We took a mini vacation June 4-7 2021. I found this rental place off airport property and had my car for $175.00 total Economy car ! (I took an Uber for less than $20.00 got 3 ppl )The staff were professional and welcoming! We got an upgrade for free! Charger w a moonroof, our son was pleased to stick his head out and scream like in the movies! Check in/ Return were a breeze ! No issues. Make sure you check your bank account after! They charged me double the agreed priced I signed for! I called customer service and they said this location claimed I dropped it off at a different enterprise location when I dropped it off to the same person who rented me the car! Luckily the customer service rep was nice enough to look into it and offer me a refund. Also I left a pair of sunglasses in the car after I dropped it off and I called back later on the same day and they "couldn't find anything." So not only did they try to overcharge me but also took my pair of ray bans. Be careful when renting from here! read more

My ignorance and poor planning left me without a car in Orlando on a day that my family was supposed to go to the beach. I was scrambling to find a car - but none of the Disney area locations had cars available. Who knew they could run out of cars? Even the airport, with a 30,000 inventory, had no cars available. The staff at the I-Drive location came through and were very accommodating. The misleading thing is that the website will let you make a reservation even if a car is not available. So I reserved an economy car at Disney Springs location. As I mentioned - they had no cars. I-Drive had full size cars and SUVs available and the manager gave me the economy price because they didn't have what I ordered available. This was exceptional customer service because I hadn't even reserved a car at his location. The whole process was very smooth. They let me drop it off at MCO because I was leaving the next morning. This saved me money on Lyft to the airport. I was very impressed with the ease and customer service at this location. read more

I always get great service when I rent from here. This last time however by far exceeded my expectations! Zack was the absolute best!! I made a rental reservation to pick up on my birthday. He noticed it was my birthday from my license and from there made my day magical. I had a free upgrade available and he did just that! I can't thank him enough for being so amazing! He is the epitome of excellent customer service!! Give him a raise! Even when I returned the car, the gentlemen I returned to was super sweet. This location is terrible. The staff is unhelpful, make many mistakes (without apology) and unprofessional, to say the least. My reservation was through my company, Disney. Despite the entire reservation being under Disney's account, they required me to leave a deposit on file. When I inquired why the staff could not give a viable explanation. The staff seemed unsure and clueless of their own internal policies. No one was able to give a response that was acceptable. "It's just the policy." When the reservation was due back, I dropped off/returned the car as specified by enterprise. Days later, I noticed my deposit was not refunded and in fact, i was charged an additional charge by enterprise. I immediately called to resolve, to no avail. I have since been on hold for an unreasonable amount of time- I waited on the phone for at least 25 minutes, until I hung up (bc frankly I didn't think they even knew or remembered I was in the phone). I called back to just be automatically be put on hold, again. I'm still waiting... I am not even sure why they are open or how they remain functioning. The only answer is that their kiosk is located in the lobby of a high traffic hotel. Never again. Go with Hertz or another reputable company. read more

Enterprise at MCO airport, Terminal A, charged my credit card over $400 without authorization or a signed contract. Then, they claimed Expedia was to blame. When Expedia referred me back to Enterprise, they hung up during the billing review of the cancellation. When I called back a third time, Enterprise's manager claimed they cannot send refund confirmations in writing. I never had keys or contract in hand, yet I must hope for a refund. read more

Wow - understaffed and overbooked. Our rental car experience which was prebooked turned into a 2.5 hour ordeal which took me having to get drove to another dealer for a vehicle. The staff was nice enough but doesn't cut it really when your on vacation and really don't want to spend close to three hours waiting on a car. So when we finally drove to the other dealer for a car I was excited to see the car we would be getting until I got in - car had not been cleaned and was filthy - needless to say that's the car we left in. Was given a discount but really, in the end not Worth it. Go elsewhere if you ready this and don't waste yours or your families time! read more

Big nope from me. I actually pretty intensively researched rental companies from Orlando. Most have horrible reviews. I picked this location because it seemed to have less horrible reviews compared to other airport transportation. Our first night the cars battery died. We were stuck at 11 at night trying to figure out what was wrong. We had to wait for someone to come give us a jump meanwhile discovered the battery was completely corroded. When I emailed once back to the hotel after several hours from dealing with this the response I received was that taking care of the battery isn't daily maintenance and that the battery is at fault, not them. I understand this isn't a daily check, but this is something that should be a part of regular maintenance. I mean I'm not talking about slight corrosion I'm talking about full force fuzzy all around it. Makes u question how much other monthly or routine maintenance is up kept. We left for a further trip the next day so wanted to make sure no other problems so we decided to bring it in (which was an hour away from where we were staying). Instead of being sympathetic, it seemed like no one really cared about us being stranded, or the upkeep of their vehicle. The guy who came and gave us the jump cleaned off the battery for us so we wouldn't have additional issues. When returning the car, they were "nice enough" to knock off a small fee, but it wasn't worth it for the hassle we went through. Next time, we will just book from one of the cheap off site facilities where at least if we have a wait or problems, we don't have to pay the high enterprise prices. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1, is the fact if it wasn't for the issue, we would have been thrilled as it was easy and limited wait times to get checked in and get the car. read more

