I guess they are perfect at this location and I am simply confused about my own lifestyle habits. Hummm... Seniors beware of this franchise as we may be considered targets for an extra revenue scam/opportunity. It sure felt that way.

He rudely forced us to remove everything from the car and hand over the keys, with threats saying a tow truck was on the way. He said this was all legal with no notice. There was no notice sent to my father via phone or email because the company had screwed up his phone number and email. They say they had been trying to contact him but since they couldn't because their information was wrong, the car was reported stolen. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a well known company. Definitely will be sharing this awful experience with many others.

The only issue is that during covid the opening hours don't always match what is advertised online, so once I had to drop off my car key at the hotel front desk instead of at the Budget counter.
