The guy, Mike, assisted me he asked a lot of questions and I was asking about going into the store to pick up and everything, this guy in the phone never told me if my DL is out of state I have to pay with CC, so I was in the outlets walking around and i stopped doing it to get the car to make it easier for me and my wife. when I got into the store the guys asked me to verify my information, asked for my employer and everything and at the end, he said "oh because you're out of the state I need a Credit card" i would believed that if the told me at the moment but because he told me at the store it was weird, he was rude no good morning nothing I think he was racist. terrible experience, and I've heard people in Park City were nice and polite read more

Had an issue with a leaking tire with a mail in it on the Tahoe we had from airport office. We were staying at Park City and Abigail G.,the Manager at this branch went above and beyond to get us in at the local tire center for a repair to prevent us from having to drive all the way to the airport. Hi, my name is Nathan, I have been in an Enterprise car for over nine years. The few miner issues I have had, have all been with "corporate". Every manager has been wonderful, including my current manager Matt Abatte. I must say my favorite was Cruz, who was promoted from Park City to Layton Utah. The reason I am writing This review is because I reconnected with Traci Kunz. I'm having a small issue with my points (again with the "corporate") years ago Traci was at the SLC airport and got me into a new Camry. Today she randomly answered my call and was agin so very helpful. As the call was ending I just happened to mention, there was a Traci at the airport years ago that helped me out. This place is one of the worst places I have ever encountered. First, they are charging $175 for a sedan for one day. Literally picking up at 11:30am and dropping off at 7pm same day. Then upon coming to pick up vehicle, only credit cards are accepted. NOT debit cards. This is absurd as a business. The money comes directly out of your bank account. Then I am told I have to wait 30-40 minutes for my reservation because they have to clean two cars ahead of me. Renters beware read more

The Branch Manager Abigail Gullo did not look up from the desk, did not smile, did not greet me and did not acknowledge my existence, whatsoever- She seemed angry, disinterested, unhospitable and I did not appreciate the way she treated her employees, including redressing them in front of me, which was awkward and completely unappreciated. Dixon was great, and the driver who picked me up was great. When I spoke with Abigail on the phone before I arrived at the location, she actually put the blame on me that she was late to pick me up as scheduled. I will return to the business and try to only do business with Dixon and the driver, while attempting to avoid the branch manager. read more

Long and short of it Enterprise is tops when it comes to customer sat. If perky and smiling customer service puts you off, this isn't the place for you, but if you prefer ease and efficiency combined with a good vehicle, you won't be disappointed and I can highly recommend. Only thing...the rep did try to sell me hard on picking up the extra insurance. I declined as I normally do but noted that there is a pretty slick sales pitch here designed to wake up my concerns, some of it is valid. Note that this conversation happens in the car, on the lot - the rep walked me to the car and sat in the passenger seat to go through the contract..."Lose the key and its $250"..."your coverage has a deductible, with ours everything is included". If the weather were crappy I might have picked it up, not a huge financial decision. I pointed out to the rep I live with the same risks of driving everyday, no need to double up just because I'm driving their car. It's profit padding for rental car companies. That said, throw in snow and ice and I might do it just to avoid the headache should something happen. read more

Upon walking in to pick up my car (reserved online two days prior), she offered suggestions for quality experiences during our stay, upgraded my car at no extra charge, and had me out of there and on the road in literally less than 5 minutes. The car was clean, new and had no issues whatsoever. I enjoyed 3 days of comfortable driving through scenic northern Utah! When I returned the car, Shannon single-handedly juggled 4 incoming phone calls, sent out her two drivers, and took care of me walking in. All of that and she still had me checked-out in no time at all, with a smile. I can't say enough about how great my experience was; I highly recommend Enterprise of Park City! read more

AVOID PARK CITY LOCATION! In 2017 I had a car provided by 3rd party insurance while my vehicle was being repaired. Vehicle was dropped off and picked up at the body shop. The rental was arranged and paid for by the other party's insurance. Today, my car dealer attempts for provide me a loaner car and is denied by another Enterprise location due to the fact that I have an unpaid rental from 2017. I have heard nothing of this for 5 years. Not a letter or phone call. Now I'm being held hostage to pay half of the $350 bill or be permanently blacklisted! This reeks of insurance fraud! read more

this is a terrible place to rent a car - they first gave me a car with an eighth of a tank of gas and told me I could wait 45 min. while they filled it up and upon returning the car they blamed some scratches I didn't cause on me and filed a claim against my insurance - these guys are crooks - stay away. read more

Landon and the newer asst. manager are wonderful. I've had a hell of a few months with car issues and have rented 4-5 cars within those few months. Those gents made my transactions smooth and seamless. We all laughed together when they I rented a 15 person van when they had nothing else to available. I won't go to any other car rental place in Park City. Which isn't hard, as there is only one other. :) these guys are cool! read more

