My recommendation is to use Enterprise (and I'm wondering why I didn't this time, as I have in the past). Also, the clerk was not very nice. In fact, he was a jerk. He took a good 5 minutes to finish a call and then was cold and distant during the check in process. The kind of person who acts like they're better than everyone else.

The liner was damaged and they didn't tell me until the day before setup. They offered a skylight panel, but when they put it up, it was the wrong size. I ordered side curtains with windows and they left without setting them all up. Every table was damaged and half the chairs were so filthy they wouldn't come clean. The needed to refund me for the liner and they offered a 50% refund on the chairs. It took five weeks to get the refund check and, when I finally did, it bounced.
