I had to take my son here to get a rental car because his car went in the shop and they wouldn't pick him up at his house because it wasn't close enough. I walked all around the car they were going to give him which was a very nice looking SUV But if I hadn't noticed that it had a flat tire they didn't notice at all, and it was almost all the way to the ground. Also, I took a lot of pictures of the damage to the vehicle that was being assigned . employees were nice enough when he had to take the car back he was at the repair shop and they couldn't take him to get his car because they didn't have anybody there that could leave and he needed to get to work and pick up his car from the repair shop, it was a little bit stressful but overall, I think they were fair read more

This place doesn't deserve any star the way I was treated by a female employee there who answered the phone. I rented a car from Miami and brought it to Palm Coast to load my moving stuff. On November 11, at 1 am, the car's engine light lit up while I was close to Ormond Beach. It's telling me to service my car because its power is reduced. I waited for 0900 and called the Airport Road Enterprise which was only a mile away from my apartment. The woman that answered me was the worst person showing no compassion at all to my plight. She told me there was no car available, that I have to return the car where I got it even when it had the engine light on or bring it to Tire Kingdom to be fixed. It was Saturday and they were only open till noon. I called the place where I got it from in Miami at 154 St West Dixie and the lady employee there helped me right away and because the Airport Road branch at Palm Coast was closing soon, she connected me to Roadside Assistance and the Airport Road Enterprise replaced my car. Joshua was the only nice employee at this Airport Road branch at Palm Coast. He was apologetic at the way I was treated by the female employee that initially answered my call. The company should discipline this rude female employee that answered my call. She had no compassion at all and not willing to help a customer In need. read more

Everything was great until I returned the vehicle on a Sunday which was agreed nobody was there I filled the tank up and on Tuesday was charged for not filling the tank up and there was nothing I could do about it because my receipt was through a Deli with gas pumps and not a gas station !!! The drivers who pick me up and drop me off are always on time and friendly. The office staff is also very friendly and work very well under the pressure of their busy times. I live in Palm Coast and travel frequently. Rather than paying a service to get to MCO or JAX I rent a car for one way with a drop off at the airport. I use this rental agency when renting a car traveling to and from Palm Coast. It is a friendly cooperative group. The personnel is the BEST. The corporate rates vary from reasonable to high but with early planning you can get a reasonable rate. Plan ahead! read more

This was my first time renting from Enterprise in Palm Coast and my experience was great. I needed a vehicle that seated 7 people comfortably for a special occasion and they had just the car. Poor communication = poor service. I have been renting from Enterprise since 2014 and will NOT be back after what I encountered. I will also let all my collegeues, friends and family know about how poorly this location is run. The "manager trainee" Mark was expecting the customer to know a rental is held only 45 minutes and this was never communicated to me. However, he expected me to call them and give them a "heads up" that Inwoild be late but they couldn't give a heads up for the customer, hmmmm. Either way, I never was able to get a rental since he had a problem with my debit card which is the exact same way I have always rented from that location. He has helped me in the past with rentals and checked me out with no problem. Today was a problem. It makes me wonder what he's going through. I called and left a message for who Mark says is the supervisor and I have yet to hear back from him. They don't need my business and I won't be back! read more

If there was a negative star I would give it. I reserved a cargo van for July 3rd to travel to Tennesse. My fiancée's father just passed and she had some family items to transport back. I went to the counter did the processing and gave them my credit card. The chip on the card was malfunctioning...so I just asked them to swipe the card...the clerk said it "wasn't policy" I was then told I couldn't rent the van. That was the only card I had that would cover the deposit for the days I would have the van. So because they would not swipe the card, I was stuck at Enterprise, my fiancée and her daughter were stuck in Tennessee, she had just lost her father, has a disability and due to the staying at Tennessee during her father's illness prior to his death...broke. Other places of business swipe the card..and I am an Enterprise club member for years...so why not punch the card it or swipe it. Not every card has a chip on it.. It was after 5pm and by the time I would of transferred anything over to another card, it usually takes at least one business day. The next day was the Fourth of July. So I am trying to figure out how to get her with a truck or van to bring her and the stuff home. I asked one clerk to ride me back to my office..he stated that they were busy and would do it later. Ok fine. However, later never arrived....they locked up and were dealing with the last customers when I asked when I would be driven to my car...the response I got was that "we don't transport after we close"....WHAT? So I am stranded at the airport rental car place with a thunderstorm brewing...I ask how to do I get back, I am stranded here..he said "Call UBER"....I kid you not. He was fortunate he was 10 feet away...the ignorance in that statement. The other clerk was wrapping things up..did not say a word to me but took a car to be washed and detailed after the place was closed. Was he going to take me ..or not...wasn't sure and he was too far away to ask. Meanwhile, the last customer of the day was loading up his wife's rental and asked me how I was doing....I told him the whole story....and he was sympathetic..meanwhile clerk still detailing the car....so THE CUSTOMER was the one who gave me a ride back to my office to make certain I was not stranded at the rental car place. I have emailed the branch manager...NO RESPONSE....called and emailed customer service....half baked discount...and I asked to speak to Regional Manager.......thus far he has not called and it has been over 10 days. DO NOT GO TO ENTERPRISE.......THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU!!!! They talk about customer service...etc. They left me stranded, my fiancée whose father had died and has a disability was left stranded, her daughter was left stranded. The money on the credit card was used to book two tickets for them so they could come home. The stuff is still in Tennessee and I feel that ENTERPRISE should transport it down here. We are poor and living paycheck to paycheck and it will take time to save money to get her stuff from her father's estate. And on top of it..not getting an email or response from branch or regional manager....SHAME!!!! read more

I recently used enterprise car rental services from newark airport. the car was great, clean, and only waited a few minutes to get my car. staff was courteous and helpful. my only concern was the many fees and taxes apllied to the final cost. I reserved on line so I knew that, most were airport fees, it added about $70 to the cost, it must be nj rates. anyway I have used their rental cars at other locations and found the cars and service to be great. Mark W. at the Palm Coast branch, saved us! We had to go to Florida for a work conference and planned to stay in Florida for a few days, after conference. We didn't really think things through or plan the details until after our conference. We felt somewhat stranded and really wanted to keep cost of trip down.