Wow, service was outstanding. Rafael Nieves was as professional as any agent I have ever interfaced with. Gave us a tour of the car (after we were picked up at the hotel) and he even offered to pay the Uber ride from the destination point to our final hotel (we picked the car up in Orlando and dropped it off in South Beach Miami). He then followed up with a call to ensure we arrived safely and were treated well when returning the car in Miami. Unbelievable service. This Enterprise stole my small trash can for car. I know it is only a trash can. However, I purchased this trash can from overseas due to the fact that it stays in place on the car floor. I should have returned the car because I was aware there were stuffs needed to move from the rental car to our car. However, my husband decided to return it before I got there. I should have insisted that I checked the car by myself (I was told that someone moved the car. The representative told me that nothing left in the car. I totally forgot I had stuffs in the rental car when I was inside the hotel). A costly mistake. IF YOU RETURN THE CAR, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK IT THOROUGHLY! We returned our car to this location. They are located in the hotel. There were no signage or directions on where to leave the car. Were told by the valet staff to leave the car in front of the hotel and hand over the car keys to them. Headed to the Enterprise counter located to the right of the main hotel entrance. Staff (young chap) was rude, grabbed our rental documents and continued chatting with a colleague nearby. After checking the car, he returned and told us we were done. The usual Enterprise practice we experienced so far would be them asking if we needed a ride. Instead, we had to ask for a ride back to our hotel. We were told that we needed to wait 25mins or more for a ride as their driver was out. Decided to take a Lyft instead. Enterprise service thus far has been great for us, friendly, courteous and warm. This young chap is the only exception! His older colleague was serving another customer next to us, he was much nicer, friendlier and sincere. This is the worst rental location within the nation . I stopped by to pick up my rental car on Sunday and was late . A manager and 2 agents were present an refuse to give me a car because they were closing . I explained that I need it to drive all the way to Miami to catch a flight . Manager Andre tandayag refused to assist and call security on me. The least I can see is I'm shocked and extremely frustrated. I'm a hospitality professional and many many times I stopped to assist my guests on my way home . Your manager is a shame for your business . HORRIFIC! The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever had! Absolutely terrible!!! The person (Mari) checking the car out to me had no clue how to do her job! She has no business in a customer service position. She took more than 30 minutes to check out a car to and I had already made reservations on-line! After I asked her if she was new at this job her manager, Gregory, jumped in a verbally attacked me in front of numerous other customers! These guys are BAD! We were late flying in for a funeral waiting in a long line for a rental car in Denver. A budget manager named David Rose overheard us saying we were going to miss the funeral. He pulled us out of line and took us to his station rented us a car and got us on our way. David was amazing, professional he paid attention to the needs of his customers. I am a regular Enterprise customer actually I have a membership with them and rent vehicles from them quite often. However this location was very mediocre at best. My first time renting out of town and I ended up being overcharged and then be accused of being malicious and was called a liar. Me and my family only needed the car for one day and I informed them that I would be dropping the car off at the airport because we have an early morning flight. I requested a pickup that took longer than it should have so that was strike one. The person who helped us name was Brian but he came after someone else initially was helping us strike two. I noticed my card was charged like 3X's the amount that was on my receipt/contract and called to inquire about it. I was told that I was informed that I would have an additional charge if not returning at the original location. I explained that it was not told to me nor my husband who was with me at the time of pickup. The manager then proceeds to say that I never told them that I was returning at the airport when I clearly did tell them because of the fact that I had an early flight.He also claimed that Brian informed me of additional charges if the vehicle was being dropped off at another location. When I told them that I would dispute the charge he tells me that I won't win cause I would be in breach of contract and that was totally false strike three. After about 30-45 minutes on the phone with the branch manager as well as Brian trying to cover his own ass, Frank i'm guessing the same or a different manager proceeds to tell me that I will receive a full refund for that amount within 3-5 business days. But not before he tells me that I maliciously failed to tell them that I was returning to the airport. I guess they realized their mistake on the contract cause it was there plain as day at the top of the form returning to MCOT61 which is Orlando International Airport along with the airport's number. I never received an email nor is my rental in my account. So it's like I never even had a rental. The only real proof is the receipt that was given to me which shows that I did tell them I was returning to the airport because Brian typed it in and printed out the receipt as well as my credit card being charged almost $300 for one day. As much as I tried to keep my composure they continued to insult my intelligence and made me feel as if I had no rights and what they did was correct. I would recommend they all get reprimanded cause the customer is always right and if you want to keep customers you go out of your way to make them happy. I was not happy with their customer service over the phone or in person. In 3-5 business days I will be checking for my refund and if it's not there I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a complaint against that branch. read more
