    I got into a car accident (wasn't at fault) and my insurance company had me use a rental thru enterprise. Their communication was absolute trash. Apparently when I dropped the car off on Friday I received a phone call on Monday saying that there was a hairline crack in the bumper and I would have to go thru my insurance to fix it (which I have $1000 deductible so I will pretty much be paying for myself). He said I wouldn't have noticed it when I picked it up. So it just seemed extremely shady. It's so disappointing and upsetting. I didn't even pay for my own car to be repaired yet I'm paying for this. I am currently homeless. My car IS my home. This was my first time ever going thru this and it literally made me feel weak, disappointed and powerless. [my experience was with Alex] it just seems extremely unorganized

    Did thier job with a smile in thier voice. Took note of defects in vehicle at time of delivery. Felt comfortable.

    Rented a car pulling off the lot the Honda accord to be exact it was shaking and after telling them…read morethey made me bring it back to them to fix while I had no rental car for a day I had paid for. after getting it back the problem wasnt fixed and I had to bring it back andy gave us a jeep to use overnight until till they fix it which they didn't so l received a blue Lexus which was dirty from a smoker and fairly beat up after driving home I get pulled over and the car gets towed for being unregistered at 12 am and I had to pay for an Uber to get home and then I'm told that none of the cars are registered to a business but to seperate people(his baby mom). I receive 2 tickets one for a headlight out and one for the registration I'm told I don't need to go to the court date that everything is handled. I call RITT the next day for an update and they tell me that I missed my court date now I'm currently appealing the missed court date and 2 of his tickets cause I was told wrong. I receive $100 off for the problem even though I didn't have a car for another 16 hours after that and have court for the tickets now after the recievinh the first car back he gives it back with the gas light on and wood chips all over it after I made sure I refilled and cleaned all 3 cars before returning it and after calling him out for ignoring my messages after he threatens to report the car stolen I have receipts and messages of everything and now he is tryinh to keep my deposit I paid in cash and after being late by a day he was charging $60 l understand a fee but that's crazy acting out of animosity. This is an update to this review after contacting me asking to take the review down in return for a $50 deal for the week I didn't receive the 50 off.I wasn't even mad due to the fact I need transportation so I paid full price as they hav my security deposit still. After getting the vehicle back I'm made to sit at the mechanic shop for 6 hours one day and 5 the next causing me to miss work as most of the day had gone by. A week goes by I get pulled over a second time this time in the Honda accord and I'm told the registration was suspended. Mind u this is the 2nd car with a. Suspended registration and they towed the first one after explaining my situation they let me go with a warning not even 20 minutes later I get pulled over again for the same thing I was let off with a. Warning due to having my wife and 6 month old daughter in the car after getting in contact with the owner he tells me the car is good and tm he will send someone to the dmv to fix it. I search up the registration the next day and it's still suspended after paying for 3 days!!! I I am told I have to return the car and could not extend it and they wouldn't give reasoning as to why so I get stuck for 3 days no car due to the fact it's the weekend and I can't get another rental that's cheaper until the following Monday. Make sure you get a rental contract you will be accused of stealing the car and don't be an hour late with payment or it will be reported stolen!! I gave chance after chance I tried speaking with the owners but they aren't worried about the cars they have they're only worried about expanding they're business and the money that goes into their pockets and I'm tired of trying to be a good guy but someone needs to call you out on your BS I'm paying 300/350 weekly depending on how you feel that week . He gon try n flirt with you too when you go I have messages of sexual harrasment with him saying if it wasn't for her being pretty we wouldn't have the car to rent like wtf type shii. One last thing that pushed me to the edge I have the car for 3 months paying filling price after missing a total of 3 days of work no type of respect for my time whatsoever and then the same day I bring it back he posts deals for 900 the month after charging me 1300 a month for a car with problems that I had to go out my way and fix!!!!!! I have receipts of EVERYTHING I can back up everything I'm claiming I'm tired of playing games with this "company".

    Absolute rip off! Charged $404 for towing and late fees…read morebecause the car's translission failed despite it being not my fault and contacting Zipcar in advance of the end of rental time twice on the phone. Zipcar refuses to return my money after contacting customer service by phone and chat and disputing the charge via my credit card. The car was with a low tire pressure in one of the wheels which we have only discovered when the trip begun. The car's front passenger window was open when we came to pick it up and the driver's seat had a hole in it made by a cigarette. Overall it was dirty on the inside and it gave an impression of a poorly maintained vehicle. The car's transmission failed unexpectedly and without any action from my side. The transmission could not be shifted into reverse or parking mode. I have contacted Zipcar customer support by telephone twice and explained to the service representative that the car is broken and that this is the reason why I am not able to return it to the correct location on time. The service representative advised that I should leave the car at the gas station. I indicated to the support representative that we should not be charged any extra fees as it is not our fault that the vehicle got broken. I was not able to end the trip in the Zipcar app as it was not located at the dedicated parking spot so I pushed it out of the way of other cars to a parking space and locked it prior to leaving the gas station. I was not offered assistance to get to my place of residency by the Zipcar customer representative and had to walk home. The same evening I contacted Zipcar support in the Zipcar app as I was charged $403.92 for the late return and asked that the above amount be returned to me as the reason I was not able to return the car was that it got broken and therefore I am not responsible to pay these fees. On the contrary it is Zipcar responsibility to maintain their vehicles properly and take care of repairs and associated costs.
