehicles. During this time, cleaning and sanitization are a must and I do not feel this Enterprise location has its customers health and safety in mind. Moving forward I will never rent a vehicle from Enterprise, regardless if whether or not my insurance is paying for it. The inconvenience of having to drive back and forth to New Rochelle four times in less than two weeks is unacceptable and proof of poor customer service. read more

I don't recommend anyone to rent from Enterprise Car Rental in New Rochelle if you're car insurance sends you here do yourself a favor and go elsewhere they are shady as hell if you do decide to rent take pictures of the vehicle and have them note every damage even if they say it's not big enough to note I was sent here by my insurance company and when I brought back the vehicle I was accused of damaging their car the so call damage was there before and not noted as damage but when I returned the vehicle they charged me and my insurance for it and there was nothing I can do or say they're friendly until you return their car then they'll crawl all over it looking for any little ding or scratch with their ding measurer go elsewhere save yourself an extra headache. read more

Don't toss your business card in a car. Just say ma'am here's my business card if there's any issues. The worker I had when I returned my rental I normally have him sorry I can't remember his name. He's always amazing. I would rent there again but I'd prefer not to deal with the manager at all. The only upside was I got a rental and the inside of the car was completely soaked maybe because some genius left the windows down in a rain storm. Worst enterprise experience ever. Had a reservation for a full sized car here for 4 days. I was assisted by the overzealous assistant manager "Jack" who decided to go farther than any other Enterprise agent that I have ever dealt with. Normally, you present your driver's license, and credit card, get charged the price of the rental and then receive your vehicle with full tank of gas. Nope. Not only was i charged double for "security deposit", I was asked for 2 prior addresses. I was then asked to verify my phone number via call. He then proceeds to call the bank and verify my billing address. I'm looking at this dude doing the most for a $290 rental. After this mess, he states no full size vehicles are available. He upgrades me to an SUV for free. Cool right? yeaaaa. This SUV not only came with half a tank of gas but had low tire pressure. The scumbags do this in hope that you either overfill or under-fill the gas so they make more $$. On day 3, the front passenger side tire gave out. Luckily I was at my friend's house when this happened and not on the i95 from jersey. I had to call roadside assistance for a tire swap and get charged $55 extra. On Day 4, day of return I asked for a quote to return the car to their JFK location and they told me an extra $100 lol. At this point, I didn't care as I'd be charging back with my credit card provider on the full thing. Won't ever deal with this location again. read more

My experience at this location was very good. The only reason they receive four stars is because the car that I picked up did not have a full tank of gas, which I am accustomed to when renting cars. Other than that, and the fact that it was raining really hard when I picked up my car, the transaction went smoothly. We looked over the car to make sure we were both in sync with the regard to any scratches, dents etc. It was a 2021 Corolla, which I like driving on road trips. Good on gas. I was also surprised that Enterprise now engage in a paperless system, and I did not have a contract in my pocket when I walked out. That was quite different, but appealing since I didn't have to worry abt misplacing it. Lol The guy, Bret, was friendly when I picked up and dropped off, although he was "hopping" all over the place, doing some of everything, on this busy Saturday morning. If I were to be in need of another rental, which I hope not, I will most definitely return to this location. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've rented from them a couple times before and it's always been problematic (flat tires, paying for roadside assistance that never came, poor communication between employees, etc), but they're in a convenient location so I kept thinking "one more chance, one more chance". Well, they have used their last chance. I went to rent a car from them last weekend. I'd made my reservation about 2 weeks in advance and made sure to check the paper work we'd need; since they don't accept any credit card that is linked with a bank. And since I live in Manhattan and move fairly frequently, my driver's license address doesn't match my electric bill address, so they won't accept that either (apparently they need proof that I am me and I pay bills), and it's all just crazy and confusing and stupid. But that's neither here nor there, it's their policy, whatever. Anyway. We made sure to bring all the paperwork requested, and then some. But from the second we walked in the door we received the absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The staff were all sullen and cranky and it took them a while to find our reservation in the computer. Once they did, the note that their boss had put in was apparently not sufficient to vet our paperwork. So we had three teenagers staring us down, glaring, rolling their eyes, and just generally being completely unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how rude they were to us. And in the end they refused to rent us the car. So we went across the street to Hertz. The difference in customer service was staggering. Polite, friendly, helpful people everywhere. It was like night and day. I highly recommend them. :) read more

So that's always a plus. And I get a super discount so no complaints on price. The only suggestion I'd make is for the cars to be washed before the next driver gets them. They have the best staff; friendly, 5-star customer service from the moment you step foot in until you leave. They make the process of renting effortless and carefree. Best location by far. Ok, this place is kind of out of the way, especially since I take the train into New Rochelle for work pretty frequently and there's a Hertz at the station, but their staff is AMAZING. They're so friendly and helpful--Tim (I don't know if he's a manager or what) is absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. I don't know if Hertz would be any better, but I like dealing with this enterprise so much that I doubt I'll ever use anyone else. They're very prompt when picking you up at the station (or anywhere else, I'd assume) and always very nice. Just FYI, their cars have between a fourth and a half of tank of gas when you get them, but that's all you need to refill it to upon return. read more

This is an AWESOME place to purchase a car. My son and I rented a car from the Tarrytown Road location. Upon turning the car in we were asked about our experience with the car. When we responded that we loved the quality of cars we rent at Enterprise and are, therefore, repeat customers, we were asked about the possibility of purchasing a car. We stated that we would be open to discussing the same. We were informed that the New Rochelle location has cars for sale and we could inquire there. We said okay and left. About an hour later Brandon Garcia from the New Rochelle location followed up with a call to us about purchasing a car. We went into the office one hour later to discuss purchasing a car. Three hours later we walked out with a 2014 Nissan Sentra with a 4.79% interest rate and under $300 a month! This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and this is the fifth car I have purchased. I purchased three Toyotas Camrys and one Nissan Rogue. This place in New Rochelle is ridiculous. They not only lied to me and requested a emergency #, to then call and harass about trying to sell a car. I then called and requested to take me and my emergency contact off the list but they continued to do so. AFTER speaking with Daniel, I was trying to explain that I had asked to be removed and he hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. I called back several of times using the 3 numbers they have and they wouldn't pick up. I finally got thru and Daniel tried to act like he was a different person. SMH, so unprofessional. This is the worse car buy experience for me. I paid 23000 for a Toyota Rav 4 which I had to change the brakes and routers 3 weeks after the purchase. Also I had to change the tire 4 months after the purchase. Interprice did not reimburse me for any of this. They just sell crap and the parts on their cars are not original.
