On Saturday, June 6, 2026, my husband rented a Honda Accord from the Enterprise location in Pahrump, NV. Approximately 25 minutes into our trip on Highway 372 heading toward the desert, we suddenly heard a loud scraping sound. We immediately pulled over and discovered that a part of the vehicle was hanging from underneath the car. At this point it was 11:53 a.m., and the Enterprise office was scheduled to close at 12:00 p.m. We called the office twice with no answer. On our third attempt, Natasha finally answered. We explained that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and clearly in need of maintenance because something was dragging on the ground. Natasha asked how far away we were. When we told her we were about 25 minutes out, she stated flatly that she would not be there by the time we returned. She then gave us only two options: Drop the car off, or Take it to Tire Works for repairs ourselves. This response was unacceptable. We rented a vehicle specifically for transportation for a planned trip. At no point did Natasha make any effort to ensure we had a safe, functioning replacement vehicle or any transportation at all. Expecting customers to personally arrange repairs on a rental car--especially one that was clearly not properly maintained before being rented out--is unreasonable and contrary to what any customer should experience. A basic standard of service would have been to ensure we had a replacement vehicle or immediate assistance, not to leave us stranded with a damaged car and no support. read more

We've used this location a few different times and I have to say that they've always been helpful and have what we rented. I'd recommend this location to everyone. It's not easy finding great service out here all the time so when you do it's really appreciated. Keep up the great service team. The only recommendation is to not bring out any black vehicles!!! The AC worked great but it's only 109° today! Winter time is find :). read more

Reserved a SUV a week prior to my pick up date. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, there was not one available. My only choice was a sedan or a pick up truck. When I complained to employee he tried to push the blame back on me, telling me that I made the reservation yesterday. I told him, NO. I made the reservation a week ago. I ended up taking the pick up truck and of course it was more money. Either someone dropped the ball on not getting an SUV at this location or this is a switch and bait. Rented a car a week out, came to pick up car and was told the car that we confirmed on the day before was extended by a customer yesterday. Instead of figuring out how to get the car I reserved out to pahrump yesterday, I come in and am told that they "can try to get one from Vegas today" disregarding all plans I needed the car for instead of already having the car. This is the only car rental in town in saying that they are as good as you can get. My experience was ok.

This is something I do not do at all!! I am not going into any of the issues that I had to deal with. This is the worst location I have dealt with. And I use this SERVICE often! This is not just Enterprise SERVICE, I use many known and unknown. I assure you this is their normal "SERVICE". Sure, everyone has a different experience. Yet when you work in SERVICES, you SERVE and take pride in your job (business). Not here, believe those that have presented their issues. That being said, here is the point blank! Called Monday to reserve a car for Thursday at 10, so I could take my car in for repairs. Got a call at 10 to tell me there was no car yet. It'll be there at 11. I called at 11 still no car, told to call at 1, still no car. I was then told the car is coming from Vegas will be here between 2-3 What a joke of a place. I was told they were overbooked. I rented a Ford 150 from from the Enterprise location at mccarran airport. Evidently the last person to rent the truck smoked cannibis in the truck. The odor was extremely strong. I was running late to get out to Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, so i did not have time to address the cannibis odor at mccarran I was on my way out to Pahrump and just my luck I got stopped by the Nevada Highway Patrol for speeding 10 miles over the limit. (really) So i guess the trooper noticed the smell of cannibis and assumed i was smoking it up. I tried to explain it to him that i just picked up the car at the airport and he wasnt buying it. I was praying there was no bag of weed in the car hid somewhere. Well long story short the trooper searched the truck, all my damn bags and thank god he found no weed. So i ended up late anyway. The next day I reported the issue to the Enterprise location in Pahrump,Nv. The manager Dale was very helpful, called the Mccarran location and insisted they comp out the truck for the inconvenience that was caused by the cleaning crew in mccarran not doing there job. I highly recommend the Pahrump Enterprise, I am a frequent traveler and told myself i would never rent a vehicle from Enterprise ever again. No I absolutely do not recommend this rental car agency. My truck was hit from behind and was being worked on. So I got a rental truck from this place for a week. They are required to submit the insurance every 3 days or so to the insurance company. THEY NEGLECTED TO DO THAT. So guess who got stuck with the bill? Me. I was injured from the accident and it was a time when I really couldn't afford any unnecessary expenses. They caused me a financial hardship because they couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone and call the insurance company, that is pure laziness, if I had a business like that I would pay attention to details so as not to cause my customers undue stress and financial hardships. It was awhile ago but it I remember it was approximately 180 dollars. I was 100% not at fault in this accident and I had to pay them for their incompetence. My advice is to drive a friend's spare car and just charge the the insurance company for it and the insurance company will pay your friend. That's what I did the second time I got rear ended. My friend was very happy and I didn't get ripped off for money that I could not afford. No need to reply unless you are going to pay for your mistake. read more

