Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Fraserway RV. while on a camping trip to Earl Rowe pp we decided to take a trip to Fraserway to see what supplies we could find. We are the owners of a 3 year old travel trailer, we are having an issue with our entry door, the inside panel is cracking on the sides, I contacted the place we purchased the trailer and was advised this was not covered under the extended warranty and the replacement door would be at our expense. While at Fraserway I showed Karen Chapman the pictures I had of the door and asked what would cause this cracking, Karen wanted to know the year and make of our trailer, this information was provided, Karen took this information and a few pictures and advised she would contact the door company and see if they would do anything for us. A week later I received information from Karen that the company was going to replace the door in good faith, I was shocked to say the least. I did not purchase this trailer at Fraserway RV, but still Karen took the time to look into this issue and see if she could help us. You are a liar sir. We have never had any mice or rodents in the unit and it was never mentioned to Cookstown. I have pictures of chewed plumbing lines with RV antifreeze in the low points that were left in the lines. The trailer was immaculate when dropped off. No food, and properly winterized. I have a work orders confirming that work was completed and emails admitting, and apologising for indicating work was completed when it wasnt. I also have those pictures. Please explain how i.have a dated work order saying work was done, an email from your manager dated later confirming that it "must have been a friday" and another later work order completing the exact same work? You are a liar. FW tried to rip off Forest River by fraudulently claiming that warrantly work was completed when it wasnt and you are caught. Anyone can email me and I will show them proof, not words and lies. Pictures, emails and work orders. You couldnt entice me to have your company work on my unit for free. FW is terrible at fixing RVs and will rip off people that dont look inside the access panels to check on your work. read more

When I called, the women who responded was not very friendly. I was taken aback by how curt she was. I decided to come and have a look anyway with hopes that the sales person was going to be better. No such luck. Ashley could have not been less interested. She did not know much either. If we were not pushing to see more RVs and asking questions we would have been done in 1 minute. I do not know how they make any money there! Not only that but their RVs suck and are way overpriced! They do not have anything modern. Everything inside the RVs is drab. read more

All R V dealerships are different Some are great Other's not so much. What constitutes a great dealership is #1 the service they provide. This by far can make the difference on where you purchase your R V. I purchased a new R V in 2016 a Forest River product and Canadian purchasers must be made aware that most of the R V are manufactured in Indiana. The larger manufacturers are spread out throughout th U.S. I had numerous problems with my R V which took along time to get fixed. Everything from water leaks to one of the stabilizer bars missing bolts I actually could spin it around. I was so frustrated with the problems I called the head office in Indiana to discuss my concerns. After being put on hold and redirected to 3 different people I finally spoke to a service representative. What he told me frankly blew me away. He told me in confidence (right) that R V's built for the Canadian Market are "CRAP" and built on the piece work method The faster they are made the more money the workers can make. Therefore corners are cut and inferior work is performed. I believe this because of the number of warrentee claims and complaints registered. Unfortunately the R V 'S made for Canadians are not built to the standards of the U. S. models. Purchasing the extended warrantee is a must. Trust me certain parts will start to fall apart as time goes on. I have been to many parks and I am astounded at the number of problems R V owners have had. It's like the auto industry of the 70's. Perhaps the Japanese should build R V's to wake up the U. S manufacturers. It all comes down to that old saying of "Buyer Beware" read more

FRASER WAY RV IN COOKSTOWN purchased a Winnebago travel trailer from fraserway rv in cookstown. very disappointed with this purchase. upon pick up the monoxide detector was faulty and there was a patch of roof glue behind the trailer. they do a precheck but I guess this happened before I got there after inspection. we traveled 3 hrs to park it for the season. within the first month we had 5 water leaks which contributed to having mold in our trailer. apparently everything was pressure tested prior to pick up. we were told that after travel. NOTE TO THY SELF fittings can tend to leak. so if you purchase a new trailer you should remove all paneling to access water fittings and retighten them. had a 2007 jayco 27 bh for 7 years and travelled thousands of kms without a water leak. our outdoor kitchen door does not lock or seal properly due to improper fit and finish. when a/c is working sounds like a helicopter is landing on roof. we were also told before purchase that we would be able to get it serviced at a local rv dealer, that has changed. waiting to see how this is going to be delt with. so far no conclusion. beware when purchasing 4hrs away from home and you are told you can get it serviced at a local dealer CALL! and find out the truth. 8hr trip everytime there is something wrong. WAITING FOR CONCLUSION ON HOW THIS WILL GET DELT WITH FROM FRASEWAY RV in COOKSTOWN. read more