Our car broke down in Park city. We called enterprise five minutes before they closed and Brent stayed open to rent us the remaining vehicle. He was very kind and helpful. He even gave us his card and we called him with a question and he answered it. I thought the service was great. read more

This is the worst Enterprise I've ever rented from. A few months ago I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop. The first car I got I had to return because it reeked of cigarette smoke. The second one had the check engine light come on after 10 miles and the third one was at least 20 years old. Three different lemons in the space of a week. Yesterday I had to rent again after having some repair work done on mine and the car they gaveme again had that yummy fresh cigarette odor. I said something right away and Brent the assistant manager said they didn't have anything to replace it but that he would meet me later at my job and swap out. Here I am now in the weekend with a crap car that smells like Wendover and no communication from Brent. Good luck if you are ever forced to rent from this Enterprise. My insurance company will definitely be hearing about this as well. read more

Horrible service! Showed up for my car which I reserved months ago and they told me they had no cars left and that they were closing. Instead of helping me find a car at a different location, the woman blew me off and told me to go to Salt Lake City 45 minutes away. Might be the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was to get a rental thru my insurance companies agreement with Enterprise the car I ordered a 4X4 large one like a suburban, and they were to pick me up at 1130 at my office. they didn't come til I called, by then 30 minutes late. they came in a small chevy cross over all wheel drive with no snow tires. that wasn't going to work, told them I needed what I ordered and they said they didn't have one available. they did, I saw it when I picked up a dodge with again all wheel not 4 wheel drive. the suburban was till there when I took back the dodge. I couldn't get it out my drive during a big snow storm. don't count on them, don't expect them to do what they say, find some one else.... any one else read more

First of all, the service was impeccable and flawless last July 1 when i rented a car. I am not a picky person and because i just walked in and hoping that i can rent any car available that day. They gave me a dodge dart and i had no complaints whatsoever. The process was fast and got the car less than 30 mins. Returned the car the next day almost 30 mins before the expected time of return. All good and still no complaints. So here it goes, i just checked my bank account if they returned the $200 that i deposited when i rented the car. I was surprised that they also charged me the $200 that i deposited. They didn't contact me or email the receipt so i know the reason. I didn't scratch, bump or had any accident while renting the car. I even left the gas in full even though it was supposed to be 7/8 only. Didn't care for the extra cost anyway. I am now confused why they haven't returned the deposit. Will contact them asap when i get the chance. But the staff were courteous and fast when i rented the car. I gave a two star because of the unreturned deposit. First time i experienced this in rental stores. Smh! Update: got my deposit back and gave them 5 stars. The staff deserved it ! My husband and I rented a car and were very satisfied with the performance and cleanliness of the vehicle. We dealt with Landon who interacted with us professionally and courteously. I used the app on my phone only two hours prior to renting and the car was ready. The only suggestion I have is to have the gas tank not so near the Empty mark. Renters don't want to worry about where the gas stations are and are ready to travel. For that reason I give them four stars instead of five. If you can, go to an enterprise in SLC. This location is always understaffed and have very few cars. Every time I've gone there, I've had to wait. This last time, our reservation got mixed up, and they didn't have any cars available to rent, none. I had to get a ride from a friend to salt lake. Luckily, the salt lake office (around 1700 South and State street) had cars and staff and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with a great car. read more

Our truck hauling a fifth wheel broke down on the I-80 in Park City and unfortunately we are stranded for a week. We chose Enterprise because they have a pick up service and obviously we are in a strange place without a car. We started calling them at 9:30 and no one was answering. We decided to book online and then call for the pickup. Since it is a Saturday, they close at noon and are closed on Sunday. We kept calling to schedule the pickup and we were on hold for 30 minutes. They national centers said there was nothing they could do so I just kept calling locally. Finally at 10:35 AM I get a hold of someone locally who said we will be picked up in 45 minutes. I gave her two phone numbers to reach us and no one called. When it was about a half an hour before close I called again and was placed on long holds. They finally closed and of course I cannot get a hold of anyone and we are stranded without a car until Monday. Save yourself the frustration and call one of the other rental places in town and then uber to them. It's one hour past our scheduled pickup time, a half an hour after they closed, and no one has yet to call or explain what the delay is. read more

Wow. What an awesome experience. I've been a loyal Hertz customer for so many years and this was my first Enterprise rental. What a different experience. I tried them by recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad he did. There's a combination of friendliness and professionalism that is simply not common to find. I actually told them that Hertz made me feel like I was getting screwed all the time. I rent with them because their system is efficient but service per se is non existent. Great place to get a lecture about "No Fault" insurance law. Had 6 weeks to have a truck ready so that I could transport my service dogs and keep working. NOTE: My truck had to go for body repairs because another person hit my parked vehicle and then went on with their grocery shopping without notifying anyone about the accident. read more

