The tires are labeled "inside" and were clearly imprinted. I brought it back the next day for them to fix. They had my car for the majority of the day again. About 6 hours. They offered no discount or incentive to come back. I though my car would be a priority seeing they messed up they day prior. Visit 2: I went in for a noise under my hood. They said a belt needed to be replaced. They had already replaced this belt 4 months prior. Why it was already needing replacement again is beyond me. They had to take the front passenger tire off. When I came to get my car, that tire was put on BACKWARDS AGAIN! Visit 3: I went in for an exhaust issue. They patched it up and said I would need a new Exhaust manifold replaced sooner than later. They gave me an estimate of $780. A few months went by and I could notice it getting louder and exhaust smell in my car. I took it to another local automotive service center and they said the manifold was fine and it just needed some other minor work done which cost only $230 verses the $780 Tweets was going to charge for unnecessary replacements. Every time I have come here there has been an issue, but I've continued to go because it's a walk down the street from my house and convenient. Luckily for me I have found a new auto repair shop which is also a walk down the street. They are much cheaper and more reliable. I Will never come back here again.

The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

We rented a lovely Honda Accord that still smelled new, when we were visiting on Labor Day weekend, and after calling around to all the big name rental places to find out that they would charge us a ridiculous amount for a full-size, and would also not be open on Labor Day to receive our early hours drop-off, I contacted Boch. Not only were they the only car rental place nearby that was open on Labor Day, and the only one who didn't gouge us with a manipulative drop-off policy, we lined up a car and we were thrilled with the service. Reasonable rates, open on Labor Day so we could get out of town and not be charged an extra day, and a quality, reliable automobile to drive around the area. Support this local and fantastic business!