We loved the customer service here! Jerica saved our butts! We were on our way from northern Nevada in our off road Razor and had been traveling for the past 3 days. We were headed to the enterprise to pick up our rental car, put the razor in storage and head to Las Vegas for our 20 year anniversary trip. Let's just say we picked a tough road to get there and were running out of time. When we first spoke with Jerica we were told the business closes at five and it was about 4:15. We were close but traveling at a slow speed on a power line road and it was grueling. We kept in touch with jerica because she said she'd be able to stay after to ensure we made our reservation. She even offered to meet us at the storage unit if necessary. We ended up arriving at 5:18. Jerica was there waiting and ready for our signatures. She gave me the keys, showed me the car and we were on our way. If it wasn't for Jerica we would of had to either spend the night in Pahrump until the next morning or take a cab which might have been impossible with all of our stuff we had brought with us for our off-road adventure. Cameron is a five star employee. Helped me and my family into a van and was communicative and held true to his word when he said he'd call us. I had seen the regular guy there was good on yelp reviews as well and I tell you what, Cameron fills his shoes and more! ( well, I can't actually compare ) yet he did a great job with my family. We are happily in Reno, van to be back in a week plus. I get off where I live and they travel on....great van, great service and great holidays so far.....Cameron being a grateful part of all that. Well first off the car that I had requested a couple weeks earlier and was told no problem that it would be there was not there and I was upgraded to a gas hog that I did not want to begin with it cost me an extra $1,000 gas I was told I get what I get if it's there I was also told that the vehicle I was getting was getting an oil change and new tires one of the tires was not new and kept pulling to one side when I finally picked up the vehicle it did not have an oil change I had to get two oil changes and take time out of my trip for it when I should have only had to do one oil change so I say no thanks to ever using Enterprise again especially after being told I get what I get if it's here what a horrible way to do business with a customer when you promised the vehicle I wanted was going to be there shame on Enterprise for taking advantage of me when I had no choice but to take the vehicle they had because I had to leave that day and shame on them for telling me that it would have new tires and have oil change has been taken care of and shame on corporate for not getting back to me like I was told from their representative when I called to complain about this stuff........ and I don't expect them to make any of this right by any means if they do I will change my rating..... read more

Rented a car at the pahrump store , the young guy at the counter was professional enough but there was an old man with a smart mouth there one day. Also when i showed up to take care of something the place was locked up during business hours. There was a sign saying they were out , thing is , they were out for a good hour and a half it seemed. Just not good service and no way should staff ever smart mouth customers or have an attitude. Dont know who the guy is ,never spoke or interacted with him up to that point. Id say enterprise needs to do some house cleaning at that store. read more

First of all Noone is in this office apparently it is an "off site" managed and when you call the number it is forwarded to a personal cell phone that goes unanswered. When you do get a hold of anyone they don't know if you can get a certain car out here in pahrump or not and then when you set a reservation she tells you to call every couple days to confirm your reservation. We actually called and cancelled our reservation because we found a better van at a better price well of course she didn't answer nor return the call so on the day of the scheduled pick up she calls and threatens my husband that she will never reserve anything for us again as he told her that he is the customer she can't talk to him like that when he did call to cancel LEFT A MESSAGE and she never returned the call it is her fault that the van is sitting there unrented. I would never recommend this location specifically. read more

I am a tourist from China and I'd like to thank employees @Pahrump Enterprise who save my trip. My car was breakdown in the middle in the half way to California and luckily a girl from Enterprise stop by and help me push the car the side way and help me out with the tow and the assistance (My car was rented from Alamo). As they know i am heading to California, another agent help me get an exchange car from Las Vegas (at the moment no cars available from both Alamo & Enterprise in the region) that I don't need to reschedule everything. Though my English is not fluent and may not be able to state the problem clearly, they still being very patient and very helpful. Love them! read more

I would have gave them a higher rating but unfortunately I had to wait for my vehicle to be cleaned. I could tell it was not the girls fault it took so long to clean because the car was filled will ashes and dog hair from trunk to the front seats. I would think you guys would charge people for ruining your cars instead of putting excessive pressure and extra hard work for the people who clean the cars. I tipped the young lady and thanked her for the hard work. But future wise you might want to inspect closer and make it clear to all no pets in the cars. My visit was a couple weeks ago but I still see that young lady working hard outside. You should appreciate workers like her more often they seem to be hard to come by. Another great rental! The manager Steve always makes you feel special and confident that your rental needs will be taken care of. I called him so many times changing my rental and then again when running late for a Friday night return. He is always cheerful and patient as he does the work of a whole staff alone.