If I could I would give this place ZERO Stars I came in earlier today was an appointment and after waiting and going up to the counter the woman tells me that none of the cars in the lot or clean and I'd have to wait 20 minutes for her to clean it. So we go outside to see the condition of the car and her story changes... first off the car is filthy and she tells me that she would have to send it off somewhere to get clean but if I wanted the outside cleaned as well it could take longer but she doesn't know how long! Why the f*** would I not want the outside cleaned, your not cleaning the car if the outside remains filthy! So basically had I just said okay when inside of the office to "her" taking 20 minutes to clean it I would have been more pissed off than I am now because basically the car would have just got sent off somewhere to get vacuumed out and would have still been dirty as f***! To make matters worse both of the women that were there were trying to make it seem like it was my fault that the car wasn't clean because of the time that my reservation came through! If cars are not kept clean in the lot then that needs to be put on the website and it also needs to state that you could be waiting an extremely long period of time( since for whatever dumbass reasons the people working there don't know how long it can take for the car to get cleaned) before receiving your car so don't bother making an appointment!..... On top of that I feel that the two women that were working there at the time that I came in for my 5 o'clock appointment where very rude and unprofessional and I wasn't even offered a discount if I took the car in it's FILTHY state! How the hell are you people even okay with renting a car in that condition to someone is what I'd like to know!? This is the first time I've had this issue within Enterprise so I'm shocked and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone! read more

Reserved a vehicle last night through the local office. They checked inventory and said we could pick it up at 9:30 today. The vehicle we reserved was not there and the single employee, who was swamped with customers said come back at 11:00 and see if it was there. Went back home, thought abt it, and decided to get a vehicle elsewhere bc we weren't confident they would actually have it for us before closing at noon. Tried to call the local office to cancel, but they weren't answering. After 30 min on hold they picked up, then just disconnected the call. The employees at this location were nice, this is very poor customer service. Finally called the 800 number to cancel the reservation and the guy couldn't even find one for us. Not the first time we've had these kinds of problems at this location. read more

If you ever from Enterprise beware. Make sure every piece of the car is securely on. If a piece of window molding flies off while you are driving, oh well Your loss. Also, make sure that under seats and in cubby holes are cleaned. Our car was a total disgusting mess. And they lied and said they gave it an oil change and that's why we had to wait 4 hours for our car we didn't even initially rent. They lied about that too..I know the oil wasn't changed because we had to put a quart in and it was filthy. Plus the sticker in the window was 10,000 miles over due. No compensation for that but there was definitely a charge for the window piece that flew off while driving. Will Never rent there again. read more

Terrible service! I called in the morning to explain them that I had rented a car in CA but the night before while in Park City Utah during the snow storm one windshield wiper broke and flu away. The male on the phone said to come into the office and he will give us another car since we were driving back that night. We came into the office a coupe of hours later, the male I had spoken over the phone was not there so Shannon Mooney said they did not had a car and we had to go to the auto shop, buy and install the windshield wiper ourselves and Maybe the CA office will reimburse me the money. I asked her if there was another way to do it but she said no, That was her only solution! She handed me an address for an auto shop that she said it was "down the street" but it was 5 miles away so we had to drive while snowing with no windshield wiper to buy them. For next time I will not rent a car from enterprise but drive my own vehicle then if I have to fix my own things! Completely pointless to pay for a rental! My husband had to stand in a 21degree weather changing the windshield wipers!! read more

Worst billing practices of any company we've ever worked with. Our company has a program with National that extends to Enterprise so we have to rent from them and we do it for several months every year. They cannot bill for the whole time so they cut the bill in 1 month increments and every single bill is wrong in some way. It takes hours to reconcile them. Have given this feedback multiple times over the years and it never gets better. May not be the local people's fault, but they are not able to fix these issues without hours of our time. Cars and friendliness are fine but the hassle drives us crazy and unfortunately we have to use them. read more

Let me tell everyone a story about Park City enterprise, I am a local. I needed a car and went on my lunch break to rent one. It is slow season here so, I thought I could get a car no problem. So, this guy there says all he has is a truck and a minivan. Are you serious? I asked him 3 times. hmmm...He also acted all nice and said he give me a discount. The truck would be $236 for 2 days! My friend and I are texting and she tells me she sees cars online for rent here. I am a lone driver and needed basic and cheap. She says don't rent from him. She rented it went and picked it up at the Enterprise. I needed to go back to work. Later on....we had to drive alllll the way to SLC airport Enterprise so I can get added on as the sole driver and so I could change the insurance from my friends to theirs. I wanted to be legit. What a headache! The car would way cheaper though. This guy was a cheat and a liar. He has no clue everything I went through to get a car. How much easier it would have been to say yes, I have a car for you. I will not refer anyone there or rent there again. Oh! and BTW, this is a true story! read more
